Chapter Three - Babbling Brooks and Firewhiskey
*(continued) August 13th - 1994*
After a slightly stiff dinner with professors the entire Weasley clan, and guests everyone slowly scattered to various corners of the house and yard.
It was a dark cool night, crickets were singing, and the grass was itchy and long, but the pond off the side of the house was chilling. I welcomed it. I had a calming shake to my core as I quietly wrapped my head around everything. I knew full well I was saying whatever I could to stay around the Weasleys even for just a little bit longer. Dumbledore and McGonnigal did pull me aside before they left to discuss further the possibilities of exploring what magic I might have, and if that were to happen, what would be expected at school. Guess there's no escaping homework. Smiling to myself, I fiddled with the sneakers I had in my lap. One of the few things I have from home that sharpen the ache in my stomach. I miss my parents. I also have so many unanswered questions that I doubt I'll be able to learn alone in this new world. I wish I could at least tell Mum I'm okay.
Placing the sneakers behind me I slid my feet deeper into the water. A dull vibration of electricity coursed through my skin, raising the hairs on my arms. I shuddered slightly. Not normally one for cold, but this was a new comfort for me. Laying back onto the dry dirt road behind me I took a deep breath in. The stars stretch for miles, bright illuminations that speckle the otherwise clear dark sky.
"Care for some company?" a female voice asked from afar
I smiled and flipped around to face Hermione "Heya"
She nervously smiled and scurried around to sit beside me "You know, I thought I had a disadvantage. You know, having muggle parents. But coming in at sixteen? I'd be so overwhelmed with studying and catching up"
I chuckled "Yeah, who knows if I'll be allowed to accompany you a lot to school"
Hermione chewed on her lip "If I understand this correctly, you're from the future, yet have no prior knowledge of wizardkind?"
I shrugged "Guess so. Mum and Dad always moved us around a lot, but never really asked why. Wasn't too fond of the schools I'd get placed in anyways"
"I think they might know more than they let on"
"They probably do, I just can't ask them can I?"
Hermione paused eyeing me and taking a minute to think about it "No, I guess not. Time travel is tricky, especially for the traveler. I'm honestly impressed you're not mad"
Laughing I laid back down in the dirt "Who knows, maybe this Trewlaney bloke will prove I am"
She scoffed "I doubt Professor Trelawney could provide anything helpful. I think she's a bit of a fraud"
"Woah, I never would have guessed you would hate any teacher. You seem like all of your professors adore you" Hermione gave me a look "For high marks that is." I added laughing as her cheeks turned a shade of red.
"I'm not this goody goody that everyone might have told you! I have interests and feelings you know!"
I raised my hands in surrender "Hey, I apologize, I meant it as a compliment"
Hermione sighed "I know, I just get a little made fun of for it." she took her legs into her chest and rested her chin on her knees "And my looks." she murmured
"I'm sorry"
Brushing her knees off she shook her head "No! No. I am fine. Do not pity me." Hermione locked eyes with me "I originally came out here to say sorry for giving you a hard time earlier, I just didn't know if we could trust you"
"Why?"
"So many reasons that aren't your fault. I guess I got jealous, or maybe scared, I really couldn't answer that"
I gave her a small squeeze on her arm "None taken." I grinned and cocked my head at her "Though, I would love to know what's going on with you and Ronald"
Hermione blushed again and buried her face "Oh Merlin, I can't believe you noticed too" She shook her head "Ginny recently noticed and has been trying to help me while I also... help her"
"Harry?"
Her eyes widened "Goodness you're perceptive" Shrugging, she faced the pond again "But yes, she's had the biggest crush on him for ages, and Harry being Harry hasn't noticed at all."
"Boys" I chuckled

*August 16th 1994*
Opening my eyes and stretching I glanced around taking in the warm sunlight which brightly filled Ginny's room. Hermione and I had talked for ages the other night about Hogwarts, my situation, and what it's like being a muggle-born in a magical world. I love how passionate she is about learning. She even took it upon herself to schedule a list of things I needed to acquire to live in the wizarding world. I also have a plan to tutor and get me up to a relative fifth-year level. She did admit that even though she's a fourth year, she might be able to help me some. I did start to suggest the twins but she immediately cut me off and claimed the boys would rather set off a dungbomb in Filch's office than do school work. Filch is this crockery old caretaker of the school. As well as this man named Rubeus Hagrid, who's a dear friend of Hermione. Hagrid is a half-giant as well.
Smiling thinking about how fired up Hermione was discussing Hogwarts and the books she's reading, I looked around to find my original clothes. However, another neat stack of Ginny's clothes was on her bed waiting for me. I stretched into a standing position. How is everyone up and gone already? I peered at the sun, it was still fairly early so I couldn't have slept too late. Sleepily rubbing my eyes and collecting the clothes I staggered out of Ginny's room to immediately crash into something.
"Ello" An amused voice answered my grumbling
I looked up to see Fred "Blimey I thought you were a wall" His red hair was stuck up in all kinds of directions, and I almost did a double take at his lack of a shirt, and his low-sitting blue striped pajamas.
He chuckled "Thanks" Fred hunched over a bit to eye me "Not a morning person are you?"
Trying to pry my eyes from his muscular chest...arms... and...merlin this boy is ripped. I shook my head and shuffled around him. He's a bloody Greek god. What are the genetics in this family??
"Er- Eudora?"
I had just reached the stair landing when I turned around, "Yes?" and very ungracefully, I slipped. All I could think in the split second I was falling back was 'Great, can I act weirder around this guy?'
Fred by some miracle, lunged forward and grabbed my wrist spinning me around to collide once again with his chest. We both just stood there for a second wrapped against each other. My heart quickened. What kind of romance novel am I in?
"Blimey you're taking falling for me to a whole new level Eudora" My name sounded sinful on his lips.
I laughed and pushed him away "Yeah yeah, dream on Weasley"
He cocked his eyebrow grinning devilishly "Glady" as he turned and sauntered down the stairs.
I felt my breath hitch a bit. Did that just happen? Taking a deep breath, I nodded to myself and trudged up the stairs to the bathroom.
Closing the door behind me I slid down to meet with the cold tile of the floor. Blimey, what have I gotten myself into? Before I had a moment to move a gentle knock came on the door.
"Eudora? We're going to the shops today for you, maybe get you some extra clothes and things if you're to come to Hogwarts in a few days. We also are going to the World Quidditch Cup in a few days as well. I realized that in all of the madness, we've forgotten our original plans!" Hermione laughed anxiously
Feeling my stomach twist I stood up and opened the door "Quidditch cup? I never really asked what it was"
Hermione nodded vigorously "Yes! It's this big competition that all teams internationally compete in, remember Ginny said it was against Ireland and Bulgaria this year? I am not a huge Quidditch fan but I think it'd still be fun to go with everyone"
"Are you sure? I don't want to ruin your holiday"
"Oh don't be silly you're coming with!" She waved her hand "Now, go get ready, Ginny and the others are waiting downstairs for us."
Nodding absently I closed the door and glanced at the mirror. Everything is suddenly starting to feel like a lot, and while everyone's been so wonderful and welcoming, I can't help but feel like an outsider during meals. The thought of accompanying the twins to the shops and the tournament did lift my spirits slightly. They are always a laugh, and always tinkering with things in their room. I always half expect one of them to come out with a fly for a head or something mad. Smiling to myself and breathing deeply, I quickly got ready for the day.
~~~~
As we wandered in and out of the various shops, I couldn't help but feel a pang of longing for home like it was only a few clicks away with that blasted necklace. I was warned times about using the necklace, and that they normally only go backward so it appears I'm stuck for now. A small area in my brain was constantly replaying Fred shirtless around the house, however. Shameless. But he is gorgeous.
Surprisingly Dumbledore had found a way to aquire a small fund account from Hogwarts for me to acquire basic books and belongings for my stay here. From what Molly told me a few nights ago, it seems Dumbledore is quite intrigued to have me on Hogwarts grounds.
So far we have checked off most of the list Molly procured for us. Save for a wand. Hermione, Harry, and Ron were thick as thieves and always off in a corner rapidly discussing this or that. Lee, George, and Fred were similar but they were always planning elaborate pranks around the house and Hogwarts. Watching the two groups diverge into two different shops I fell back and fiddled with the bags from the earlier shops.
"Hey, welcome to the club" Ginny laughed as she stood next to me
Grateful for her presence I gave her a warm smile "Glad to be invited. So, this Ollivanders?'
Ginny nodded her head at a shop ahead "Oh yeah, he's just right there. Do you want me to come with you?"
"Dunno, is he nice?"
She shrugged "He's... strange but nice"
Lee and the twins rejoined us "Alright missy" Fred snatched the parchment in my hands
"Olivanders! Best for last" George winked
"Should I be scared?" I laughed anxiously
"Nah"
"No fireworks in this one"
"Hey I think this one has a bright future in explosives"
"Or stalking"
"Explosive stalking?"
"Not very subtle if you're exploring the poor bloke"
Lee draped an arm around me "Well, sorry to say it lads but I have dibs on being stalked tonight"
I snorted and Lee pretended to be hurt "Blimey, you think you know a girl, and then she says she won't stalk you anymore." Lee fell to the ground "How could you do this Eudora? What about our kids? Little Timmy? Little Fergus?"
Rolling my eyes I laughed and helped him up as Ginny groaned "Alright Alright shove off. We don't need to hear about the goldfish and the dog too."
Lee dramatically held onto Ginny's arms "You know where Fido is?!" He pointed an accusatory finger at me "SHE lost him! I've been waiting weeks for my pookie wookie!"
Ginny rolled her eyes and pushed Lee on the ground "Come on Eudora" as she opened the door to Ollivanders.
Fred and George were outside pretending to resuscitate Lee. They wouldn't stop until I clapped for them. Satisfied, they bowed and scurried off to another shop. Ollivanders was pretty dim and dusty with rows and rows of rectangular boxes piled on every shelf and chair I could see.
Ginny went up to the tall oak counter with one singular gas lamp on it, with a small worn bell sitting in the middle of the counter. She rang the bell and suddenly an old gray man with hair that looked as though it had been electrocuted, slid next to us on a ladder attached to his shelf. He had large bookcase shelves on the right hand of the shop with fairly neat stacks of the same rectangular box crammed into every available space.
"Hello!" He cheerfully exclaimed, "What can I do for you, Ms. Weasley?"
Ginny smiled and gestured back to me "Mr. Ollivander, this is my friend Eudora..."
"Nadine"
"Eudora Nadine sir, nice to meet you" I extended a hand which he gently shook.
"Garrick Ollivander, I'm pleased to make your acquaintance my young friend." I smiled and took in my surroundings, realizing Ollivander's attire was very similar to the Leaky Cauldron barkeep. He was sporting a worn purple dress coat with a frilly white shirt that poked underneath, tied together with a dark purple ascot around his neck. However, his cloudy blue eyes felt as though he were reading me like a book while we awkwardly stood there in silence. Ollivander nodded and eyed me once more before he turned to one of the isles of boxes and disappeared.
Ginny and I shared a look and she just nodded like this was normal. He reappeared with a flourish and presented a walnut spiral wooden stick, he gently presented it in both of his palms "I've selected this wand for you, walnut wood, dragon heartstring, firm, twelve inches."
I gently took the wand and immediately felt the warm buzz in my fingertips "What do I do?"
"Well give it a wave of course!" Ollivander chuckled
I twirled the wand and set a nearby lamp on fire "Oh no! Sorry!" I panicked and tried to fan the flames, slightly amazed I caused the flames
Ollivander shook his head, and waved his wand the flames quickly extinguished without a trace "No, not quite right." he scurried to a different shelf, and flourished a different wand box, "This particular wand is chestnut wood, dragon heartstring, pliable, eleven and a half inches."
I excitedly grasped the wand at my fingertips, this time the warm buzz of electricity pulsated through my entire body "This feels... different"
Ollivander firmly nodded "I was correct, this one speaks louder than the previous"
Wanting to open my mouth to speak but Ginny caught my eye and shrugged. Ollivander went behind his counter and neatly wrapped up the wand box. Paying him, I smiled goodbye and we met up with the rest of the group outside.
Thumbing the soft exterior of the box Ollivander had given me moments ago, I quietly fell behind the group, watching them laugh and lug bags from various stores, they all fit like story characters. All shiny and eccentric and I couldn't help but feel as if I didn't belong. As the group kept wandering through the cobblestone alleys of Diagon Alley, one street caught my eye. It was darker, and I couldn't help but feel pulled towards it. The skittish shadows that inhabited the street didn't want to be seen or watched, so then why did I find myself turning to follow?
Glaring alarm bells in my head warning me about what happens to nice young girls in dark alleys went ignored as I calmly passed through the dark alley onto a dimly lit streetway with a few shops lining it. One, notably was called Burgin and Burkes. It was a stark contrast to the colorful wood stores just ways over, with its brick exterior, as if it had melded into the cobblestone walls. There were two large cylinder windows with a worn glass door wedged in the middle. Light from inside illuminated the small area in which I stood. Welcoming me in.
Once again, I took hold of the door and walked in with a small bell above the door announcing my arrival. It was quite odd inside. Skulls, random bones, packs of bloody cards, and various masks seemed to glare at you as you passed. A wave of alarm flushed through me. What am I doing here? And worse off, alone in a store in a world I don't know? It's like I'm asking to be kidnapped.
"Hello my young friend" An older brunette man with shaggy long hair appeared from around the corner "I see my store is of interest to you?" His unnerving smile revealed yellow and black teeth "How can I be of service?" He added
I froze, unsure of what to say or do, a voice pierced the silence "Mister Burke, I believe you were attending to me first" The boy was gaunt, tall, and had fine blonde hair. He looked like he could be on display here.
Mr. Burke bowed with a flourish and smiled once again "Of course Mister Malfoy! Deepest apologies! I would hate to keep you and your father waiting"
"Father isn't here remember? I'm picking something up for him" Malfoy spat
This kid is a charmer. Without waiting a second more, I crept back out into the street as Mr. Burke scurried after the Malfoy kid.
"Eudora! There you are!" Fred and George ran up to me
"I figured you might be in a tub full of ice by now" Fred grinned
George poked me "Maybe she is and this is someone wearing her skin!"
I balked "A tub full of ice? Someone wearing my skin?"
Fred peered down at me "Yeah, you know, selling your organs"
"Shady area"
"Maybe that's why she was following us that day"
"She wanted our organs cause she already sold hers"
They both nodded and looked at me expectantly "Oh yeah, you figured out my master plan, that's definitely why I'm here"
"Told you"
"You owe me a knut"
"What is this place anyways?" I looked around
The boys shrugged "Murder alley"
"Oh come off it, what's Burgin and Burkes?"
"Just one of the shady shops down here"
"Can we leave now? This place gives me the heeby jeebies"
"We should put a leash on you"
"I'm not a dog!"
"You went down the creepy murder alley"
"It looked interesting" I mumbled
"Oh yeah, I find places like this a riot"
"Can we go?" George rolled his eyes
I shrugged as I felt my cheeks heat up. George led the way back, and I found Fred grasping my hand in the dark alley and squeezing it. I looked back at him and I met his concerned eyes. I savored his comfort. His hand was warm, I never wanted to let go. And then we broke back into the light and colorful area of regular Diagon Alley, feeling his hand suddenly gone and I was once again back with the entire group bustling through the busy streets.
The group didn't seem to mention my disappearance much, few jokes, and then we were taking the floo network back to the Burrow.
Molly fussed over us to clean up before supper, and to make sure everyone was packed for the Quidditch cup in a few days. After dinner, I excused myself and wandered outside. Remembering a brook that I'd seen the Weasley siblings come from from time to time. It was a few feet wide and deep but it was enough to wade around in. Sighing, I slipped my shoes off and plunged my feet into the cold water. It was a warm humid night, the sun had long set, and the crickets and birds were already singing. The pond off of the house was nice enough to swim in, but this stream was more secluded and I appreciated it.
I heard leaves and twigs snapping and turned to see Fred's devilish grin "Sorry, don't mean to intrude"
I raised my hands "It's becoming a nightly thing I guess"
"How do you mean?" He slipped in next to me
"Hermione found me the other night at the pond"
"Ah," Fred glanced at me "You alright?"
"What no jokes?"
His smile faded slightly "Hey, I can be serious when I choose"
I chuckled "I know I'm sorry"
"Yeah, you've seemed off since Borgin and Burkes"
I nodded "It was so strange down there"
"Scary?"
I shook my head "No actually.." I paused "Compelling"
Fred gave me a look "What does that mean?"
"I dunno. It's been happening whenever I'm places and they just seem like they hold power or magic I guess?" I met his eyes "Do you ever feel like that? Like it's all of this electricity around you?"
He shrugged "No actually. I mean I guess I've never noticed"
I felt a little crestfallen. What if there's something wrong with me or my "magic" and that's why the necklace malfunctioned?
"Who knows maybe you're just this crazy powerful witch" He nudged me grinning
"What if there's something wrong with me?" I murmured
"What if there isn't? Come on you'll drive yourself mad"
"There has to be some reason why I'm here"
"Well obviously I'm the man of your dreams... so naturally" He flexed
"Oh come off it" I laughed pushing him slightly "It's just, Dumbledore doesn't even know and he's supposed to be this super powerful bloke"
Fred rolled up his pants and slid into the stream "I mean yeah- but people are always inventing new spells and things"
"Really?"
"Sure! Take me and my brother, for example, we're slowly getting our business off the ground. We hope to expand from the snack boxes we've got right now. I reckon it'll be booming during the term"
"What do you guys make?"
His eyes brightened "Oh! Well, we've got these little unfoldable boxes filled with joke snacks that could get you out of class or a test, or maybe give it to some bloke you don't like.." He prattled on rapidly discussing what he and George wanted to name them, the ingredients they used, and how hard it was to get the ingredients, his smile was unmistakable. He was gesturing wildly and splashing about and I just couldn't stop watching how he talked and laughed, and how the moonlight cast him in this faint spotlight.
"Eudora?"
"Mhm?"
"Sorry" He rubbed his neck "Didn't mean to er- bore you there. George and I could discuss it for ages."
I shook my head reverently "No no I loved listening to you talk...I could listen for hours." My ears heated up when I realized how corny I just sounded.
Fred waded back over to shore, slightly soaked "Blimey, never talk about business while in the water" He gestured to his clothes
I chuckled and glanced at him as he tried to wring out the water from his shirt or pants. The plain white long-sleeve tee was practically see-through, and his green cargo pants had slipped slightly past his hips to reveal the tips of his boxers.
"Chilly?" I asked trying to look anywhere else but Fred
"Bloody freezing, but I don't suppose you have another shirt underneath your tiny crop top"
Pretending to look under my shirt I shrugged "All out of my backup tees sorry mate"
"Come on, I know the boys have a bottle of fire whiskey calling my name"
"You think everyone's still up?"
"The party can't start without me" Fred dramatically sauntered away
Lee met us at the front door "Hey you lot! I was wondering when you'd turn up. Tonight is my last night here!" He wiggled his eyebrows "Gotta make it count!"
Fred chuckled and clasped Lee on the back, "Yeah yeah, we're coming"
I stayed back slightly, watching the boys creep up the stairs in the darkness. It's so eerily quiet. I peered through the darkness at my surroundings, despite just meeting these people, I felt quite comfortable with them. Like they've been long-time friends for a decade. Smiling, I followed a delayed pursuit up to the attic where I could see Fred and Lee's shadowy figures leading up.
Once I reached the top of the many flights of stairs, I couldn't help but gasp for air, how in the world do these people run up and down these stairs? And frequently? I felt a hand gently pat my back. Looking up, I squinted my eyes to make out the shape of Fred.
He smiled empathetically "After years of pulling pranks and messing with my siblings, you get quite good at running stairs"
I nodded and followed him through the final door to reveal a warm orange glow that enveloped the entire room. The source was an older oil lamp that looked slightly off. I'd been told that Mr. Weasley liked to tinker and collect "muggle" artifacts, so this must be one of them. Everyone was in a cramped circle around the lamp, with a few full-fire whiskey bottles tucked next to them. Some faint music could be heard from a small hand-held metal radio in the room, I'd never been to a party before. Not that this was much of a rager. But I never really had taken an interest in the kids at school before. Mainly kept to myself save for some acquaintances from class. A warm fuzzy glow crept through my body eliciting a dumb smile, I couldn't help but welcome the feeling.
Fred and George plopped on either side of me with a bottle of fire whiskey in each hand "Game is simple-"
"-Spin the bottle, take a drink, and ask truth or dare to the person it lands on"
"How'd you guys come up with this game? And where did all of this fire whiskey come from?"
"Lee" the twins said in unison
Lee flashed a grin and made a show of bowing and blowing kisses "I know, I know, I'm amazing, hold your applause for later"
Hermione cleared her throat "What if you don't want to drink first"
"Then someone'll probably dare you to" Fred shrugged
"Just probably a larger amount" Ron mumbled
George placed one of the bottles in the circle's center and Fred moved the lamp to a cramped shelf. George took a quick swig, grimaced, and spun the bottle. It landed on Ginny.
George grinned and pretended to stroke his invisible beard "Truth or dare dear sister?"
Ginny rolled her eyes "Truth"
"Who have you been owling all summer?"
Ginny's cheeks twinged rouge "Dean Thomas"
Ron howled "DEAN THO-" Harry clamped a hand over his mouth, Ron lowered to a whisper "Right, sorry, Dean Thomas? Since when have you fancied him?!"
Ginny shrugged and took a drink from the bottle. I couldn't help but feel confused, I thought she fancied Harry.
~~
The bottle finally landed on me, as spun by Lee, who was getting considerably wasted at this point, as the twins had made anyone it landed on take a large swig from the bottle.
Lee wobbled slightly as he rocked back and forth "I dare you to give a peck ... to the person you think is the fittest here" He slurred his words and fell back laughing
I looked around and everyone shrugged, to which George answered "Lee doesn't hold his alcohol well. We were just seeing how long he'd hold out till he'd fall asleep."
"He'll be fine."
"Killer hangover for him tomorrow though" George grinned
Ginny slyly smiled "But er- Eudora? You didn't do the dare"
I scoffed "I didn't even pick it!"
Fred held his hands up "Hey! Give the dying man his last wish!"
I knew the answer. I knew as soon as we all sat down. I had been sneaking glances at him the entire time. Feeling much too sober, I gingerly took the bottle in hopes of some good ole' liquid encouragement.
"Blimey, you gotta get wasted to do the dare?" Ron stared at the bottle laughing
My face burned "No! I just-" I mumbled and took a long swig from the bottle, almost finishing it. It burned as I had just swallowed nail polish remover and the Sun altogether. THIS? This is what kids my age do for fun. Trying to shake the taste from my mouth, I scooted over to Fred clasped his face with my hands, I was going in for his cheek but I wobbled and knocked my head into something hard and passed out.
~~~
°•° Fred's POV °•°
I rubbed my jaw in astonishment. I eyed everyone else in the room, who had a mix between bewhilderment and cackling like hyenas.
Finally, Hermione broke through the chaos "Is Eudora okay? You both knocked heads pretty hard"
Eudora was snoring and sprawled across my legs and the floor. Smiling I gestured towards her and Lee "We should get these two somewhere safe- I reckon they won't feel great later"
Worried, I swung my head to meet George's smiling face, meeting no jealously, no resentment, just my brother. Letting go a sigh of relief I clasped him on the back and we all got to lifting Lee up and all the way down to the living room couch.
Once we got back up to the attic I gently scooped Eudora into my arms, she was drooling and snoring loudly. I snorted, at least she was still breathing. Hearing the door open, Ginny and Hermione slid into the room eyeing Eudora with worried glances.
"She's fine I think. Just taking a great nap I hope"
Hermione touched Eudora's forehead "She's a touch warm"
Ginny eyed Eudora's paling skin "I think she's gonna boke mate"
Ginny was right, Eudora's once peaceful slumber was now turning into groaning and tossing. Panicking I picked Eudora up, and tried to hold my balance as I sprinted down the stairs to the bathroom floor.
I was almost to the last step when Eudora shook awake and met my eyes with a wild, panicked look. Dread formed a pit in my stomach. I rapidly shook my head and surged into the bathroom and dropped her on the floor.
She lurched over the toilet and hurled. All I could do was hold her hair and rub circles into her back. So much for romance. The smell didn't help but I felt to helpless.
Eudora paused and groaned, I leaned forward "I'm sorry. It's really better to have it out than in. It'll make the hangover tomorrow loads better"
She gave me a reproachful look "I don't think I like it either way. Bloody poisonous fire liquid"
I chuckled "I know" I ran a hand through her hair "I promise they're not all that bad. Especially if you mix them with juices"
She groaned and scooted over to the tub "So gross, I need to get clean"
I nodded, flushing the toilet "I'll grab you a towel and some clothes"
Eudora nodded slipping into the tub. I really hope she doesn't hit her head again. Not that it seems to have affected her so far. I reached Ginny's room and noticed the light was off and both girls were fast asleep. Blimey, I couldn't find my way around when it's light out. Sighing in defeat, I crept back up to my room with George and pawed around for my clothes and towel. Grabbing as much as I could carry I took back to the stairs.
Feeling a bit of glow about myself. She wanted to kiss me. Not bad Weasley.
