“Good afternoon, guys.” Rolanda Hooch exclaimed as she walked among the students.
“Good afternoon, Madame Hooch.” the students shouted.
"Good afternoon. Welcome to your first flying lesson. So, what are you waiting for? Stand to the left of your broom. Come on, hurry up! put your right hand on the broom... and say "up". Mrs Hooch exclaimed, encouraging the boys with quick hand movements.
"On!" Harry said after placing his right hand on the broom, but to little avail.
"On. On." Seamus, a Gryffindor boy, said in turn.
“Wow!” Harry exclaimed once he had succeeded.
"On!" Draco exclaimed, smiling after immediately succeeding.
“With feeling!” Hooch exclaimed, encouraging the other students who hadn't succeeded yet.
After a while, Hermione, Ron, Mattheo and Lilith made it, as did the other students.
“So, I want you to get on the broom once you grab it. And hold on well, you don't want to slip to the ground. When I blow the whistle, you'll push yourself hard with your feet. Hold the broom firmly, lift yourself for a moment, lean forward slightly, and touch the ground. At my whistle. Three, two..." Hooch said, placing the whistle lightly between her lips.
“It's flying!” one student said excitedly while looking into the air.
“Stop!” exclaimed another, also looking into the air, his eyes wide open.
“Mr. Longbottom!” the teacher shouted, his yellow eyes wide as well.
“Come back here!” “Stop!” other students exclaimed as they ran after Longbottom who was still in the air.
“You left too early!” shouted Hermione, waving her hands in the air.
“Be careful!” Mattheo shouted with a sly smile on his lips.
“Yes… yes… Mr. Longbottom! Mr. Longbottom!” Hooch shouted, running after the boy on the broom.
"Below! Below!" Neville shouted agitatedly as he moved his legs to try to get off.
“Neville, you're hurting yourself!” Harry shouted.
“Aaah! No! Help! Help!" Neville shouted before falling off his broom.
“Mr. Longbottom!” Hooch shouted back.
“Oooh! Aaah! Help! Ah!” Longbottom complained as the students surrounded him.
“Let me pass! Come on, get up.” Hooch said looking Neville up and down.
“He got hurt.” a Ravenclaw girl whispered.
“Ouch! Ouch!” Neville whimpered, holding his wrist out in his hand.
“Oh, oh, oh, oh… Goodness, my wrist is broken. Poor thing. Come on, come on, stand up." the teacher said sadly, as he helped Longbottom get up.
“Ouch!” the latter complained.
“You all need to keep your feet firmly on the ground while I take Mr. Longbottom to the infirmary. Do you understand? If I see a single broom in the air, whoever rides it will find himself expelled from Hogwarts before he can say 'Quidditch'." the woman exclaimed, looking at those present before walking towards the infirmary with Piacock at her side.

The Slytherins returned to their common room and sat on the sofas they had in the centre of the room, Draco on Lilith's left side and Matthew on the right. Mattheo burst out laughing as he thought back to Longbottom's frightened face.
"Let's go! It was quite fun!” Mattheo exclaimed, wiping a tear from his left eye.
“Yes, I think I've never laughed so much in my life,” Lilith replied, fixing her hair that had gotten messed up while laughing.
Just then Pansy came in and sat down in an armchair in front of them, followed by three other boys, whose names Lilith didn't know.
“Hi Lilith” Pansy smiled at her.
“Hello, Pansy having fun in the library?” Lilith asked, smiling back at her.
“Not at all! I couldn't find that book I told you about this morning" The raven snorted slightly and then continued: "These are Lorenzo Berkshire, Blaise Zabini and Theodore Nott".
They introduced themselves by shaking hands with the other three and then sat down in the available seats.
“So…you are Mattheo Riddle and Lilith Black?” Lorenzo asked, raising his eyebrows slightly
“Yes, any problems?” Matteo asked frankly.
“No, no one! My family venerates your families and thinks like them" said Lorenzo raising his hands.
“The thought of You-Know-Who,” Lilith wanted to say but bit her lip.
