It had been three weeks which meant Harry had his tournament coming up. He and Keen had been bonding rather well and I can admit I was excited for the fight to happen. I was also dreading the day. The day that was to come in 48 hours. I woke up in the Slytherin dorms. I shared with a boy named Theodore Nott. He seemed nice enough, didn't talk much he was always reading. After I spent time gelling my hair back and putting on my five rings I set to do my skin routine. Right when I had finished pansy burst in,

"Hello Theo!" She squeaked before running to me. Nott didn't even look up from his book.

"Hello Pansy darling." I smiled at her.

"Oh Draco you wont guess what happened!"

"What?" I questioned with a smirk, already sure in had to do with one of her hundreds of love interests.

"Well... Susan asked me out last week" I went to interrupt her for not informing me, "Ah, but I wasn't sure it would go anywhere so I didn't tell you. Anyways, the date was amazing! She took me to the edge of the forbidden forest and we had a picnic in the dark. She had casted a lighting spell and there where these beautiful low lights. She even brought me a large bouquet of Blue and yellow Pansies, with limelight hydrangeas and beautiful white Syringa's. It was just so stunning. Then... we just talked, and she was an amazing conversationalist!" Pansy was beaming. I was happy for her, she deserved someone who could render her amazed.

"That's amazing so you're dating?"

"Oh yes she's taking me out again on the weekend, were going to Hogsmade and she's going to show me a cool shop that specialized in second hand items!"

She continued raving about Susan Bones as we walked to the great hall for breakfast. Once we entered the room I watched as she discreetly nodded to her new Girlfriend. I was so happy for Pansy, she had just come to the realization she only liked girls, Susan would be a lovely first experience.

I watched as Potter scarfed his food down in a nervous sweat. He was speaking to Luna and seemed to grow more concerned by the second. I applauded Luna silently for her strange nature. It was entertaining to watch Potter struggle to exist. I had lunch with my cousin yesterday and Potter had stopped at least three bullies from being rude to her face so I supposed I owed him a bit of peace of mind.

I followed Potter out of the hall as he left. He winded the corners before coming to a stop in the courtyard. I grabbed his hand and pulled him into a secluded corner outside the edge of the castle.

"Potter, you seem rather... shaky," He was strangely flustered and shaking.

"R-right yeah sorry, I'm worried about you-you know the tournament" He rushed out. He seemed positively tiny in that moment. I supposed a strong breeze could blow the poor mouse over.

"Oh Potter fret not, Keen is wonderful and if all else fails they have dragon trainers watching every move."

"Yeah thanks." He was quivering like a poor critter frightened by a cat. I couldn't not bend that to my amusement. He was standing against the wall while my back was to the yard. I stepped forward leaning on the wall protruding from the nook he had cornered himself in. Effectively trapping him in the corner. He looked adorably trapped.

"Potter your shaking like a Mouse" He rather reminded me of one, his small stature and golden brown skin with his messy black hair. "Aren't you going to talk Little Mouse." At the name he flushed even more red than before. "Cat got your tongue?" I smirked.

"N-no." He whispered an adorable blush spreading across his face as it should be. "Thanks Malfoy," He finished quietly.

I stepped back and gestured for him to leave, he squeaked and ran off. I smirked, If I didn't make him feel better about the tournament, he definitely had something else to agonize over. Might I say something even better. I quite enjoyed messing with him. He was cute, I should do it more often, maybe he'd relax a bit. I walked back to Pansy to meet her for our first class, History of Magic.

After classes I went to the Owelry. There was a letter for me from Amelia Bones. We had been corresponding about the article for weeks. She had been building evidence for a case and this was the results. I opened the letter and read quickly,

Dear Mr. Malfoy

I contacted Skeeter revolving her offenses and found some interesting information. Dumbledore is Harry's magical guardian and has given Skeeter full range on any article she wants to write about him. I decided to look into this and found Dumbledore is controlling all of his assets and are paying his adoptive family greatly for there cooperation. He has also been drafting legal papers in Harry's name including investments, credit cards, and drafted wills. He has also tried to make Marriage contracts to be set in place, if signed before he turns seventeen they would be unavoidable.

On top of all of this I have found Harry is meant to be in the care of Severus Snape or Remus Lupin according to James and Lily's will. It actually states Harry is NEVER meant to live with his muggle relatives.

Albus has also made contracts allowing many of authors to write books about Harry with the promise of a hefty percent of the capital. If you can convince Harry we can see about emancipating him or allowing him to get into the custody of a better suited family. Let me know the next course of action,

Amelia Bones

I was Pissed. That was Line theft! How dare he! I penned a note telling Amelia to stand by, and resolved to show Potter after the tournament so as to not stress him about more unneeded worries. I'd get him emancipated if he needed, or get him his rights back if he preferred to stay with his relatives. Though I assumed he wouldn't, at least judging by the way he shivered at the mention of them and dreaded returning home more than most.

Now that Pansy was dating Susan communicating with her aunt would be easier. Especially if I befriended Susan. I went to bed in the dorms that night ready for the next day.
