Not This Again…

Four weeks after the attack at USJ had passed, I never would've thought that we'd be back here, standing outside the large dome. During those past 4 weeks were regular normal school days which were honestly Hell. But at least, I was able to grow closer to everyone and have a connection with them, plus we're doing something out of the ordinary today. On a field trip once again to the place which we were almost killed at.
Like last time the bus ride was funny with people teasing each other for fun or more like bullying Bakugo while he exploded in rage with Kirishima trying his very best to make sure that Bakugo doesn't actually kill Kaminari. We soon arrived at the dome and went inside, it was pretty much the same as last time however this time it seemed like everything was repaired. The work done was so good that you couldn't even tell that only a couple of weeks ago this place was practically destroyed as an enormous battle took place here. Now we all stood on top of the large platform overlooking the entire dome, while listening to our teachers give their speeches.
“As I'm sure what happened last time here is still very fresh in your mind. Well, that happened but class is class. And what happened last time was a great experience, but we weren’t actually able to learn what we were supposed to, so today we'll have a make-up class session! Isn't that great! So let’s begin the rescue training!” No. 13 who definitely looked better that last time spoke out to the entire class
“Are you really okay, No. 13-sensei? Can you really move?” Uraraka asked worriedly as she clasped both her hands
“Thanks for the concern, Uraraka!” She chuckled then twirled around joyfully as if to prove how fine she truly was, “My back hurts a bit, but it's nothing compared to Eraserhead here.”
Aizawa-sensei who stood next to her being wrapped up in bandages from head to toe looked like a mummy, “We are ready to begin, let's start class already. We're just wasting precious time here.”
Kaminari, who was beside me, chuckled at my joke, “Looks like the mummy escaped its tomb.”
“You know, his eyes make the mummy thing way too realistic.” The boy added
As sensei walked away heading towards one of the areas Midoriya suddenly spoke up, “Aizawa-sensei, All Might is supposed to meet us here as well. Where is he?”
The teacher stopped in his tracks and contemplated on what to tell his student, “I don't know. Forget about him, your other perfectly capable teachers are here.” He continued along his tracks without any care
Time skip
Right now we were at the mountain zone area where Kaminari, Jirou, and ponytail were ditched during the attack. The mountains were large and seemed out of place from afar but up close it looked natural and you couldn't tell that it was actually man made.
“Let's start with the training rescue here!” No. 13 began, “Here's how we'll do it, there'll be 3 students at the bottom of the chasm. One of them will be unconscious, the other will have an injured leg and the last will be very worried.”
At the edge of the cliff both Kirishima and Kaminari stood and took a peak, “Woah! That's so far down! It’s pitch black! How are we supposed to even get down there!”
Iida Tenya being the proud president he was, ran up beside the two boys and already began to be immersed in his role as a hero, “Kirishima-kun! Kaminari-kun! What are you saying?!” He got down on all fours and yelled towards the ledge, “Are you okay down there?! Do not worry, we will save you!”
“You are too fast.” Kaminari deadpanned, slightly shocked at how quick the boy arrived
“But I love your enthusiasm, so manly of you, exit sign!” Kirishima added while looking at the boy in admiration
Mina grabbed me and we headed to the others, “Woah that's actually really far down.” I grimaced
“That’s so cool!” Mina spoke in excitement contrary to me
“Well, the injured one will be…” No. 13 then looked at all of us and thought long and hard on who should be the victims for this lesson, “You 3!” She pointed towards Midoriya and his group which consisted of him, Uraraka, and Iida
For the first group, it wasn't me so I didn’t particularly care what was going on until Bakugo started fighting with Todoroki. The blonde grabbed the boy by the collar and twisted it, then drew him further into his face as if to be more intimidating.
“Who do you think would win in a fight between the two of them?” Kaminari of course was the one to ask us
“Todoroki, for sure.” I giggled
“I agree, Todoroki would win for sure.” Mina added
“Todoroki could beat his ass any day.” Snickered Sero
“I can't believe I'm saying this, sorry Bakubro. Todoroki got this one in the bag, he's calm and tactical about his decisions.” Kirishima rubbed the back of his neck in disappointment in himself
We all shut up after Todoroki said something that I couldn't quite hear and then shrugged Bakugo's hand off of him with his own, leaving Bakugo completely speechless and dumbfounded for a second as the dual-haired boy walked off coolly. Not even a good 3 seconds later the blonde bomb erupted in a fit of anger.
Time skip
Once everyone had finished, No. 13 and Aizawa-sensei gathered us all up, “It was a great job everyone, for your first time. We still have more battle scenarios prepared though so in a nutshell, there's still lots to do.”
“Well, that happened…” Kaminari sighed disappointedly
“Do not relax.” Aizawa-sensei glared at us for ever thinking this was all over already, “Class is still in session.”
We moved next to another area, which was known as the ruins zone since it was literally a city which looked apocalyptic. Buildings and homes which were destroyed left and right were only what you could see for what seemed like miles upon miles. We gathered right up in the middle of it, the heart of it really and then our teachers gave us more instructions.
“Now we'll continue your guys training in this setting, refreshing isn’t it? Unlike the first training there's different situations this time. The purpose of this scenario is to give you a more genuine and realistic experience. So since this city has collapsed our injured civilians can be anywhere and we don't know exactly where they are and what state they could be in. You'll have 8 minutes to spread out and 5 of you will be the rescuers. The other 16 students must hide in whichever place they wish to. 8 of the hidden may not speak, I will select them of course though.” No. 13 finished
“Woah! So basically we're like playing hide and seek?!” Mina jumped and fist bumped into the air making the rest of our group cheer and laugh at her excitement which was very contagious.
“To be precise, it's just almost like hide and seek.” No. 13 correctly while Aizawa glared at us for being to loud, “Okay, the 5 that will be the rescuers are Mineta, Bakugo, Midoriya, Uraraka, and (L/n)”
“Oh, this is an unlikely team.” I sighed looking at the purple trash, “Do you think it's allowed if we kill our teammates if they start acting up?” I asked Aizawa-sensei
“Whatever.” He replied back causing me to grin widely as I looked at the trash with a warning look making him gulp and step away from me in fear.
“Why do I have to do it with Deku?! Couldn't I be teammates with someone better?!” Bakugo in an outrage began to attack the poor green haired boy so me and Uraraka had to hold him back while Midoriya cowered in fear.
“When you carry your victims you can touch their chest or their ass! Is that considered an evil deed?” The trash began talking as he used his height to his advantage and stared up at Mina's and Tsuyu's ass.
“Hey, keep your eyes to yourself.” I glared at him when he didn't stop staring at them, “Well, you asked for it.” I kicked him where the sun didn't shine causing him to cry on the ground
“You’re forbidden from carrying them, Mineta-kun.” Even Midoriya glared at the trash for being so disgusting
“Nice job, (Y/n)! He totally deserved that!” Mina gave me a high five for kicking the trash in the balls.
“You have 2 minutes to hide.” No. 13 said and began the countdown, “Let the training start!”
“(L/n), Mineta is still not up after you kicked him.” Midoriya said nervously looking at the boy
“Well, we only really need 5 members to search for everyone.” I shrugged, “We'll be fine for sure.”
“I agree.” Uraraka glared at the trash
“Children, you must not forget that no situation is strange in this case so now you may start!” No. 13 reminded whilst sensei stayed quiet
“Okay, so let's begin our search nearby!” Midoriya began the lead
“Hell no! I'm going my own way, follow me if you want, extras!” Bakugo interrupted before blasting off to someplace
From the ground some piece of trash began talking as he finally stood up, “What's with that guy?! He's too rash!”
“It can't be helped. Let's search first for the injured who can speak.” Midoriya sighed but put on a more determined face right after
“Alright, on it!” Uraraka copied the boy and became more focused on the task at hand
“A lot of time has passed since the fight, let's go.” Midoriya said seriously
“We'll save more people if we split up.” I said then patted both Uraraka and Midoriya on the shoulders at the same time before ditching them
Time skip
Stone, rubble, and debris flew out of nowhere and smoke filled the air. My eyes watered from the amount of dust that got in it. One second I was helping someone out of the hole they were just in, next thing I knew was that I was in the hole with Sero too.
“I don't think that was a part of the training…” Said the boy nervously
“Quickly grab onto me, we gotta find out what happened.” I replied quickly and grabbed onto him before he could say anything else
We teleported to where exactly we thought the source was coming from and what we were met with only filled us with dread as our worst fears came to life. Another villain appeared, and to make matters worse he took Todoroki hostage and Sero was puking right besides me, clearly not being able to handle the feeling of teleporting. ‘Great, just great. You just had to get yourself kidnapped. Nice going, broken air conditioner.’ I thought with sarcasm.
“Damn it, he's got Todoroki knocked out.” Kaminari who had already been rescued came up to our side
“And he's being dragged around like a ragged doll.” I added holding back a bit of a giggle
“We better go save his ass then.” Sero chirped in readying his quirk
‘I know, it looks funny as Hell seeing him just flail around like that but now's not the time to laugh so stop it!’ I mentally cursed at my intrusive thoughts
“It can't be possible…” The brunette stared in disbelief and shock
“Todoroki-kun?! The strongest in our class!” Jirou took a step back to assess the situation meanwhile Iida took one forward
“That's why you should hurry to sensei!” Iida yelled pushing the two girls behind him as if protecting them
The villain was huge, around the same height and width of the Nomu which attacked us last time, though this time it looked more human than resembling a bird, but we couldn't be too sure since a creepy mask covered it’s entire head. It wore a black long sleeve sweater with pads covered with spikes on its shoulders and it was wearing green cargo pants which were a trend as of now, I heard from Mina of course. Moreover, with the amount of commotion this thing made, most of our classmates began to show up.
“None of you will escape me! I will finish you all!” The villain lifted his leg and stomped down really hard making that as we were all running towards him, we flew back.
“Prioritize getting Todoroki back!” I yelled into the air, not sure of who were besides me at this point
Clouds of smoke and dust filled the air once again from that stomp, it was so strong that it sent gushing winds at us.
“Bloody fu-!” I yelled as I got caught in the wind
It sent us flying back and more buildings to crumble down around it. If the area we were in was already unstable then you could only imagine what it was now. It was on the brink of collapsing and we needed to find a way to stop this villain and save the damsel in distress. When the dust cleared up what was left was an area that was completely clear of anything.
I groaned when I came in contact with the wall, my reflexes not being fast enough to cast a spell which could cushion my landing. I stumbled back and took a good few seconds before getting up and teleporting right next to the villain. I was in the air jumping to tackle Todoroki from the villains clutches as I stared at the villain in the eye with a piercing glare but he didn't even flinch. It was a funny sight to say the least, a tiny girl in comparison to the villain just randomly deciding to pop out of thin air and glare at the foul creature.
I reached out to grab the dual-hair who was dangling in the air in the palm of the mighty beast, but just as I had grabbed onto him and was about to disappear along with him with me. The villain was much quicker and reacted fast to my surprise attack, too fast. The villain's strength, speed, and intellect was high. It could in fact rival All Might’s with how powerful it was.
“Shit!” I cursed as I was sent back again with another gust of wind
Eyes closed and mentally preparing for the harsh impact, I braced myself for what was upcoming. A few seconds later though, I felt myself stop from flying and when I opened my eyes. I saw Iida surprisingly appeared from behind me and caught me right before I was going to come in contact with another wall.
“Thank Merli- God!” I exclaimed and quickly corrected myself, “Thanks for the catch…” The boy put me down gently and nodded his head in acknowledgement, “It’s a Nomu for sure just like last time, power only rivaling All Mights. Where are all the other villains? The leader from last time doesn’t seem to be here.”
“I don't know, but we need to keep our guard up. They've already taken Todoroki. We need to work as a group to get him back.” Iida replied back already running back alongside me to the battle area
“That's true, he's really fast though. I wasn’t able to even sneak up on him using my teleportation.” I commented while thinking up of a doable plan
“Yeah, I saw. We need some distraction.” He added while we were nearing the battle area where everyone was also trying to gather at
“If I can just touch him long enough, I can transport the both of us to someplace else. The trip alone should tire him out or at least make him throw up from motion sickness if I make sure that it's extra rough.” I finally thought up of a plan
“Well you better get to it, it seems like Midoriya and everyone has a plan of their own. Let’s just see who's plan works.” He pointed out at everyone who had gathered and was readying their quirks
“Agreed.”
In the battle ground, since it was a giant circular area which was flattened. Everything in the distance including us were left out exposed with nowhere to run or hide. Not like anyone was planning that, well maybe just the piece of trash.
“Alright, now that the terrain is clear. Not even a single one of you will escape me!” The villain announced with his booming voice
“Hurry everyone! Run away while we still have the chance!” No. 13 yelled at us in panic which seemed slightly fake to be honest as she emerged from the rubble
Suddenly sounds of explosion erupted followed by an angry yell as Bakugo flew towards the villain and sent him a large explosion, “You all extras run while I'll defeat this bitch!”
“You have the guts to decide something like that in such a moment!” The villain replied back
Explosion after explosion was sent from Bakugo as he fought the villain and we watched in amazement. But ultimately it didn't deter the villain, it barely even put a scratch on him. it felt like he was toying with us, he was clearly more powerful than us and he already had the upper hand with the situation.
“Hey! Don’t worry about others! Don't just fucking stand there! Make those weaklings run away! you're the class president, aren't you?!” Bakugo flew back to us right after he shot another explosion at the villain and yelled at Iida
“Tsk. Why do you have to insult others?!” Iida yelled back, frustrated with the blonde mutts attitude
“Hey Bakubro, who do you mean by those weaklings?” Kirishima suddenly appeared from above us
“We are the 21 students of class A.” Yaoyorozou followed suit
“We will all be heroes!” Uraraka announced proudly as behind her was the rest of our class
“How brave of you all, truly I am impressed…” The villain, seeing all of our determination, wanted to kill it, “However, you won't defeat me!” He raised his fist and a wave of wind and debris flew right at us
“Don't worry! I got this one!”Aoyama, the belt guy charged in and blasted his quirk at them causing most of them to pulverize
Time skip
“(L/N)! Take Todoroki!” Midoriya yelled at me as he failed to grab the boy on his first attempt
“Got it!”
Without any hesitation I charged right at the villain and disappeared in thin air right in front of him while he was still distracted by Midoriya's failed attempt in rescuing the poor boy. Just as I grabbed Todoroki, I kicked the villain's hand as strong as I could and pulled Todoroki from his back vest which the villain was holding onto to drag him. I heard a ripping sound just as I was able to part Todoroki from the villain and then I was able to successfully teleport the both of us out of there. I landed on the ground a bit far from where all the action was currently at, right next to No. 13 and Aizawa-sensei with Todoroki on top of me.
I groaned and rolled him off of me gently or more like forcefully shoved him off of me as I got the winds knocked out of me, “Damn, you’re heavy!” I turned then to look at my teachers, “We got back Todoroki, No. 13. Could you please look after him? He's still knocked out.”
Before she could reply, I left immediately and went straight back to the battlefield. Everyone worked together including me to defeat the villain and outsmart him. It wasn’t an easy task, we were obviously easily overpowered by him and he even managed to escape our first trap but by using Midoriya's plan which worked out perfectly with the help of Bakugo. Now the villain was trapped to the wall, stuck down with purple balls.
Bakugo went up to the villain and was about to deal his final blow when, “W-Wait! I-I!” The villain managed to take off his mask in his struggle, “I am here!”
It was dead silent for a few seconds before everyone yelled at the same time in shock, “All Might?!”
All Might gave his signature laugh before explaining why he was the villain, “I wanted to make a surprise for your guys training in which a villain appeared in the end. Well the other day happened, but you guys did a great job, I wouldn’t expect any less from the hero course!”
All of us went silent and our eyes darkened as we looked at All Might in mixed emotions. Anger and disappointment reeked us as we stared down at him while he was still trapped to the wall of a broken debri.
“Well… About that… I'm sorry…” All Might looked down in shame
“You went overboard!” All four Sero, Bakugo, Kaminari, and Kirishima yelled comically at the same time then they began to berate him even more
“So you’re awake now? I hope you heard I called you heavy for playing along. Douche move by the way. But I'm glad you're okay, I would have been sad to lose my personal air conditioner plus heater and I wouldn't have anyone ” I nudged at Todoroki's shoulder and laughed as he suddenly appeared, “Sorry about your vest.”
“Todoroki-kun?” Midoriya questioned him as if asking him if he was alright as the boy seemed deep in thought
“You were in on the surprise too?!” Bakugo yelled and was about to chase the boy but then tripped courtesy of my jinx to which Mina and me laughed at making Bakugo blow off on us
“It wasn't me! I swear!” I screamed as me and Mina hid behind Kirishima who activated his quirk to protect us from Bakubitch's explosion, “Jeez, relax!”
“Sorry…” Was all Todoroki said before he left while I was running for my life from Bakugo with an irritated look on his face.
‘I guess, she doesn’t need me or anything… She already has her friends with her…’
