A Demon Right From Hell

The distance between when I had left Todoroki to check up on the spot where I had last seen the mysterious figure, wasn't that far but it covered enough distance that Todoroki wouldn't be able to see me. I could feel my heart beating in my chest like a drum as I neared the spot, the mysterious figure hadn't left. I knew that this time, I had found one who could match my strength and so I took precautionary measures by pulling out my wand from my inner cloak, I had to dive my hand inside the pocket since it was so deep that it was pitch black and held many items that ine would be stunned at how such a small pocket could fit dozen of large items.
He was waiting for me, eyeing me like a prey and was waiting for the perfect moment to pounce on his victim. He, just like me, had worn a mask to cover his identity. ‘Clever.’ I thought to myself as I took in his entire appearance. He stood a few meters in front of me, standing tall and proud. His hair was a light blonde that was so bright it was nearing white with a clean gel back hairdo. His clothes were a traditional robe with a classy antique fit underneath. He practically screamed as a stapled wizard but so did I.
I casted a spell to change my voice, “Why hide your identity?” It was a deep disoriented voice that resembled more like a males
“I could say the same for you, especially since you’ve charmed your voice. You really don't want to be found out.” He let out a deep chuckle, “Well, if you want to know my face so badly too bad… But for fun sake then.” He removed his mask and his once light blonde hair started to change and his entire facial appearance changed into Todo-kun’s without the scar though.
“I don't appreciate you stealing my friend's face.” I spat out in venom
“Stealing?” He let out a roar of laughter, “It seems like I touched a nerve. Are you fond of this human? I do agree he's quite handsome even with that ugly scar for a mere mortal, but looks aren't everything, little girl.” He eyed me accusingly
I saw through his pathetic attempts, “Cut to the chase and stop stalling. What is it that you want?”
“Why reveal now and end all the fun. I've just started. Besides this is still our first meeting, one of many I'm sure. In time we will both find out why we are traitors.”
“Don't lump me in the same as you. I am nothing like you, dark wizard.” I growled at him menacingly
“Don't act so innocent there. I can smell you, your energy is powerful, yes, but also has a dark side. Have you used any dark magic yet, specifically the famous 3? I could teach it to you if you so desire.”
“That’s none of your damn business!” I glared at him through the mask
Todoroki’s face smirked at me in a way I wouldn’t be able to get it out of my mind from how disturbing it was, “So feisty, I like that. So how about I make you an irresistible offer? Come with me and the villains and I’ll teach you all that I know, little girl. You shouldn’t waste this opportunity, you have quite the potential.”
‘Of course, I have the potential! I am the best duelist afterall!’ I thought to myself unaware of who was listening in my head.
My face ran white at his words and then I tried my best to clear my mind of any thoughts, “Best duelist you say? Even more reason you should take up my offer, you’ll be very useful to my team.”
“You and some random muggles that claim themselves to be villains just because society has shunned them or some tragic backstory? No thanks, I won’t stoop that low. Honestly, I’d rather go back to Middle-Earth.” I spat at him sarcastically trying to seem very intimidating
He smiled even more with Todoroki’s face making me for creeped out that I already was, “My my, what a sharp tongue for a young lady. It’s not becoming of you.”
As casually as he could, he pulled out his wand in his pocket but I was quicker since I already had my wand prepared. We both took a defensive stance and waited for who to make the first move, ‘Orc Shit!’ I took a look at him and saw how he laughed and waved his wand in the air, as I was about to counter attack, nothing happened. I stood there dumbfounded but still kept my guard up at the situation.
“Relax, little girl. The fun has just begun, I’ve lifted the anti-apparition for you. Take it as a welcoming gift. Next time, I won’t be so merciful.” He disappeared in an instant leaving behind only a trace of a strange snapping sound.
I groaned in disbelief and panic filled me, but I wouldn’t let them take the reins this time so I took a deep breath and calmed my mind so that I could analyze the situation. ‘There’s nothing else I can do now except head back to Todoroki and pray that he doesn't notice that I’ve been gone for a while.’ In truth, the situation was very dire and everything has become exceedingly complicated but there’s only so much one could do at the moment.
Deciding that it really was the best idea to just head back to Todo-kun and put what had just happened at the back of my mind for now, so that when we had time afterward we would be able to properly, strategically, and meticulously plan out our next moves. Since the anti-apparition had been lifted just as he said he would, I disapparated next to Todoroki as quietly as I could. Good thing that it took the dual-haired boy a little while longer until he could finally break the villain and force them to reveal the answers to his questions.
It was a good thing that Todo-kun was so distracted by that, that he hadn’t even noticed my presence behind him. As the villain earlier used Todo-kun’s face to taunt me I was nervous to see the boy but I put on my brave face and faced him head on. ‘Todoroki looks weird with a smirk or more like a sinister look.’ In fear of what would happen to himself, the villain began to pour out every ounce of information about their plans to kill All Might that he knows. I stood there awkwardly behind Todoroki as he did the whole work and felt useless, so I looked around the area to see if I could see Hagakure or any more villains.
“Todoroki…?” I asked as he finished up questioning the villain
“What?” He asked as he punched the villain straight in the face, knocking him out easily then proceeded to melt the ice around him
“We better get Hagakure and get out of here.” I told him
“The invisible girl, she's here with us?” He questioned in confusion
“Yeah, apparently she's here with us and she's fin-”
“If she's fine then, let's go to the fountain area and tell Aizawa-sensei what we discovered before it's too late. We can't waste anymore time looking for her.”
“Fine… Her quirk is most useful here since the villains won't be able to detect her if she ever did run into one of them…” I nodded my head in agreement and followed after him as we tried to figure a way out of this zone.
After a while of running, a sudden burst of strong wind shot through the air, causing the light revolving around the dome to shatter into nothing more than pieces.
“It’s Midoriya!” I said to Todoroki, “And judging how strong that was, he didn't just use it on the regular villains.”
“It’s got to be the Nomu then! Let's hurry up, we need to help them before they end up getting themselves killed!” Todoroki replied and grabbed me by the wrist, which he seems to have a habit of doing.
He activated his quirk and flung us forward with the ice, truly remarkable of him to have this amount of control over his quirk. I stood beside him and shielded my face from the coldness of the air by diving into Todoroki’s shoulder to which he didn't mean to mind at all. But I think I may have caught him smirking a bit, but I doubt that since he seems to be emotionless most of the time. ‘It's probably just my mind playing tricks on me.
We got out of the area soon enough and stood on top of the wall that divided the landslide zone from all the other areas. Before we could get down, the doors to the entrance of the door burst open to reveal none other than All Might.
“Todoroki! Look All Might's here!” I smiled widely as the feeling of relief washed over me, if he's here then the situation is being handled now
“Everythings all right now! Because I am here!” All Might wasn't smiling this time however which felt creepy because he rarely ever did that
“He's furious…” Todoroki spoke up in slight shock
“Yeah, he isn't even smiling this time, it seems really scary honestly.” I replied back at him
“We can't waste time now, the fountain area is even further than the entrance to the landslide zone. We either better hurry to safety or help All Might help.” Todoroki again grabbed my wrist and we slid down the gigantic wall using his ice.
By the time we got down and towards the fountain area, the fight between the Nomu and All Might was ongoing. We would have arrived earlier had it not been for the strong gust of winds blowing through us caused by the impacts of both the Nomu's and All Might’s punches. After a while, the wind stop and we were able to quicken our pace, however this was unfortunately due to All Might losing as he trapped the Nomu in a body slam position but with the help of the portal guy, he was able to let the Nomu's body go halfway through the portal so that he'd be able to crush All Might’s stomach with his hands. Blood was spilled out from his stomach and it looked like it hurt really badly so All Might tried his best to pry Nomu's hand off of him.
“All Might!” Midoriya ran ran towards the said man in a panic, terrified to see his idol's demise
When suddenly, the portal or much rather Kurogiri, the warp gate appeared in front of him and was going to fall inside. In a moment of sheer luck and instinct, I teleported just beside the green haired boy and pushed the both of us out of the way quickly, avoiding any disaster while Bakugo suddenly appeared and sent a round of large explosions to the warp gate.
“Get out of my way, fucking Deku!” Bakugo screeched at the boy I had just saved
Bakugo then grabbed the metal plate on what I assumed to be the neck of the wrap gate. Meanwhile Todoroki trailed behind us and released a large batch or ice heading towards both All Might and the Nomu. It made its way towards the Nomu body and froze it, even going under the gate just to be able to reach its target.
“Young Todoroki, is that you?!” All Might question as his eyes darted towards the scar faced boy.
“They only told me that you two would be the ones to kill All Might.” The emo boy said in annoyance as he scoffed and gestured to the Nomu and hansy man.
Because of Todoroki’s ice freezing the Nomu’s arm, it's grip became loose and All Might was able to jump out and escape. Kirishima jumped into action as well as he hardened his skin and threw an awesome manly punch at the handsy man, known as Shigaraki Tomura based on the information we got from threatening the lowlife villains earlier.
“Shit! I couldn't show my moves!” Kirishima yelled out in frustration as the villain dodged his attacks
“Kirishima, be careful his quirk can disintegrate anyone he touches!” I yelled out as I helped Midoriya get up
“Stop trying to act all cool, you foggy extra! All you are us a fucking shitty hair!” Bakuhoe yelled at towards Kirishima which I found to be very offense since they seem like friends
“The Symbol of Peace can't be killed by you fools!” Todoroki jumped in all coolly
“Kacchan… Everyone..” Whisper Midoriya from behind me as he furiously rubbed away the tears from his eyes
Everyone took a second to pause to observe and wait out who would make the first move. Which turned out to be the handsy man.
“Kurogiri… Our escape door has been blocked. This is some deep water we're in.” The blue haired man said angrily
“You bunch of careless fools!” Bakugo taunted them as he laughed at their faces, “It's just as I thought, only some part of you can change into a foggy warp gate and you were hiding your body with the fog gate, weren't you?!” Bakugo didn't stop there though, “That time when we attacked you the first time and you said, ‘Dangerous, so dangerous…’ If physical attacks never worked on you, the word dangerous wouldn't have come to your mind!” The warp gate then began to struggle in Bakugo's grasp so he sent some small warning explosions at him, “Don't even think about fucking moving! If I even think you're being suspicious then I’m going to explode you to bits!” The blonde angry mutt proceeded to smile maniacally as a crazed look flashed through his eyes.
“His attitude is so not hero-like.” A drop of sweat ran down the side of Kirishima's as he looked at Bakugo with great concern though he was able to hide it with a smile
With a defeated tone the handsy man began to speak, “On top of capturing us, the kids are almost all uninjured. Kids these days are so strong… You make the Villain League look bad.” The man then turned towards the Nomu to instruct him, “Nomu…”
Todoroki gasped in shock as the Nomu began to disappear into the warpgate. It then popped out of the other side of the gate wherein it reconnected with its body however because of the ice being wrapped around its body, it began to break off starting first with its entire arm then its leg.
“His body is broken yet it’s still moving without a problem.” Midoriya said
“I'm guessing he has a regeneration quirk!” I replied back to the green haired boy
‘Sure my answer was a long shot but it would explain how the Nomu moved so fluently and such… Because it was healing itself.’ I thought to myself.
“Everyone, get back!” All Might yelled at us and so I grabbed Midoriya's wrist and pulled him back
Sometimes, I really wish I hadn't been right since the Nomu’s missing arms and legs began to grow back instantly, muscles forming and then the skin covering it as though it was nothing.
“The kid’s right.” The handsy man said calmly
“What the…? Isn't his quirk shock absorption?” All Might stood up from his previous kneel position and readied his fight for another round.
“I didn't say that it was his only one.” Shigaraki said
“Gah! How many quirks does this thing have!” Kirishima spoke in dread of the situation as once again the tides had turned
“This one is body regeneration. The Nomu was designed to fight on par with you at 100%. He’s basically a high-quality human sandbag!” Shigaraki said and so my classmate readied themselves in a fighting position, “First, let’s retrieve our gate. Go Nomu.” In the blink of an eye, the creature disappeared
I yelped as another strong gust of wind blew me and everyone else back, this time it was stronger than all the one prior to this. I landed on my back and tried to pick myself up to no avail. I turned to face everyone else when I saw that we were all gathered in one area as we flew back. When the dust cleared up, the Nomu was seen squatting beside the warp gate in a protective pose and Bakugo was nowhere in sight.
“Kacchan!” Midoriya yelled out for Bakugo in fear, panic, and worry when he quickly realized that he was perfectly safe and next to him, “You managed to dodge it? Wow!”
“No, I didn't so shut up!” The blonde mutt like usual got angry at Midoriya for nothing
“So how did you do it then?” Kirishima asked bewildered
“(L/n), are you alright?” Todoroki asked as he helped me back on my feet
“Yeah, thanks…”
“Then that must be…” Todoroki trailed off
To which I finished for him. “All Might…”
As the other side of the dust cleared up, it revealed All Might who wasn;t looking too well as he coughed out some blood.
“All Might!” Midoriya cried out
“Do you know what moderation is?” All Might coughed out again making me start to doubt who the winner of this battle would be
“I was trying to save a friend, so it really can't be helped. A little while ago, that kid…” He pointed towards Midoriya, “That plain one over there tried to throw a punch at me, you know? Using violence to save others is a beautiful story, isn't that so, hero?” Tomra still continued while All Might planned his next moves, “You know what, All Might? I am angry at this world. Where the same violence is categorized into heroes and villains or good and bad. You call yourself the Symbol of Peace? You're just a violent machine used to oppress people! Violence only gives birth to violence. I'll make that clear to world by doing everyone a big favor and killing you right here, right now.” He finally finished his villainous speech
“You're insane! Ideological criminals should have passion in their eyes, but all you have to do is have some fun! You're just a liar!” All Might yelled at him, completely debunking his speech
“You saw through me already, huh?” Shigaraki laughed a bit at that
“The battle 6 vs 3, you guys have no chance of winning.” Todoroki said in his usual tone once again
Midoriya decided to jump in as well, “Kacchan also revealed the fog's weakness.”
“I'd say you villains had lost this battle.” I looked at the villains with a glare
“These guys are insane, but if we all support All Might we can beat them in such a manly way!” Kirishima then hardened both his arm, preparing to attack
“No!” All Might stopped us before we could do anything as he passed right past us, “Run away.” All Might outscretch a protective arm towards us
“If I didn't help you back there, you would have been dead for sure.” Todoroki reminded All Might as he prepared to fire another round of ice
“That’s true, young Todoroki and so I thank you for that, but I'm fine. Now watch what a pro hero can truly do.” He finished and Todoroki lowered his hand and stopped his ice from appearing
“You're bleeding though and the time-” Midoriya quickly cut himself off as though he had said something he wasn't supposed too when All Might gave him a thumbs up
“Nomu, Kurogiri… Kill him.” Shigaraki commanded them, “I'll deal with the kids… Let's clear this battle and go home.”
Shigaraki then ran as fast as he could towards us, “We gotta do this!” Kirishima yelled out and activated his powers
