The Battle of Hogwarts, Part One

"Hello, Luna." I smiled at her, and led her to a private corner of the tent where the reception was taking place. Mostly, the summer leading up to this was snooping on the three (with a brief interlude for this and Harry's birthday), and gathering a plan for how I was going to track them. I had already stolen Hermione's wand, and had placed a tracking spell on it when she wasn't looking, so I could follow them by Apparation. I couldn't allow myself to get too close once I started tailing them, but I had to know where they were going to be able to formulate a plan. I mostly enjoyed what small talk I could with Luna, before the inevitable chaos erupted. I leaped in front of her as spells flew, and felt my wand grow hot, signaling that the three were gone. I turned to Luna, and smiled.

"See you soon, Luna." She smiled, and pressed something into my hand before I turned on the spot to Apparate, but, to my horror, I remained where I was.

"No." I dashed towards the Death Eaters, drawing my wand and joining those defending the reception desperately. Once they saw me, a great shout went up, and they began to focus more on me. I growled, and dashed away, darting between people as the Death Eaters pursued me, trying to get as far away from the reception as possible before I stopped. I made it to the tree-line, dashing in and coming out in a clearing on the other side, Death Eaters waiting on the other side as the ones from before closed in, counting almost twenty total. I stopped, chest heaving, and spoke to the group.

"Why me?" before I began casting spells. I duelled fiercely, the circle of Death Eaters aiding in my fight as the spells they missed me with sometimes hit other Death Eaters. I dodged hundreds of spells, too focused on surviving to bother with returning fire until they all stopped as one. I hesitated, panting, and felt my Mark burn. I swore loudly, and heard a mad cackle sound from behind me. I turned slowly, and saw Bellatrix Lestrange, approaching in front of her master, Voldemort himself. I panted, sweat running down my face, and waved to him.

"Hello, Tom. How've things been?" He snarled, and twisted the wand in his hand, which was not his, I noticed. Pain flared up on my chest, and I was thrown back onto the ground. I laid there, surrounded by Death Eaters, as he drew closer, pale white face and bright red eyes scowling at me.

"You were my closest ally, and you betrayed me. I trusted you. We all trusted you. Crucio!" I screamed in pain as my entire body felt as if it was boiling in molten lava, and writhed on the ground until he stopped.

"How long were you reporting to Dumbledore? How long?" I gasped for air, and laid my head back.

"Before you even marked me. The only reason I allowed you to beat me in the graveyard was so you could Mark me, and the plan would work. Surprise." He yelled in anger, and I began to suffocate, vision darkening from lack of oxygen until it stopped. I sucked in a breath, and heard him speak.

"Death would be too good of a punishment for you. I will see to it that you are taken to Azkaban." I shuddered in horror, and he laughed insanely, before continuing in his high, cold voice.

"But, I will also personally curse you with a few choice spells as well, for my amusement. He waved his wand, shouted a spell, and my hearing faded to nothing. I was about to speak when he waved his wand again, and my vision slowly faded to black. I began screaming obscenities, cursing him and the Death Eaters, particularly the ones who were grabbing me, until we Apparated off and a chill settled into my bones. I shivered, and grew weak at the knees from terror as we entered the wizard prison, blinded and deaf but still able to feel to cold radiating from the dementors. I was thrown, hard, into a tiny cell, and the presence of dementors strengthened to the point that I understood why some of the maximum security prisoners still had their wands: I was so weak, so terrified, that I couldn't will myself to use the Patronus Charm. Instead, I crawled to the far side of the cell, a tiny window, found by touch, my only solace, and shivered, the rough stone floor my only bed. I remembered the box, and dug it out of my pocket before carefully opening it. I felt the inside, and my fingers grazed what felt like a ring. I pulled it out, feeling along the edge as I traced an inscription I couldn't read, and I slipped it on my finger, memories of Luna blossoming inside of me. I pressed my face against the window, feeling the wind tickling my nose, and screamed out a promise that I couldn't hear: I would escape the prison, and I would save those people at Hogwarts, and then, maybe, just maybe, I would give Luna a ring for her to wear.

~

I drank down the water, choosing to avoid the bread, as I had for the past two weeks and three days, as it had been dosed with a sedation poison to keep me from being able to think correctly. I felt my way to the window, and threw the bread out, before shivering, my dress robes now in tatters after the month in Azkaban. I had counted the days by using a shard of rock and digging into my arm, a line of jagged scars telling me how long I had been here. But, today was the day I would escape. I had regained enough strength a week ago to cast a simple copying spell on the cup one time, and I had kept the glass of water in my cell, waiting for the opportunity that would come. I carefully shuffled my way across the space of my cell, foot grazing the cup, and I stooped quickly to catch it, lifting it and pouring it down my throat, the icy taste filling me with courage. I thought of Luna, the ring still on my finger, and, in that moment, I shifted into the dove, escaping the same way Sirius Black had, flying swiftly from the prison instead of swimming. Thankfully, it seemed that the blindness and deafness were only limited to my human form. I winged my way towards land, too weak to think of much else but flight and food, the rolling waves below me matching the turmoil of the sky above. I glided, wings stretched out as far as they could go, saving my strength until I looked down and realised I was over ground. I dove, coming to an abrupt stop inches above the ground, in a small field. I used my eyesight to spot a bug, sitting on top of a blade of grass, and darted towards it, scooping it up in my beak. It was good, but not enough to fill my aching stomach, so I took flight again, spotting an apple tree at one end of the field. I landed, and shifted back, laying on the ground next to the tree. I dragged myself forward, to the base of the tree, operating on memory alone, too weak to use my Metamorphmagus or Animagus powers at this point, and reached up for where I thought a low hanging branch was, snagging it and breaking it off, sending three green apples to the ground next to me. I devoured them, the sour taste awakening my muddled senses, and I used the branch to knock more off of the tree and into my searching hands until my stomach was full and I was strong enough to Apparate. I had no clue where the three were, so I drew my wand, and aimed it at my face, hoarsely speaking the counter-spell to blindness, followed by the counter to deafness as my sight returned. I laid back, breathing heavily, and used the branch as a walking cane after I found my limp had been exacerbated by the time in Azkaban. I focused on the wand, and found that they were, to my horror, at Malfoy Manor. I Apparated straight into the Manor disregarding any attempts at stealth in my haste to protect them. I arrived just as they departed, and heard a scream of shock from behind me. In Azkaban, the Metamorphmagus powers had overreacted in the first week, before they stopped, causing me to grow a gruff, white beard and a very elderly face along with fraying hair. I turned to spot Lestrange, and swore before Apparating again to where Hermione's wand was. I arrived right next to them, on a beach, and promptly fell onto my hands and knees into the surf, vomiting up the apples that had disagreed violently with my stomach. I collapsed, water lapping against my hair, and sighed as several wands were pointed at me at once. I held up my hands.

"Please don't kill me. I just broke out of jail." I heard a voice above me, and I tracked it to Ollivander.

"Dear me, is that you, Mr. Kehoe?" I nodded weakly, and sighed.

"I can't get up. Can someone please bring me a blanket? I’ll stay here for the night if you don't trust me." I heard a snort, then a pair of hands on each side picking me up.

"Come on, Ron. Let's get him inside." My head hung down, lack of food mixed with Apparating twice in a row draining me, and my feet drug on the floor as Ron and a red-haired man (probably a Weasley) carried me into a house. I was laid down on a soft couch, and a warm fire crackled to my right.

"We've got to be sure it's Dugan. Get Luna." I tried to sit up, but gave up after a struggle. Luna appeared, and, at the sight of me, stared, mouth agape.

"Is-is it you?" I lifted my hand, showing her the ring, and she gasped.

"Dugan!" She dashed over, and wrapped me in a hug. Her being there, combined with the warmth from the fire, rekindled my Metamorphmagus power, and I shrunk to beard to nonexistence and turned the hair black before stopping, too tired to do anything else. She let go, and the other red haired man appeared, his face covered in scars, which led me to the conclusion that this was Bill Weasley. He handed me a bottle, and I took a sip, lips chapped, before coughing as the drink burned my throat.

"Firewhiskey. Should perk you up a little while Fleur gets some soup ready." I leaned my head back, sighing, and closed my eyes.

I was woken by Luna gently shaking my shoulder. I cracked my eyes open, and say that she had two steaming mugs of what looked like soup. She held one to my lips, and I opened my mouth, taking a small sip, the warmth scorching my throat, but I didn't care. I took a breath, and she handed me a piece of bread. I shook my head slightly, and she shrugged before setting it back down and tilting more soup into my mouth. We remained like that, her feeding me and me being fed, until the mug was empty. I spoke, voice almost gone from all the yelling I had done in Azkaban.

"How did you get here?" She smiled, and placed a hand on mine.

"Dobby the house-elf rescued me from Malfoy Manor, along with Harry, Ron, Hermione, Mister Ollivander, and a goblin." I frowned slightly as I weakly gripped her hand.

"Why were you at Malfoy Manor?" She looked away, and I repeated the question.

"Why, Luna?" She looked back at me, with tears forming in her eyes.

"The Death Eaters took me, and they put me in the basement with Ollivander and the goblin, where they t-tor-" she ended her sentence abruptly, and I squeezed her hand.

"It's okay, Luna. You don't have to tell me what happened." She nodded, and hugged me again, her head pressed against my chest. I patted her head with my free hand, and she sat up suddenly.

"You look different. Where were you?" I waved her off, realising how bad my emaciated body must look to her.

"I'm fine. It's nothing I can't heal from." She pointed out the tally marks on my arm, and looked at me strangely. I pulled myself into a sitting position, her aiding me, and stood, aided by her and the tree branch. I made my way slowly into the kitchen, where most of the other people sat. On my entrance, the room quieted. Is at down heavily, and noticed everyone else was staring at me.

"What?" Ron cleared his throat.

"You look like you haven't eaten in a week." I chuckled weakly, and took another sip of Firewhiskey.

"Try two." Bill butted in.

"Where were you? We saw you being chased by Death Eaters from the party, but that was it. What happened?" I glanced at the people assembled, and saw that every last one, from Hermione to Fleur, was watching me.

"Well, I led them into a clearing, where I was surrounded. I dueled with them for a little, but stopped when Lord-" I was shushed by the room.

"He's put a curse on the name. It summons Death Eaters when you say it, that's how the three of us got caught." I shrugged, and continued.

"Well, the Dark Lord arrived, and tortured me for a little, before he cursed me with a blindness and deafness spell. He then threw me into Azkaban." The room shuddered, and Luna spoke up.

"How did you escape?" I shifted in my seat.

"I found that they were suppressing my abilities by sedating me through the bread I was being fed, so I stopped eating it until I had gained enough strength to transform into the dove, and I flew off. I actually Apparated to Malfoy Manor right as you lot left. I then Apparated here, threw up the underripe apples I had eaten before I Apparated to the Manor, and then you discovered me."

A while later, I was up to almost my full strength, practicing my abilities with the others on the beach next to the cottage. I shifted back into a person, and entered the cottage after flying there. I then, very discreetly, began packing a bag with several fruits and vegetables.

"Where are you going?" I turned to see Luna watching me suspiciously.

"Umm, nowhere. Just packing this in case we need to make a quick getaway." She frowned.

"Yeah, right. While Harry, Ron, and Hermione are out there somewhere you're going to pack 'just in case.'" I winced, and shrugged.

"Truth is, I'm going to Hogwarts. I've heard rumours of a group of students hiding out in the Room of Requirement, and I need to help them. You are not coming." She looked at me, exasperated, and sighed.

"Why not?" I turned, and looked at her.

"I'm trying to keep you safe. You stay here until everything blows over." She huffed, and walked up to me.

"And what if I follow you?" I turned back around from where I was filling flasks with water, and saw that she was inches from me.

"Well, I'd have to take you to a safe place, of course. And make sure you'd stay there." She leaned in closer, voice dropping to a whisper.

"And how would you do that?" I opened my mouth, but felt hers upon mine, and we kissed for a long time, wrapped around each other, until she ended it.

"Like that." She nodded, breathing hard, and replied.

"That's a good way to do that." I nodded, and spoke.

"Look, Luna. After this, and after you graduate, maybe we could date a little longer, then, maybe after that, we could think about maybe... Marriage." At her wondering face, I quickly tacked on another sentence.

"Only if you want to." She smiled, and pulled me in for another kiss.

"Just make sure you come back." I nodded, and slung my bag over my shoulder.

"Love you, Luna." She smiled, and, just before I left to Apparate to the edge of the grounds, I heard her reply.

"I love you too."

At the boundary, as soon as I arrived, an alarm went off. I cursed, and dashed in the direction the the castle, casting a Vanishing Spell on myself as several nasty-looking people dashed past me. I made it inside, and realised I had no clue where they were.

"Where would I want to go if I didn't want anyone to find me?" I was struck with the answer seconds after I asked it. I raised my wand, and muttered a spell.

"Point me." It dragged me around at a ninety degree turn, and I dashed off down the corridor, still invisible, taking turn after turn until I stopped at the entrance to a broom cupboard.

"Please." I tried the door, hoping against hope, and, when it swung open to reveal a passageway, I almost whooped. I entered quickly, shutting the door fast, and dashed down the gentle slope until I reached the bottom, which opened into a wide room, filled with people aiming their wands at me.

"Whoa. I come in peace. Here, I brought food." I set the bag down in front of me, and Ginny stepped forward.

"Dugan?" I nodded, hands in the air, and she laughed.

"It's good to see you." I smiled, and the wands lowered.

"So, you guys are the ones hiding out?" She nodded as I passed out the flasks to everyone, then the food.

"The castle looks pretty dreary, let me tell you. What happened?" She shrugged as she led me to a section of hammocks decorated bright blue (for Ravenclaw, I assumed.).

"Well, Death Eaters happened. They started teaching classes, with dementors everywhere. Snape's gone off his rocker." I met up with the Quidditch team from my house, and I embraced with each of them before turning to Ginny.

"So, basically it's Rulesville up there, right?" When she nodded, I cracked a grin.

"Well, I'm in the mood for some old-fashioned pranks. You in?" She smiled mischievously.

"Of course. What do you need?" I shrugged.

"I just need you to get a bunch of gross things from the lake, and stuff them in the Great Hall. I'll handle the rest." She shrugged, and dashed off. I followed her out of the closet, before we separated. I shut the door, and began running loudly down the hall.

"Peeves! Show yourself, you old git!" Directly in front of me, floating in the air, the cackling poltergeist appeared.

"Yes?" I cracked my knuckles.

"I challenge you to a prank-off. Whoever can cause the most chaos wins." He mulled this over for a moment.

"What do I get?" I frowned in thought.

"I'll let you flood every single toilet in the school." He cackled, and zoomed off to cause madness. I laughed maniacally, spotting Mrs. Norris rounding the corner. I aimed my wand at her, and hit her with a special jinx. Her fur began changing colours like a strobe light, and she yowled out before dashing away. I giggled, and waved my wand in a huge arc, sending fireworks out into the hall before amplifying my voice.

"Helllllllllllllllllllllllooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Hogwaaaaaarts, and welcome to Dugan Kehoe's After Hours Chaos Spectacular! Currently I am engaged in a prank battle with the respectable poltergeist Peeves, so sit back and enjoy the show." I waved my wand in another arc, taking control of all of the statues.

"Dance for me!" They began to crowd the halls, snapping and dancing with themselves and each other in a huge, clattering, deafening line behind me as we marched to the Great Hall. I spoke again.

"Paintings, give me your best war cries!" As one, the entire school's paintings began to shout and yell, no doubt waking Snape and anyone in a mile radius. I shouted along, shooting fireworks from my wand as the lines of statues danced around me, until Ginny appeared.

"Whoa." I nodded, and saw jets of light appearing as teachers fought through the dancing statues to us.

"Is it ready?" She nodded, and I cast a powerful spell on the Great Hall, pulling the doors shut and leaving a surprise for the teachers.

"Okay, get up into the stairs. This might get messy." She followed me up to the second floor landing, and we watched as Snape arrived at the doors. With a twirl, the doors opened, sending a roaring wave of water over them. As they were doused, a huge bang sounded, followed by Peeves laughing insanely. I watched as hundreds of thousands of cauldrons rained down into the stairwell, clattering and clanging as they fell. I raised my wand, shielding Ginny and I from them, and I spied Snape vanishing the water. I waved my wand, and the statues began to dance to a rhythm. I waved my wand, and the torches began to flash different colours, until everything stopped. I frowned, and turned to see McGonagall, in a night robe and looking murderous.

"Oh." She scowled, and I saw a fringe of shoe behind her. Luna's shoe. I growled, and spoke.

"Seriously?" McGonagall followed after Snape, who had snuck off at the sight of McGonagall, and I stared accusingly down the hallway.

"Luna Lovegood." The Invisibility Cloak moved, revealing Luna and Harry, who quickly took the Cloak and dashed off.

"I told you to stay at the cottage." She shrugged.

"And maybe I decided to ignore you." I sighed, and heard McGonagall talking behind me.

"Dugan, He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named is coming for Potter. We're setting up defensive spells, but I thought you might be of assistance." I nodded, and pulled Luna along behind me as I followed the professor to a classroom where Flitwick was casting spells out of a window.

"Ah, you're here. I've covered the standard spells, but anything you might think up would help, Dugan." I nodded, and peered out of the window before casting a few protection spells of my own.

"That's all I'll risk. Now, Luna. If you're bent on staying with me" her face provided an answer "then you do what I say when I say, alright? The biggest fight you've ever seen is going to happen in a little bit. I need to make sure you're safe." She nodded, and I turned to McGonagall.

"Minerva, I've got a bunch of students that are ready to fight. What are we expecting, exactly?" She shook her head.

"His full army. Dementors, Death Eaters, even Giants." I frowned, before nodding and exiting the classroom.

"Peeves! Prank war update!" He appeared in front of me, holding a handful of chalk.

"Yessir?" I spoke quickly.

"We've got people about to attack the castle. I need you to man the courtyard. Defend the castle to your dying breath with stinkbombs and ink pellets, soldier!" He saluted before pelting off, and I chuckled, leading Luna to the front door. We sat there for a while, hearing Lord Voldemort's speech, at which I responded with my own, loaded with swearwords and several allusions to his mother and different farm animals. The students cheered behind me in the hall, while Luna chided me for swearing so much. I shrugged, and watched as the Death Eaters advanced, prepared to kill us all to get to Harry, who I need to buy time for until he could get the rest of the Horcruxes. I stepped forward with Luna, the sounds of Peeves repelling attackers quite comical (for some reason I heard a goose honking), and raising our wands together.

"Let's do this." I sent a wave of fire at them, which they blocked in unison, followed by a wave of water from Luna that knocked several over. I stepped in front of her, and began duelling the line of Death Eaters, forced to be only three wide as they crossed the bridge. I shot spell after spell, nearly halting their progress, Luna waiting at the safe end of the bridge while I advanced slowly, forcing them back to the other end of the bridge, me standing in the middle. I cast jinxes and hexes, curses and all other sort of spells in an attempt to beat them back, but after a moment or two they rallied, and started advancing, shooting Killing Curses at me in rapid succession. I dashed back, dodging and rolling, before aiming my wand at the lead row's feet. I shouted out the most powerful Destruction Spell I knew, and a flash of orange light flew from my wand and smashed into the bridge at the lead's feet. With a huge rumbling explosion, me frozen in awe of the spell's effect, the bridge began to collapse, me on it. I jumped up, and dashed along the collapsing bridge, leaping for Luna's outstretched hand. I barely caught it, and she hauled me up until I could get a good grip on the jagged edge where the bridge had beaten. I climbed up, and surveyed the bridge, or lack thereof. It had been completely destroyed, with most of the Death Eaters alive on the other side of the bridge, having back-pedalled when they heard the spell, but I saw one or two crumpled forms laying on the rubble below. I rolled up my sleeve, and flexed the arm with the Mark before jabbing a finger on it, knowing it would be intensely painful to them as well as me. I endured the burning, and they started shouting at me, hurling abuse and a few spells. I magnified my voice, and spoke.

"My school." I then ducked behind a wall, as a hail of curses and jinxes flew into the gap. I waved my wand, summoning an incredibly powerful Protection Charm in the gap, sending their own spells back at them. I sighed, and heard a thunderous roar from the other side of the castle. I jumped to my feet, pulling Luna behind me as we dashed through the castle, where the Death Eaters had managed to get past Peeves, even though they had paid dearly for it. Several I saw had what looked like chalk dust coating their robes, and one had gotten an entire face-full of undiluted bobotuber pus, with boils and warts popping up all over his face. I laughed maniacally, and hurried towards the sound of the roars until I reached a hole in the wall, revealing a massive giant, towering over the assorted people there. I shot a Stunning Spell at him, but it bounced off, drawing his attention to me. He swung a club the size of a limousine at me, which I blocked with a blast from my wand. He roared again, sending my hands over my ears to block out the noise. I growled, and waved my wand, sending thick steel chains around his legs and arms, pinning them to his sides. He tried to move, but tipped backward, falling backward into the Forbidden Forest with a crash that levelled the trees in a small area. I roared in victory, and dodged a curse before ducking back into the castle, Luna in tow. I dashed back and forth, trying to find Potter, but the trace I had put on Hermione's wand only narrowed it down to an out of order bathroom. I frowned, struck by the familiarity of the bathroom, and peered at the sinks, spotting the snake. So they were in the Chamber of Secrets. I didn't speak Parseltongue, so I just ripped the sinks apart with my wand and hopped into the hole, Luna close behind. We slid down the tunnel, me jumping back to the last time I had done this, accompanied by Ron, Harry, and a very unwilling Gilderoy Lockhart. The tunnel ended, and we dashed past the snakeskin, finding the vault door wide open. I hopped through, and saw that Ron and Hermione were the only ones there, toting armfuls of basilisk fangs and completely drenched in water. They spotted us, and picked up their pace, Luna and I helping them up while I asked them about Harry.

"We don't know where he is right now. Last we knew, he was near the Room of Requirement." I cursed, and the four of us hurried out of the Chamber, me using my magic to lift us out. They dashed off into the smoke, and I shrugged before heading to the Great Hall, intent on finding McGonagall and telling her about the bridge. I arrived to find the door guarded by an Auror, two members of Dumbledore's Army, Arthur Weasley, and a Slytherin fifth year. I nodded briefly to them as I entered the hall, and realised it was a makeshift hospital, with quite a few people lying on small cots, their wounds being tended to by several people. I spied McGonagall over in a corner, and hurried over, her grasping me by the shoulders.

"Are you alright? I heard what you did to the bridge. I'm surprised that you managed to survive that." I grimaced, mission completed, and turned to leave.

"Wait, Dugan." I turned around.

"I hear the the Death Eaters are getting quite nasty over by the entrance to the school from the boathouse." I nodded, and turned to Luna, who was surveying the injured people sadly.

"Here. You stay here, and help Slughorn brew potions for these lot while I go to the breach point." She turned to disagree, but I grabbed her shoulders.

"Luna. Right now this is the best place for you to be. It's going to get ugly over there, and I want you out of harm's way." She opened her mouth to argue, but caught sight of my eyes and shut it.

"Just come back. Please." I nodded gravely, and turned, running out of the Entrance Hall and taking a right, headed for the point. I took several turns, blocking jinxes from passing Death Eaters and returning fire, until I found where they were getting in. A hole had been blasted into the wall, and ten or so Death Eaters were being held off by a ferocious group of four Hufflepuffs, who I joined with a shout, duelling five at once and giving them a slight break. I Stunned one, Disarmed two more and Petrified the fourth before locking the fifth into a full Body-Bind curse. I turned to the other five to see that they were all Disarmed or Stunned. I waved my wand, tying up the Death Eaters with thick ropes, and Vanished the wands before nodding to the Hufflepuffs, who had been joined by two Slytherins, who looked ready to fend off anything that came through the gap. I moved on, aiding small patches of people duelling, before I encountered the entire Ravenclaw Quidditch team, almost all of which had to have snuck back inside, as they weren't seventh years, but they were giving a group of Death Eaters a run for their money. I leaped in, levelling the first line of hooded figures with a line of purple light, and dueled briefly with the retreating others before turning sternly to the team.

"You lot are not supposed to be here." Everyone shrank back except for Lina and Jessica, who were allowed to be here. My scolding was interrupted by a group of Death Eaters appearing at the end of the hallway. I cracked a grin, I stepped in front of the Quidditch team. I slashed my wand horizontally, and six Death Eaters hit and invisible wall, falling back onto the ground as more trampled them in a desperate charge. I ducked back into the line, and we waved our wands in unison, a rolling waved of water flowing angrily down the corridor at them. I was impressed at the younger girls, as they were using the advanced Summoning Spells almost as well as Jessica and Lina. The remaining Death Eaters were bowled over and swept down the hallway, us advancing to keep the spell going, driving them out of the corridor and into a small courtyard before Peeves appeared, cackling evilly as he poured a cauldron of what smelled like Draught of Living Death onto the entire group before vanishing.
