How to not lose my mind when I am with you

Remus

The last day, it was the last day… Remus couldn’t believe it, two weeks went by like it was nothing.

Maybe it was nothing for others, the campers maybe but not for Remus, this camp had brought him and Sirius together, in this beautiful bond they now share, as well as James and Regulus, Pandora and Xeno, Lily and Mary, Dorcas and Marlene… it was truly beautiful.

They were at breakfast right now, Peter was sitting with them today since he didn’t have to prepare anything for dinner, and lunch was already made so he had some free time. They talked, ate, and laughed. “Well the last day boys and girls, what are we gonna do today,” Sirius asked with an excited grin.

“How about a Canoe tour?” Marlene asked, “Naahh, we are gonna have body cramps while driving home, why don’t we all just go swimming normally, the sea is big here, and there is even a zone for the campers to swim in where they can’t leave, it will be fun,” Lily said.

“How do you even know that?” Mary asked with raised eyebrows, “I did my research,” Lily said smugly. Remus just chuckled and hissed quietly when Lily kicked him.

So they continued eating, this really good breakfast made for them by Peter (Remus thinks that Peter is giving the supervisors some special breakfast tbh, it looks much better than the camper's food).

Sirius

Sirius was swimming in the sea now, he was playing with James before his stupid little brother did some magic trick and pulled James to himself, so, Sirius had a mission: Find Remus and kiss him.

Sirius already knew that Remus had long gone out of the sea, it was too cold for his knee and since Remus himself also got cold easily so he left about 30 minutes ago to warm himself up.

Sirius left the water and looked around till he found a little tree not far off with a Remus under it. Closed eyes and breathing steady. Sirius sat down next to Remus and laid his head on His chest and breathed in and out again. He thought Remus was sleeping until he felt gentle fingers going through his hair, brushing it behind his ear and rubbing against his jawline gently.

Sirius smiled and looked up at Remus’ face, his head laying on his hand which was placed on Remus’ chest to admire him
Remus also smiled at Sirius. “You no longer wanna swim?” Remus asked quietly and Sirius shook his head gently.

“No, I am too tired now, you made my body calm down too much” he whispered. Remus smiled, pulled on Sirius's hand to signal him to lean further up, and captured Sirius’ lips in a kiss, a small one but right after he leaned in once again and kissed longer and again.

Barty Crouch Jr.

Barty was not a big romantic guy, but from the moment he felt the love for Evan inside of his heart he has been doing dumb things, like going to the park with him, trying to win a plushy Evan liked, and other stuff like that.

In the end, they got together, it’s been like that for maybe 6 months now and Barty still feels crazy. Crazy about the need for Evan, the need that he is always beside him, and and gives him goodnight kisses (he would have cringed at himself for admitting that 12 months ago).

They were currently swimming, Regulus was off to do his own thing and that meant only Evan and he were left together. They were just floating in the water talking maybe splashing with the water until Evan got thirsty and left, Barty if course followed like a lost puppy but it seemed Evan wasn’t that thirsty because before they could even go to their cabin Evan pulled them both of them into a little part of the woods.

Kiss, kiss “Ev- Hey!” Evan pulled back and looked at Barty, they were the same height but even felt a little bit taller at this moment “Can’t we go a little slower…maybe?” Barty asked carefully. "Oh…oh!" Of course, that’s alright, I am so sorry” Evan said quickly.

Barty smiled and shook his head “It’s alright, just don’t you know, take all my air away” and Evan chuckled. Seconds later Evan slowly leans in again, kissing Barty much gentler, softer.

“That's better…” Barty whispered with a smile plastered on his face.

Dorcas

Marlene and Dorcas were lying on the sand, enjoying the sun, getting tanned, holding hands, and giving kisses (covered up since there were still kids around them)

“Do you think we are gonna see each other often after leaving the Camp?” Marlene asked Dorcas “I don't know…but I hope so” Dorcas whispered.

Marlene smiled a little bit “I am gonna go swim now” Marlene said with purpose in her voice while standing up and pulling down her pants to reveal her bathing suit. Dorcas only stared at her, her mouth a little open.

Then smiled brightly “I am coming too!” She said quickly getting up and putting off her clothes as well, running after Marlene to the water.

James

When James first looked at Regulus standing at the shore and not moving into the water he didn’t think about it too much, but after seeing the uncertainty in his eyes brought him to start moving, Sirius could play alone r go to Remus.

“What are you doing?” James asked standing next to Regulus
Regulus almost jumped from being scared by James but quickly looked up to James and smiled gently. “nothing, I just don’t like the water, you know”. James looked at him for a few seconds before smiling gently “Then let’s go and lay down on the sand, it’s nice and warm!”. Regulus smiled brightly and nodded, on the way to the place where everything was laid from them (towels and clothes) Regulus kept his face hidden, James saw the blush on his neck, so he was satisfied.

Regulus

James was indeed one of the nicest people alive, he didn’t ask Regulus why he didn’t wanna go into the water, didn’t even try pulling him in but instead just gave him the option to go the completely other way and he even brought him to the place where he can lay down and stayed with him.

He did indeed love James Potter.

Thank god he was out of his parents house and lived with Evan and Barty, so he didn’t have to be scared to inform them of his relationship with the boy that made Sirius leave his family behind.

They lay there now, side by side. Well not exactly, James proceeded to put 1 kilogram of sunscreen on Regulus.

“I love you James” Regulus whispered to James, James stopped what he was doing and looked at Regulus with surprise on his face “I- I love you too Reggie” he stuttered and Regulus laughed at that.

Later that day they sat around in Sirius’, James’, and Remus’ Cabin talking casually and laughing

“I and Remus have to pack soon for College, it’s not far from here,” Luly said with a smile on her face, she was cuddling with Mary.

“Oh right!" Lily and I are going to the State College here!”

James and Sirius looked up at the same time, just like Marlene and Dorcas did “There is no way that we are all gonna go to the same college!” Marlene said and then Dorcas and she started cheering together with Mary, James, and Sirius staring at each other just like Lily and Remus

“Well I think we just revealed that we are gonna be together for the next 3 years non-stop,” Remus said while laughing with Lily

The Night ended with laughing, kissing and people saying goodbye and leaving for their Cabins.

The next morning went about the same, eating, packing (they also announced the winner of the “Name your Cabin” game and Lily's Cabin won (I am not gonna reveal the name).

Remus went to Lily’s car and they drove off, remus was texting with Sirius the whole time though and when he finally got back home they called, and so the summer break came to an end, starting a new journey in College.
