Chapter 1
''Up. Get up! Now!'' Said the voice of the old lady as She knocked on the door several times. Presley opened her hazel eyes to the same old darkness. This had been her life for the last ten years and Presley gets anoyed by it every single Time.
Harry sat up and Presley moved further into the tiny little broom Closet cupboard room. She hated the room. It was too tiny and She Either had to sit right next to her brother when brushing her hair or under the tiny part Where the stairs hit her head. It wasn't that She didn't like her brother. She loved that idiot. She just wasn't a fan of too much touching.
Presley took her brush and brushes her red hair. Harry turned the light on and took on his round glasses. Over the stairs, She heard Dudley run down. He ran up a few steps again ad jumped up and down. Causing dust to fall down.
''Wake up, cousins! We're going to the zoo!''
''Dursley family reunion.'' Presley Said. ''Don't be rude to the animals.'' Harry Said. Presley laughed a little. She finsihed brushing her hair and out it in a ponytail.
Harry had opened the door and walked out, only for Dudley to push him inside again and lock the door. Harry landed on Presley. ''Get off.'' Presley Said. Harry got off her and opened the door again. Harry and Presley walked inside the living room.
''Cook breakfast and try not to burn anything.'' The old horse. ''Yes, Aunt Petunia.'' Harry Said and choked the eggs. Presley cooked the bacon, leaving them a little burned.
''I want everything to be perfect for my Dudley's special day.'' Petunia Said. ''Hurry up! Bring my coffee, boy.'' The hippopotamus. ''Yes, uncle Vernon.'' Harry Said.
Presley saw Harry was taking the eggs on the Dursley's plate. So she helped him out and put the coffe in the machine. ''Thank you.'' Harry Whispered.
''How many Are there?'' Dudley Asked. Presley guessed he found him present. ''36. Counted them myself.'' Vernon Said. ''36? But last year last year i had 37!'' Dudley Shouted. ''But some Are bigger than last year's.'' Vernon Said. ''I don't care How big They Are!'' Dudley Said.
Presley put the bacon on the Dursleys plates. She heard Petunia saying she would buy Dudley more gifts. Presley rolled her eyes. Didn't that pig already have enough? Presley was about to put the pan back when she saw Petunia left her wallet on the kitchen table. She put the pan on the counter and took a dollar out of it. She would need it later.
Presley With her brother and the Dursleys walked out to the car. Just when Presley and Harry was about to go inside the car, Vernon closed the door and locked the Children.
''I'm warning you, kids. Any funny business, any at all... and you won't have any meals for a week. Get in.'' Vernon Said.
They got inside the car and drove to the Zoo. Presley looked out the window. She wished she had one of those walkmans She's seen people with. When she was in the car with the Dursleys, she always wanted to lock them out of her head.
They arrived at the Zoo and Looked at a snake. Presley was waiting for the perfect time to leave and go to the gift shop. In the Meanwhile, she just looked at the snake. She really enjoyed staring at the creature.
''Make it move.'' Dudley Said. Vernon knocked on the glass. ''Move!'' Vernon Said. Dudley knocked much Harder. ''Move!'' He Shouted. ''He's asleep!'' Harry Said. ''He's boring.'' Dudley Said as he and his parents walked away. Was by time.
''Harry, do you mind If i go and watch some other animals?'' Presley Asked. ''Not at all.'' Harry told her. Presley smiled and walked away. She looked back to make sure Harry didn't watch her. Fortunatly for her, he didn't. He only watched the snake.
Presley had walked to the gift shop of the zoo. She looked around at all the items. Harry's birthday was coming up and She wanted to give him a present. As She looked at the items, something soon caught her eye. A stag charm it was very cute, and the dollar Presley had was enough to buy it. She quickly took it and payed for it. ''Have a Nice day.'' The woman behind the counter Said. ''You too.'' Presley Said.
She heard some panicking screams for some reason. She turned around and saw... the snake? The snake from earlier. What in the world happend? Presley decided to stand still, Perhaps the snake wouldn't do anything dangerous. And it didn't. It went out of the zoo.
Presley walked back to Where Harry was only to see Harry on the floor. Presley ran to him. ''Harry, What happened?'' Presley Asked. She looked up and saw Dudley. Inside the snake's cage. ''Harry, What happened?!'' Presley Asked louder. First of all, They would Get in serious trouble for that. Second of all, How did the snake Get out and Dudley inside?
As soon Petunia saw Dudley was inside, She screamed and panicked. Presley had to admit, it was funny to watch. What was less fun was the stare They got from Vernon. They Are in trouble.
When They got home, Vernon held Harry and Presley by their hairs. ''What happened?'' Vernon Asked. ''I swear, We don't know! One minute the glass was there and Then it was gone, it was like magic!'' Harry Said. Vernon opened the cupboard and threw Harry and Presley inside. He Then locked in and talked through the breathing holes. ''There's no such thing as magic.'' Vernon Said and left.
''I hate that hippo.'' Presley Said
