First and second meeting
He first met her in a narrow alley. The girl was 8 years old, and he was 13. He was strolling with friends, preparing for the next year of schooling, looking at feathers, books, and Quidditch gloves.
His friends were in the candy store at that time. And he wandered through the Quidditch departments. New brooms, gloves, uniforms of different teams.
When he saw the girl, she seemed lost. Maybe she was waiting for someone. But the question was: who?
Although curiosity was not his habit, he still decided to help. Suddenly there could be perverts and pedophiles around here.
"Are you lost or waiting for someone?" he asked, and the girl startled from the unexpected question. She had almost golden hair in the sun, braided in a beautiful braid adorned with colorful ribbons. To be honest, it looked charming.
He didn't know the girl or the boy in brown clothes who looked so good next to her. Or rather, the girl had on a white turtleneck and a long brown skirt.
But the most unexpected, or rather, expected thing, were her eyes. He thought the girl would have blue eyes, but he didn't expect them to be so beautiful.
He still remembers it. Her eyes like diamonds. Like a clear spring sky and like the ocean. Her eyes drew him in directly. And it was probably the most magnificent magic of the wizarding world.
Freezing for a couple of minutes, looking at the girl in front of him, he snapped out of it. Shaking his head at such thoughts. If he had just shaken his head then, after learning who she was, he would have wanted to hit himself.
The First Daughter and the sixth child of the Weasley family. Surprise. Such a beautiful creature of the universe was born into a family of blood traitors. He felt sorry for the girl. It won't be easy for her with such a status, even with such a beautiful face.
He asked her not to tell anyone about their meeting and about who helped her find her family. Seriously, they literally forgot about their daughter. And when she appeared on her own, they started scolding...
The second meeting took place three years later, precisely on the Hogwarts Express train. She was looking for an empty compartment and stumbled upon his, politely knocking on the door before opening it and asking if they could sit next to them. In the compartment were Marcus, Adrian, and Graham. Once they gave her permission and she entered, she immediately recognized him, hugging him tightly. At that moment, he couldn't think of anything else but how she had become even more beautiful. The same shiny red hair, eyes like an ocean. Even her style of clothing hadn't changed. A long skirt of a tender blue color and a white loose blouse with long sleeves. She looked stunning. He knew he wasn't the only one thinking that. His fellow compartment mates couldn't take their eyes off her either. If Graham looked at her with curiosity and interest, Adrian couldn't help but gaze at her with both curiosity and a hint of envy.
She introduced herself in a rather polite tone, not rushing, starting with her last name.
"I'm Fawley," she said. And it surprised him again.
"Fawley?" he unexpectedly exhaled.
"Yes, I am Veronica Fawley. Now I am the rightful heiress of the Fawley family and have no relations with the Weasley family, except for communicating with the brothers," she calmly explained, smiling at him. To which he responded in kind.
