Regulus' pov again :)
Well, Regulus' mind was too occupied with his job to actually think about Sirius that mutch. He was working at a random café. It was calming for his mind. The smell of coffee - he didn't like coffee. Just it's smell. The café was calming and small. A perfect place to be at after school. His coworkers were nice and kind. He wasn't. Nice and kind that is. But, he'd grown not so mean to those people at least
There was supposed to be a new worker at the coffee shop. Not that Regulus minded - maybe just a tiny bit - since his plan was not to talk with workers at all if not needed. And he didn't really care. That's what was so good about hiding your emotions for so long – you learn how to control them.
Anyways, a tall man walked into the coffee shop. First thing Regulus noticed were the scars on his face. Many people would pretend like they don't. Like it's normal. And there is nothing wrong with having scars anywhere. But he isn't going to pretend like he doesn't notice them. Regulus is just being realistic.
Next thing he noticed was his warm smile as he walked towards him. ,,Excuse me, i came here to work; it's my first day." The taller man said softly to Regulus, and Regulus just nodded. ,,Follow me" He said coldly and lead him to back doors. Explained what he needed to and left to go work again. The man, even though feeling the coldness Regulus gave him, kept smile on his face. Maybe Regulus won't hate him after all. Not many people just keep quiet. The man did.
The workers were required to wear name tags and pronounce. Remus. The guy's name was. It didn't mean much to Regulus. But good to know.

Remus was really nice. But in a calming way. He didn't try to make small talks with Regulus. He didn't even ask questions. He really liked being around him. Something about him... About his presence - it was comforting. Calming. And yeah, after 2 more weeks, they started talking. Probably because their shift ended at the same time. Maybe because they literally spent few hours every day with each other. He doesn't know.
You know how time passes fast? Yeah. Regulus was invited to a party. With Remus. Said to bring friends and thats it. Regulus, he wasn't the type of person to party. Not at all. He hated it. All the people there. Touching, and pushing, Crowding. The lack of air. The feeling of being so small compared to others. The drinking. The way people acted UGHH. He literally hated it. But its was Remus. He also wasn't the type for big parties so he did consider it.
And maybe telling Barty about it was a bad idea. ,,C'mon, we got to go! It's a party, Reg; when have you last been invated to one!?" ,,Please Reggie!! PLEASE!" And Regulus gave up. ,,Fuck me" he muttered under his breath. ,,Fine, yes, we are going." God, he made a mistake. He knew it.
