Chapter 1- Harry
Harry woke up to Sirius and Remus standing over him.He didn’t know the importance of the two fathers to him until this day. He looked to his left to see his friend Ron lying in the bed across from him.
He wondered why he and Ron and so many cuts and scrapes.And a pounding head ache that made him think that his deceased father James might be there.
“What happened?” Harry turned his head to look at the two men standing next to his bed. “You ran into a drunk Hagrid” said Sirius, “KIDDING it’s was his dog”
“His dog was drunk? Are you drunk?” Harry said looking at a disheveled man with black hair and Grey eyes. He was very handsome.
“God Harry, get it together. No I was drunk the dog was angry.” Said Sirius His stormy eyes glistening with laughter. “Sirius my goddess shut up! Give the kid a real explanation, you were there!” Said Remus
As the worry comes to their faces, Harry wonders what could have happened to make his fathers happy expression change this quickly. “Should we tell him the whole story?” Remus says with a hushed voice. “I think we should.” Sirius said.
As Harry is thinking about the situation he has a vision of Hagrid being very angry, more angry than he ever was. “Hagrid was there. Wasn’t he?” Says Harry in a concerned voice.
“Yes, he was.” Remus said looking extremely nervous. Now Ron is screaming. Very loud. So loud that Harry covers his ears. “THERES A DOGGGGGG!!! BLOODY HELL.”
Sirius walked over to Ron and covered his mouth.. with a pillow. Ron started to thrash and make muffled screaming noises. Harry could just barely make out Ron saying “get that bloody pillow of my face” and Sirius removed the bloody pillow.
And as Remus eye roles over this whole situation, Harry thinks why would Remus do that? I thought he likes Ron. Maybe not.
“Harry, your godfather tried to KILL me!” Said Ron in a breathless voice. “Oh would you just CALM DOWN!” Said Remus in a tone that Harry has only heard on a small amount moments. Weird.
Sirius had his usual mischief grin on his face as he said “Wouldn’t be the first time.” he laughed at his own joke because when doesn’t he.
“Harry, I don’t think you should be around him anymore he’s a bad influence.” Says Ron. Everyone except Ron starts laughing.
“What he is!” Ron says annoyed. Remus looks at Ron pointing to Harry, “ And Harry isn’t? He almost got you killed on numerous occasions!” Everyone laughs with and at Ron that time.
“Ok is someone going to tell me what happened?” Harry asked wiping tears from his eyes. Everyone suddenly got quiet and the mood changed.
“We were about to go into the Whomping Willow and Hagrid walked by and his mangy mutt tried to attack Remus for who knows why. Then you two idiots jumped on the dog. Luckily me and the one and only Remus was there.” Says Sirius like nothing else happened. “Well that’s very helpful! Thank you!” Ron says is an annoyed voice.
“Well you’re one to call him a mangy mutt. He has better keep fur than you Padfoot.” Harry said. Sirius turned to him and glared “I have a beautiful coat thank you very much.” Sirius said indignantly. Remus sat there with a confused expression on his face. Probably plotting.
Ron laughs while saying, ”Remus has a point!” “Shut up I still have that pillow!” Sirius says with an annoyed voice.
Harry laughed at the joke. He looked around the room and realized that only Ron and him have injuries. “Hey Remus, Sirius. Why aren’t you two injured at all.” Harry asked. “Because Harry we are wizards. We used our wands and didn’t throw ourselves head first at an angry oversized dog.”
“I had my wand! I remember now! We went down to Hagrid’s because he was fixing Ron’s wand!” Harry said with relief finally remembering. “Why is my wand always the broken?” Ron said angrily.
“Well maybe if you could remember how to get past the whomping willow we wouldn’t have this problem.” Sirius said.
“Shut up! I didn’t have years of practice like you.” Ron says agitated. As Ron and Sirius keep throwing insults Harry tries to get up and now sits and the end of the bed.
“Here have some chocolate Harry” Remus said handing it to the raven haired boy. But, Harry thought I looked difficult than his usual chocolate. “Thanks Moony” Remus looked around confused for a few seconds before responding.
“Moony? ….. Oh! Yea. I’m Moony!” Remus responds nervously. “It’s ok Remus! We are all still a little on edge.” Sirius said while leaning in for a kiss. Remus then yanks away with a disgusted look on his face.
“What the bloody hell was that!” Remus yelled. “Babe, what’s wrong?” Sirius said looking extremely concerned at his boyfriend.
“Whats wrong with you?” Harry says weirded out. Everyone looks at Remus searching for a response but he just stands there for what seems like hours.
“Why is everyone looking at me that fag just tried to kiss me.” Remus finally broke the silence. “Don’t call him that!” Harry screamed attempting to stand but he got dizzy and sat down. Sirius look as though he was going to cry.
“Why are you acting like this!?” Sirius says and storms out. “What is happening in here? I was about to come in and Sirius ran out crying! Ron what did you do now!? I heard you guys fighting I didn’t know it got that intense!” Hermonie says angry at Ron.
“It wasn’t me” Ron’s said defensively . “Sirius went to kiss him and the Remus called him a fag” “Why is everyone acting like I’m the weird one Sirius is the one who kissed me?” Remus said.
“Did you hit your head or something? You have been dating Sirius for a year! Why are you acting like Orion Black!?” Harry says as he looks at Remus disgusted. “Damn Harry! Good one! So what actually is it? Sirius is crying and I speak for everyone when I say, Can you tell us why you are acting like this!?” Ron says eating the food beside his bed.
And with that Remus ran. No one saw him for a bit.
