What if Kakashi is reborn in Sword Art Online, not right into the game obviously, but he's reborn nonetheless <.<
- He's friends with Kirito and winds up buying the game
- Surprise he's not the only one reborn, he encounters some of his old friends/comrades/mentors whilst trapped in the game, they form their own guild, he keeps in touch with Kirito tho.
- Their previous lives as ninjas help them greatly in game, but they don't openly talk about it until after they're out of the game.
- Not everyone of them make it out alive, re: trauma and some bad coping etc.
