8:15p.m. Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry
Teachers and students throughout the castle were suddenly jolted by a huge roaring sound as the entire castle began to shake on its foundations. A powerful wave of magic swept through every room and person within them, almost seeming to clarify all its path, leaving everything and everyone in its wake cleaner and brighter. A heavy dullness lifting. The wave of magic then condensed and continued moving making a lighted pathway through the castle.
Professor Minerva McGonagall’s voice was soon heard throughout the building, “All students remain in or return to your common rooms. Prefects will contain all students in their common rooms until your Head of House returns. All Teachers and Staff report to the entrance of the Headmasters Office”.
As all the Teachers and Staff arrived outside the Headmasters Office, many voices could be heard asking what was happening. The headmaster arrived looking as confused as everyone else and somewhat nervous. A glowing path then formed leading to and almost compelling the Teachers and Staff towards the Defense of the Darks Arts classroom.
As they arrived at the DADA classroom the door was glowing and pulsing, then slammed open. The headmaster with wand drawn, slowly entered followed by Professors Severus Snape, Filius Flitwick and Minerva McGonagall. The rest of the staff remaining in the hall peering through the doorway on alert. Inside they found Professor Delores Jane Umbridge, current DADA Professor and Ministry Stooge stuck high up on the wall opposite to the doorway with what appears to be quills sticking out of her arms and hands. She was extremely red-faced and looked to be screaming, but no sound could be heard from her, somehow having been Silenced. What was even more disturbing was an unconscious male student hovering in the middle of the classroom inside a glowing ball of magic, dripping blood from his left hand onto the stone floor which was slowing being absorbed into the castle. Behind the student, the following words were appearing in a messy scrawl in the color of the dripping blood:
Since I have been directed to write I MUST NOT TELL LIES using this Blood Quill for the 4th day this week, I Hadrian James Potter-Black, being of sound mind do request
SANCTUARY from Lady Magic and Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and Protection as a Child of Magic from the following Persons and Places
DELORES JANE UMBRIDGE, Current DADA Professor, Hogwarts High Inquisitor and Senior Undersecretary to the Minister of Magic for:
- knowingly torturing myself and other students of Hogwarts with a Blood Quill during imposed detentions.
- for self-admitting to myself of ordering Dementors to find and attack myself and my muggle cousin, due to immediate proximity, in the muggle neighborhood where I am forced to live.
- for instigating a full Trial (kangaroo court) in from of the Wizengamot for use of Underage Magic in a Muggle area (while protecting myself and muggle cousin from dementors) with the intents of upon
my conviction sending me to Azkaban or submitting me to the Dementor kiss; her preference.
PETUNIA, VERNON, DUDLEY and MARGE DURSLEY: my mother’s Muggle sister, her husband, their son and Vernon’s Muggle sister.
- For repeated physical and mental abuse since the night I was illegally placed on the doorstop of their premises. The results of their ongoing abuse had been fully documented by the Goblins of Gringotts, which include
- malnourishment,
- multiple untreated broken bones resulting in misaligned healing with ongoing disfigurement,
- beatings, whippings, and burns causing numerous and severe scarring throughout my body,
- diminished growth and maturation.
- Theft and misuse of funds provided to them for my care and rearing.
- Confinement to a storage cupboard as a bedroom until the age of 11,
- basement confinements for punishment including whipping and chained to a post.
- No clothing other than unwanted worn items from my cousin who is 3 times larger than myself.
- Use as slave labor for cooking, cleaning, gardening and home repair since the age of 3 with frequent punishments if not done to their satisfaction.
- The allowed and mandated bullying and frequent beatings by my cousin and his gang of school friends in their home and the public school.
- Lack of a proper education due to frequent beatings if my school performance was above my cousin Dudley
ALBUS PERCIVAL WULFRIC BRIAN DUMBLEDORE
- Creating and communicating a False Prophecy to my birth parents and godparents, alleging that I or my godbrother Neville Franklin Longbottom, Heir of House Longbottom were the subjects of said false prophecy destined to be the supposed potential vanquisher of the Dark Lord, assumed Voldemort, given name of Tom Marvolo Riddle.
- Instigating my birth parents and godparents, under Compulsion Charms (evidence held by the Goblins of Gringotts) to go into hiding, under Fidelius charm at secret locations suggested by himself and as binder of the secret keeper.
- Suggesting to my parents, under compulsions, to change the secret keeper from my Oath Sword Godfather, Sirius Orion Black, to Peter Alan Pettigrew, as he would be a “less likely candidate” that the opposition would consider. Also serving as Binder for this change in secret keeper.
- Knowing through his skills in Legimency that Peter Pettigrew was a Traitor to my parents and godparents, had taken the Dark Mark of the Dark Lord Voldemort and betrayed our family and the Longbottom’s locations to the Dark Lord and his lead followers, the Lestranges.
- For tricking and illegally kidnapping me from my Oath Sworn Godfather after the murder of my parents by the Dark Lord Voldemort via Rubeus Hagrid and delivering my infant self to the doorstep of my Aunt Petunia Dursley, against my parent's final wishes.
- For compulsing Sirus Orion Black to chase after Peter Pettigrew with the intent of capturing him for trial. Pettigrew, when cornered yelled out lies accusing Sirus Black of being the traitor, cut off his own finger and causing an explosion of a gas line in a muggle neighborhood to hide his change into his rat animagus form and escape. Thus causing Sirius Black to be arrested for the crime.
- To knowingly ensuring that Sirius Black was thrown into Azkaban prison without a trail portraying him as the Traitor to the Potter’s.
- For trapping me with abusive muggles during my childhood from 18 months old to present under severe wards disguised as family bloodwards to ensure that I was mistreated and kept ignorant of my true family, family holdings, the magical world and potential approved caretakers.
- For stealing money, valuable books, family relics and use of Potter family properties in the guise of my magical guardian.
- Attempted Line Theft by creating and signing illegal Marriage Contracts between me and the youngest daughter of the Weasley Family, signed by the matron of the Family Molly Weasley on November 2, 1981, two days after my parents' murder.
- Trying to facilitate the enactment of this illegal Marriage contract by authorizing compulsions and potions placed upon myself by Molly, Ronald and Ginevera Weasley.
- For further stealing of monies from my vaults in setting up monthly distributions to Molly, Ronald and Ginevera Weasly and to The Order of the Phoenix.
- Other lists of compulsions, potions and blocks upon my magic placed and administered by Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore are on file with the Goblins of Gringotts.

- Attempted Line Theft by creating and signing an Illegal Marriage Contract as noted above, not authorized by any past or current Potter Head of House.
- Monetary theft from unauthorized use of my heir vault key to withdraw sums not for my benefit.
- Monetary theft from Potter vaults by accepting monthly payments from Albus too many names Dumbledore.
- Various administering of potions, compulsions, jinxes and hexes upon my person in order to control my actions to their wishes. Lists compiled and held by the Goblins of Gringotts.
Tom Marvolo Riddle aka The Dark Lord Voldemort and his agents/followers known as the Death Eaters marked or unmarked with his cattle brand on their left forearms known at the Morsemorde
- For murder of my birth parents
- For my attempted murder
- For assault
- For line theft by forcibly and unwillingly taking some of my blood by your agent Peter Pettigrew and using it in your restoration ritual
- For Necromancy in creating Horcruxes in a vain attempt at Immortality
- - please note Tom & Albus – all but Tom himself have been destroyed, including the snake Malidictus Nagini. She said thank you when I released her from her trapped imprisonment in the snake body and left me instructions to enjoy the boots.
- And as a Reminder of my earlier statement, The Prophecy is a Fake. Albus put a compulsion on a drunk Sybil Trelawney to say it in his brother’s pub knowing that a very naive young Death Eater by the name of Severus Snape was “spying” on him.
Who interviews potential schoolteachers in a sketchy pub and hire them based on slurred “predictions”?
For these and even more reasons, I, Hadrian James Potter Black, Lord to Houses Potter, Peverell, Gryffindor and Slytherin and Heir to House Black ask for Lady Magic and Hogwarts to grant me Sanctuary and Protection from the named Persons and Places they control. So Mote it Be.
As these words finished writing themselves onto the classroom walls the castle began rumbling once more. The staff turned as one to stare at Dumbledore in shock who was beginning to raise his wand when there was a brilliant flash of golden light. As the light faded, gold writing appeared above Harry, SANCTUARY GRANTED, his body disappearing in a silver flash. The next second the windows in the classroom crashed open and Albus and Delores’ bodies were swept out of them. They were quickly followed by 3 Patronus coming from Flitwick, Sprout and McGonagall.
Fifteen minutes later the 3 Professors were meeting Amelia Bones, Director of Magical Law Enforcement holding a copy of Harry’s Sanctuary Approval just outside of the school gates where the prone bodies of Albus Dumbledore and Delores Umbridge were trussed up in Devils Snare, their burnt and broke wands laying on top of them with their personal belongings and other incriminating evidence surrounding them. Also on top of them were their Termination Notices signed by Lady Magic and Lady Hogwarts, the embodiment of the castle’s magic.
Harry’s whereabouts were unknown.
