"Wait…" Remus softly pushed him away, still leaning in himself, tears gathering in his eyes.
"Why, Remus? Even now?" James pleaded with him. A moment of contemplation before…
"I…don't know anymore." Remus surged forward, hands and lips and eyes finding each other in a frenzy before he could think further.
