Cordelia Black, cousin of Sirius Black, daughter of Cygnus and Druella Black, and sister to Bellatrix, Andromeda, and Narcissa, was a pureblood in every way possible. She reached all the standards her parents placed on her and never associated with the wrong sort. She knew the way things were meant to be, the way the social ladder went. Purebloods on top. Half-Bloods in the middle, and Mudbloods and all else last. This was the correct way of thinking. Well, at least that was until she met Remus Lupin.
