Chapter 1

The only survivor of the killing curse was left on the doorstep of the Dursleys after three staff members of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry recently departed.

The professors of Hogwarts were not the only magic folk on Privet Drive that night however.

Mere minutes after their departure, a shadowy cloaked figure came gliding down the street.

It quickly bypassed the protective wards before very carefully scooping up the infant, securing him safely into the arms of the unknown person. Before the two could make their leave, three pops alerted the cloaked person to the entrance of Rubeus Hagrid, Minerva McGonagall, and Albus Dumbledore.

“Not even a moment has passed before your wards failed…I warned you, Albus,” Minerva scolded her boss lightly in a whispered tone.

They all halted any further movement upon seeing the sight in front of them.

“Hey, you!” the half-giant bellowed. “Leave the child alone!”

"I figured there were other alarms on the wards. I however did not expect the beast tamer, the ex-Auror, and the vanquisher of Grindelwald, all at once," the dark cloaked male spoke with a certain apprehension.

"Put the child down safely and let's talk. Voldemort is gone you have no reason to—” Albus started but was caught off.

"You think I hold allegiance to that hypocrite!? No, I wish no harm to this child. I will ensure this child's safety. I will make sure he never sees the detestable creatures whose hatred for our kind runs in their blood as well," he spoke venomously before looking over to the house where the baby was left.

"The boy must be protected and out of the view of society or else, he will possibly grow up to—” Albus tried again.

"You are stupid and naïve. You are looking 20 steps into the future, yet you fail to see what's in front of you…How you got that wand is beyond me. There are many and much better ways to ensure his safety and privacy than leaving him here. I’d watch out if I were you three, the child’s parents might come back from the grave to get revenge for trying to put him with his relatives who have Wiccaphobia," the man chuckled.

"You should show respect to the greatest wizard of our time! You don’t have a clue what’s best for, Harry," Hagrid replied, raising an umbrella in his hand.

"Hold your wand back, Hagrid!" exclaimed McGonagall to the taken-aback man who became slightly embarrassed at his own outburst.

"We both wish this boy safety… join our side…There is nowhere for you to go…Dare I say you cannot best us all," Dumbledore tried.

"I do not need to beat you to make our escape," the unknown man chuckled.

In the next moment, he threw down three tiny black spheres that erupted in smoke, giving him cover before he and the infant vanished into nothingness.

“If I wasn't so infuriated I would be impressed with his magical prowess," McGonagall huffed in anger at their failure.

“They’re gone! There is no sign of them. What do we do now?” Hagrid asked after running over and inspecting where they had exited.

"I will get in contact with Barty and have all our forces work to immediately rectify this," Albus told Hagrid, who looked crestfallen at being duped so easily.

"We have already failed Lily and James…" McGonagall sighed in the direction of the person responsible for the plan that she had whole-heartedly objected to.

"I will do everything in my power to find him. Till then...we can only pray that he is in safe hands for the time being," Dumbledore told them in an uncommon voice of despair.

"Lord Halos, I have completed my mission, and the child is safe," the hooded man reported as he walked into the entrance of a heavily warded ancient castle.

He gave a slight bow to a man dressed in higher-end, dark red, robes, with short dark grey hair. He also had an immaculately dressed beautiful blonde woman at his side.

"Good work, Ronan. We all will look after the child from here," the older man replied as the female took the sleeping baby from the hooded man, before going to walk out of the room.

When she was about to make her way out, a miniature version of herself came running over to her.

"Mommy! Is that Harry? Ohhhhh, he is so cute! Can I hold him?" exclaimed the miniature version of the woman in delight. The girl could not have been older than eight or nine years old.

"All in due to time Casandra," replied the smiling woman before the doors closed, leaving the hooded man and lord in the large and prestigious entrance room alone.

"Ronan, you have saved the child from a path of hatred and hurt," the older man smiled in thanks.

"Thank you, my Lord. What is to happen to the child now?" the man asked, after drawing back his hood to reveal a young face. He had dark long hair pulled back into a simple ponytail that showed off a light horizontal scar across his forehead.

"We love, nurture, and take care of him. Then we train him to deal with the darkness of our world. He will come into the magical world informed, confident, and robust…the way he should be,” Lord Halos answered.

“It is our main priority to make sure he can take anything and everything all those who wish him harm can throw at him. You will be essential in his training. Are you up for the task?" the prim and proper man added.

"Of course, my Lord," Ronan replied with a grin.

"Good. Let's begin tomorrow. First, we love him, then we train him, then we test him, then we send him into the world to fulfill his destiny," the older man told his pupil.

"What exactly is the child's destiny?" his student asked.

"Anything that he wants it to be, naturally," smiled Lord Halos.

"Then I will do my utmost to make all his aspirations come true," finished Ronan with his own smile.

These fourth years are supposed to be my peers?

That seems highly unlikely. Then again, the fact that I snuck into this school undetected just demonstrates how inefficient these wizards and witches can be. They are not dumb, just rather too confident from years of being unchallenged.

Why Lord Halos wants me to go to this school in the first place is beyond me. Master Ronan hinted that it would help test my abilities, but I snuck into this place already with the help of him and Lady Esmerelda and saw nothing worthy of strengthening me. So, what can Hogwarts possibly help me with?

I remain hidden in the shadows as I watch the younger years walk in with wide eyes as they get called to be sorted.

A freaking sorting...

“Welcome!” Dumbledore’s voice booms over the entrance of the first-years.

What better way to promote unity than separation and division of kids, whose minds aren't fully developed, than showing divide right away? I get the Founders' ideas of competition and rivalry, but I can see the open hostility and dislike between houses. Surely the great Albus Dumbledore would have plans initiated to unite his school, right?

They even tried to prevent this by raising the entrance age to 15 after the war with Tom, but more mature minds seem to be even more prejudiced. A part of me is asking why I even bother giving humanity the benefit of the doubt. I should just stick with my gut, look after myself, and be on my merry way.

It looks like I have my own house picked out…

However, the sorting is not even halfway through, and I am already bored out of my mind. I guess I better take a look at who I will have to be dealing with for the next nine or so months as I go over the intelligence information on everyone in my head again. One of the benefits of my abilities is being able to store a lot of information for a quick look up in my mind.

Professors Trelawney, Burbage, Hagrid... won’t be helpful to me, for the most part. Dumbledore is of course extremely powerful, but illogical at times. The Head of Houses all have some sort of potential, along with the rest of the staff, but there are some major flaws among them. I am also glad to see the formidable retired Auror, who is not able to see through my stealth magic.

“How will I be proceeding with you, Alastor?” I whisper to myself. The war torn soldier is very talented and extremely powerful, but he is also very loyal to the Headmaster.

Then my eyes scan the room to have a look at my ‘peers’, or the ones who are supposed to be my age.

I doubt that any are at my level, although I’d also love to be wrong in that assessment. Well, not my age per se…I did go through those rituals...but enough thoughts of that, let's see here...let's start at the Snake table.

Draco Malfoy…oh yeah...having a friend like that kid is not a bad thing according to Master Ronan, no matter how dumb the kid's father was… Crabbe, Goyle... useless but good for serving as muscle. Zabini has a hidden talent that could be very useful. Theodore Nott may look like your average idiot, but may become on my level of observation thanks to what his horrible father has done to him.

Lady Snakes… Pansy Parkinson... easily manipulated but loyal to the ones she feels has the most power…Bulstrode could be intimidating to others... Claire Castor, a light-haired brunette who seems to be sweet and innocent and could be a good asset…Tracey Davis, funny, carefree, and unannounced potential I believe, since I can’t get a full grasp on her just from my magical observation…what the bloody hell is her magical ability I wonder… Oh well, Master Ronan did tell me that my magical sight can only tell me so much about people.

Regardless, I will eventually find out about her…oooo, Daphne Greengrass…very good-looking, but she unfortunately knows this about herself. She is also smart, powerful, and extremely cunning, which could be problematic…also very untrusting, and could be quite formidable…I will have to be careful about that one.

“She could be a lot of fun to play with,” I smirk to myself as well.

What have we in other houses…hmmmm…Most are not worth my time…

From Hufflepuff…Susan Bones, and Hannah Abbot... both well connected to the ministry and good-hearted, a worthy ally…

Ravenclaw, Sue Li...highly intelligent. Parvati Patil, smart and very attractive…Hermione Granger, a real bookworm with big potential if she can learn to let go of some of her muggle upbringing and learn to accept and take advantage of the magical world.

Gryffindor males... Finnegan and Thomas have potential…powerful and creative…Longbottom might be as well if he ever develops confidence...huh, also need to watch out for the Weasley twins…the fact that I am drawn to their auras means they could be entertaining allies, to say the least. Too bad about their egotistical little brother who is very much lacking in talent and work ethic.

Lion ladies... Parvati and Lavender…Rather immature but full of gossip. Not surprising that they dress and hold themselves to attract attention…both could be worthy of my company…

Finally, Mark Wanders is sorted into Hufflepuff, so I can make my entrance. I quickly give myself a once over, since the term ‘first impressions’ was invented for a reason. Master Ronan kept telling me I was going to have to wear the uniform. I only learned right before I left that he was just playing a joke on me, after Lord Halos told me I could wear whatever I wanted.

Lady Esmerelda was busy, so I just asked Cassie, her daughter, and my best friend, to lay out some clothes for me. Little did I know that I needed a ‘look’ and got a haircut that helped keep my messy jet-black hair somewhat together. The only thing I got a say in was my black combat cloak.

"And with the sorting now finished..." McGonagall starts.

"I hate to correct a professor on my first day here, but if you just let me head to the Snake table, we will be all ready to begin," I tell McGonagall as I step out of the safety of the shadows.

I can see the professors go for their wands before the realization hits them. I know they can slightly recognize me since I have already been told that I look a lot like my biological father, with my mother's eyes and mannerisms. I doubted this until I saw the photos and had to agree.

"James…Harry!?" McGonagall gasps in utter shock.

"It’s actually Harry James Potter,” I correct her sarcastically. “The one and only, at your service," I smile and give a small bow to bring some humor to an otherwise quiet room, that has even more shocked faces.

Ta-dah! I don't need magic to perform this act. And then the students start...

"It's him!"

"That’s the Boy Who Lived!"

"That's Harry Potter!"

"I thought he was at a secret school!"

"It's really him!"

"Move over, I can't see him!"

And then the Great Hall’s inhabitants all erupt in chaos as the room becomes blasted with overlapping voices.

"Silence!" Headmaster Dumbledore roars in an authoritative voice, that instantly receives obedience as the room quickly quiets down.

"What...how?" Deputy Headmistress McGonagall stutters.

"Mr. Potter, perhaps we may speak...somewhere private," asks the Headmaster of Hogwarts.

"Surely you wouldn't deprive me and my peers of such a well-prepared feast when our stomachs growl from hunger?" I joke and hear some laughter from the crowd.

"No, I'll just head over to..." I start before letting the head of the Lion House cut me off.

"You must be sorted," McGonagall tells me, but I can also tell she is still shocked.

"As you wish," I tell her as my wand springs out into my hand, as do the professors until they see I am just summoning the sorting hat.

"Aha! Harry Potter! I was wondering where you have been hiding. I’ve been waiting a while to see you, but better late than never,” the hat starts as he gets comfortable on my head before we have a nice long non-verbal chat in my mind. “...Yes, I agree…you will do well there...there is no doubt," the hat speaks out loud.

"Really?... Ha! That's entertaining news...yes, I agree, we must chat again…you wouldn't believe the stories I can tell you...oh yes, where were we?... Slytherin!" the hat calls out.

I told the hat that we'd talk again before I make my way over to the Slytherin table.

My walk leads me to Blaise and Theo as Dumbledore gives what I guess is a yearly greeting, after seeing that I am not interested in a private conversation. He is wise enough to know that it is a better choice to continue his duty as Headmaster before he starts his welcome speech. But I am not paying any attention to him anymore.

Blaise pushes a younger year down the bench when he sees me head over to him. Theo then tells Tracey to move down as well as the two male friends separate to make room. I take the new space they made for me, which is directly across from Draco and his two stooges.

"So, how long does the old man talk before we get to eat?" I ask them with a small grin.

They all look surprised, but that does not stop their smiles from forming.

"Not soon enough. Draco Malfoy, welcome to Slytherin," the platinum blonde-haired male laughs as he offers his hand for me to shake.

"I'd offer my own greeting, but I think everyone knows who I am," I reply, shaking his offered hand as several people in the surrounding area snicker at my small joke.

With the right people...I might just have some fun around here after all.

***

I got acquainted with my new housemates as we finally were able to start dinner while I went over the advice my family members gave me.

The first piece of advice was to act like I care about my ‘peers’ and, if I can, I need to protect them from physical, verbal, and mental abuse from others, if the occasion arises. This will show that I ‘care’ about them. Playing the role of a hero is not a bad thing here, according to Cassie. I will test this theory, but if it's too much trouble, without enough rewards, I am nixing the idea and will be only looking out for myself.

A trickier task is going to be to try and be well-known without having to use my magical skills and abilities, which is what Lord Halos suggested…Hmmm, I should try to show off my broom skills somehow then…I thought I was already famous here, but I guess I shouldn't become perceived as a snob if I ever want any of these families as real allies to our cause.

Lady Esmerelda just told me I should, and I quote, ‘have fun’.

Unless I am going to be challenged, and have the opportunity to grow stronger, I don't see that happening. Master Ronan told me I should try and cause as much chaos as possible, while still being able to get away with it...that might be fun.

I am brought back to reality from my own thoughts as I continue to only half listen to Draco, who is keeping me informed of all the school’s intricacies.

Finally, we get to leave while I ignore the stares and whispers before getting a note from an older Prefect that tells me to meet with Dumbledore tomorrow.

Draco and my other ‘peers’ have pretty much encircled my personal boundaries as we walk, but at least it keeps the other students away. That is until we make it back to the dungeons and into the Slytherin common room. The House of Slytherin’s common room doesn't look half bad. However, the atmosphere changes quickly thanks to the older years when we all get inside. I knew something like this may happen early on, but I am still annoyed when I get confronted by a group of them.

Draco is about to ask them what they want, but I stop him.

"You know, Potter, if it wasn't for you, our families would be mighty high in—" Terence Higgs, also known as ‘Tere’ since he is thought to be the future Quidditch captain for his talent to ‘tear’ through the skies on a broom, starts to say something to me, but I cut him off.

"No offense, but I couldn't care less about who or what your families could have been or what they are presently…Only the strong survive and, let me assure you, I am not the person I have been portrayed to be in those fantasy stories you read as a child,” I openly laugh at their looks of surprise.

“Listen up, all of you, because I will only say this once! So, pay attention!” I start, so everyone can hear me. “My biological mother was the one to protect me from the killing curse. She stopped the half-blood dark lord from ending me,” I reveal, to even more startled faces.

“That’s right, Lord Voldemort had a muggle father who abandoned his pregnant mother before she died giving birth to the monster who so many have followed under false pretenses,” I reveal, having gotten this information from a rather basic investigation. “Believe this or not, I don’t care. However, any remark against my family or myself will result in pain and unpleasantness, I can assure you. Again, whether to believe my words is your decision alone, I don’t care either way. However, it's only fair to also let you all know that I do not believe in what my biological parents believed in,” I continue.

“I side with only the strong, who have power, intelligence, potential, and strive…the weak, fragile, stupid, and lazy can fend for themselves. Test me and you will regret it. Befriend me and you just may see the many benefits. This is my first and only offer I will give to most of you. Take it or leave it, the choice is again up to you and your families," I end, getting the older years to back off anything they had planned to say to me.

This seemed to be enough for most of the Slytherins as well. Especially after many Snakes came up to me after I was done with my rant. They offered me their allegiance, along with their families.

My first speech seems to have gone even better than I could have imagined since I have already infiltrated what I like to call the Snake Pit.

***

I have only been in school for a week, and it is almost obscene how bored I have become.

On my second day, I had a meeting with the Headmaster who I would have cursed if my family hadn’t prepped me on how to deal with him. I could feel his mental probes lightly try to enter my mind but brushed it off. To his credit, he did not push any further, which I know he could have. He also asked me where I had been living, but I replied that he did not need to know.

However, I did give him magical parchment in case he wanted to write to my family. I also let him know that the owls would know how to deliver them when he asked for my address. He also told me the I wouldn’t be going back there because I needed to live at my relatives' home, which was the safest place in all of Britain. I let him know that I was not a citizen of any country in the ICW and he probably shouldn’t say where I had to live unless he wanted to have an international war on his hands.

He also asked why I had just now come to Hogwarts.

“My letter must have gotten lost in the mail,” I joked before he finally accepted that I would not be sharing any more information.

Dumbledore really ended things when he tried to bring my biological parents into it. I replied that they’d want to come back from the afterlife to take him back with them if they knew he tried to send me to a couple who had Witchaphobia. He openly sighed at that remark before I was dismissed so I could get to dinner.

Luckily, the meals here are much better than the classes themselves. Besides Defense Against the Dark Arts, classes are a joke. McGonagall and Flitwick have potential but are too boring with teaching by the book. They put so much time into reading, practicing, and writing everything down. The rate at which I am learning is ridiculously slow. I am even thinking of just dropping potions since I don’t care about actually graduating from this place.

Snape didn’t know how to handle me after I purposely missed his questions that I believed were meant to attack my ego, but it didn’t really work out in his favor.

“I am not sure, professor. I did not inherit the same mastery of potions that my mother had. Unfortunately, she can’t even teach me her secrets, because someone killed her when I was a baby. I am sure you are aware that someone gave Voldemort a warning that said someone like me could defeat him. I think I was really lucky that my father and mother were brave enough to sacrifice themselves to save me, don’t you think so, professor?” I replied to him, looking directly into his eyes as I slightly tinged my eyes to brighten.

All the Snakes and the Lions were shocked at my words. My Head of House has not paid me much attention since then, especially since he knew how well his godson and I get along. Even though I am having fun spreading rumors of Tom Riddle, I am still in need of breaking out of my metaphorical prison. To spice things up, I found a passageway out of the castle and am currently making it back home.

Master Ronan informed me that I had two visitors for me via our secret means of communication.

***

"Hey, Cass, are they in the library?" I ask my closest friend and confidant as I get into my home’s spacious kitchen.

"Yep. How's school so far? Any better than what I showed you from my memories of Beauxbatons?" she asks as she flips her long blond locks over her shoulder as she finishes some custard.

She is licking the spoon devilishly and I know it’s on purpose.

I chuckle and am very aware that she is wearing her tight tank top, which shows off her lacey bra, and her short shorts, which are also just low enough to show off her knickers, just because I am here. Cass has been seducing me ever since I grew mature enough to develop feelings for her. She made it well known early on that we were not related by blood. She also takes pleasure in every moment where she can make me blush, stutter, or just feel uncomfortable.

Needless to say, I have built up more and more of an immunity to her games, but then she just keeps on upping the ante. I wouldn't be surprised if one day she just all together stops putting on clothes. Unfortunately, I have to bite my cheek before smiling, telling her thanks, and try to get out with my dignity intact.

"No problem...oops," she says as she drops her spoon and then bends all the way down giving me a full-on view of her rear as she pretends to not be able to grasp said drooped spoon.

"You're pure evil. You know that, right?" I jest to her.

She simply looks back at me through the open space between her legs and grins at me.

"I am well aware!" she laughs as I make my way out to the library before my pants become any tighter.

My visitors were viewing one of my first missions using the projection mode on my family’s pensive.

---------

Lord Halos, Lady Esmerelda, and Master Ronan had spent the day retrieving an object for me that belonged to the Potter family for my birthday. I had received a broad sword they said cast the Patronus charm very well. I also received the ring of the House of Potter, which added extra magical protection over me.

They also got me a stud earring that had tiny runes carved on it that would enable me to hear conversations from far away regardless of most privacy wards or distort my own conversations from prying ears.

The memory currently being displayed was of me arriving at the unholy island, that contained Azkaban prison under the protection of my new cloak while I was riding on the back of my flying familiar. My other abilities got me under the radar with the help of Master Ronan, who was at my side on his flying carpet. However, it was not long before we were found out by the soulless protectors.

My Master had given me a nod before I drew out my sword.

“Expecto Patronum!” I shouted while casting the spell through my blade before multiple winged patroni flew out to engage the soul-sucking enemies.

The floating monsters screeched in pain when my attacking avian patroni started to claw and peck at them, slowly starting to eat the undead creatures. I was able to keep them all at bay by myself thanks to the power of the sword and my own fine-tuned abilities before dropping my attack from what happened next.

"It's about time!" Master Ronan laughed while all the colors of my eyes began to turn into bright emerald green.

It was during my training, in the early days, that I learned of an ability my eyes gave me... When active I have the power to see the invisible magical energy and auras that surround everything and everyone. To a certain extent, I can also copy and replicate other auras and magical abilities after understanding how it all works, which is not always a quick process.

Because of this, I was able to scan the bigger dementor, who I hypothesized was their leader. But, there is not too much data on what the dementors came from, or anything concrete on what they were. It then came gliding forward at us quickly as my feathered familiar squawked at it, warning the dementor from coming any closer as storm clouds appeared in the sky above.

I could also feel the dementor’s hunger…I could feel its wants…and its needs. I could only imagine the surprise it felt when it was forced to stop. The next scene looked a tad bit bizarre as I raised my sword, that glowed in a patronus blue aura, before it started to suck out the essence of the head dementor into my blade. At first, there was some resistance, but then the dementor seemed to give up and let me rip its essence out of its cursed body.

It was after that that I became slightly disturbed as the dementors gathered around us while the cloud above us crackled and Lord Rohan went into a fighting stance. But then all the floating monsters bowed to me in mid-air.

Apparently, they had selected me as their new leader.

"Go and make a scene and cause some chaos, but kill no one. Go now!" I had commanded as they all flew off to cause a distraction.

"Well done, my pupil,” Master Ronan chuckled.

I rolled my eyes before directing my traveling companion.

“Let’s go Volt!” I yelled out to my Thunderbird friend who flew me up higher towards the tower.

Very carefully I shot off a powerful reducto that made an entrance hole in the tower before I jumped in and landed gracefully.

"Who are you!? Wait...wait a second it can't be! Your eyes…your hair…that look...Harry?" gasped a drained half-alive man in a corner of the room I had entered.

"Hello, Uncle Sirius. I am here to get you and someone else out," I reply, walking over as I pop out a vial from my battle cloak, uncap it, and pour a restorative potion down my godfather’s throat.

"Who?" asked Sirius after being surprised by my pick-me-up.

"Sleep now, we'll talk later," I had retorted as the effects of the dreamless sleep potion, that was laced into the restorative potion, took effect. "You're safe now.”

“Time to spring the others," I added when Master Ronan, who had just entered the cell from outside to allow me a small moment with my godfather, walked over to verify it was really Sirius.

He nodded to me before throwing a small yellow sphere at the entrance to the cell.

In the next moment, the cell door bursts off and allows us entrance to the inside of the tower. I could hear shouts of battle ring out from below and saw that my new minions were already doing their jobs perfectly since you could look over the banister and see all the circular floors below.

"Might as well give my servants a helping hand," I had whispered before I dropped several spheres from my cloak that got sent down before smoke started erupting from them.

They landed on the bottom floor causing black magical smoke to disperse outwards everywhere as Master Ronan went to work. I directed him as he started to throw countless magical throwing knives in all directions, including floor levels below and above us, as I continued to tell him where to aim. I did this while my eyes were completely green-colored.

He then dropped his last knife in front of himself.

“Be black in the blink of an eye,” my Master joked before vanishing.

I could still see his energy signature as he vanished from one area to the next, all places where his knives landed. He also took out the entrances to the cells his knives were in front of before he vanishes onto his next target. He does this until he reaches his last three targets. He delivers the remaining trio to me after reappearing next to the knife he dropped at my current location.

“Here are the whole remnants of the Lestrange family,” he tells me, giving me a look to continue my assignment with three practically incoherent individuals on their knees in front of us. “And, you were correct. She has a forbidden magic collar on her still,” my Master had let me know.

“Roger that,” I sighed before pulling out my blade.

I then swung forward before my mind could second-guess my action.

The two Lestrange brothers had lost their minds, along with their heads, creating a crimson pool their bodies fell into, showing proof that my mission was a success. However, the female reacted badly to seeing the death of her husband and brother-in-law. She made the fortunate mistake of going after me first since I am more gentle than my Master.

Before she could complete her lunge at me, my hand had already grasped her throat.

“Sleep,” I had commanded, while my eyes were still alight in emerald green. “Now,” I commanded lightly before she stopped her attack, became light-headed, and fainted into my awaiting arms.

I then lifted her up in my arms, bridal style, before continuing my quest.

“I didn’t feel like making any further mess. Why don’t you convince your new friends to practice their snogging skills on all the suites I left open for them?” Master Ronan laughed.

“Yes, I’d love to do your dirty work as well, my Master,” I responded sarcastically, while Master Ronan gave me a sarcastic warning look to watch my tongue.

“You heard him!” I had shouted before my soul-sucking friends started to migrate up, while Master Roan and I took the bodies of our two targets with us. We made our way out to Sirius’s cell before we escaped all the pandemonium happening on the cursed island through the large hole in Sirius’s cell.

---------

"Like what you saw?" I laugh and absently rub the bottom of my ring.

"That has yet to be determined, pup," my mutt of a godfather replied to me with an impressed smile, more than likely in regards to us taking his escaped cousin with us after the memory finished up.

My favorite werewolf Uncle agreed before they played the next memory.

---------

Master Halos and I had gone to a secret location, only known to the werewolf community, where I was told another best friend of my parent's lived.

It was deep within a forest in an open clearing. There were several basic shacks on the grassy and open area of the forest. I was told that the male alpha in charge of the werewolf community was a lunatic. When we infiltrated the community, we were met by a whole slew of wards that went off from our arrival.

In practically no time, we were encircled by more and more werewolves, until my prey came forward.

"It was unwise of you to come here…but I am always in the mood for children, " came the sick voice of the alpha of the werewolf community.

Fenrir Greyback had filthy long hair, yellow teeth, and he wore ripped robes that looked like they had never been washed.

"Jeeze, you need a bath flea-bag. I can smell you from here and I don't even have your sense of smell," I laughed while Lord Halos smiled.

"You ignorant little boy...I will enjoy ripping out your throat!" roared Greyback.

“You can try…but you may find that difficult,” Lord Halos spoke in a comical voice that still intimidated the rest of the werewolves who almost bowed to the alpha-like voice.

"You really must be lost!" the repulsive werewolf barked. “Because you just walked into the butcher shop, and I am going to eat your meat after tearing you both into pieces!” the werewolf yelled before sprinting forward at us.

While that was going on, I had pulled out a silver blade.

"Too easy," I laughed as my eyes turned completely emerald before analyzing Greyback’s incoming aura.

"Are you going to keep on yelling all day or do so something about it you old mutt!?" I had taunted before Greyback roared out his war cry.

He sprinted forward and tried to attack me... so I stepped forward to meet him.

My own body grew in speed before I sprinted at the alpha, quickly evading his attack before I stabbed by blade into hit gut. He gasped out in surprise from my speed and reflexes, before he fell. Greyback’s back then slammed to the ground as my blade stood up on its own from being stuck inside the dying werewolf’s abdominal area, to the gasps of the crowd.

"What to do? Do I cut you up and feed you to Lord Halos’ pets?...No they'll probably get indigestion. I know... you could be my intimidating puppet to make up for all your sins…but I think it is more ethical to just end your life now," I had laughed before conjuring a silver throwing knife.

I sent the smaller blade into the throat of the shocked-looking alpha…it took a lot less time to bleed out than I thought. This was unfortunate since I really wanted to make Greyback suffer for causing so much harm to others. However, I’d have to be content with seeing the fear in his eyes before he tried to take his final breath.

"I am now your Alpha!” Lord Halos roared, before the rest of the werewolves all took a knee to the Master of Magical Beasts.

“Anyone who wants to challenge us will face the same fate as this pathetic excuse for a man! We will be leaving you all shortly, but be aware we will not be leaving you with nothing…We will be employing any of you who wish to join us. Siding with us will give you the chance to be much greater than you will be at your current haven. You stand by our side and you will be given an unimaginable status. WHAT SAY YOU!?" the man who orchestrated my own freedom bellowed.

We were met with roars of acceptance as we let them all in on our future plans and, at the same time, had some of them swearing their loyalty to us, before I asked them all one final question.

“Now then, who can tell me where we can find Remus Lupin?” I ended before multiple people went to offer us their knowledge.

---------

“All this time…I had been told I would just be a danger to you before they took you to your mother’s despicable sister and whale of a husband…I never should have listened to Dumbledore…I am sorry, Harry,” my wolfy uncle told me apologetically.

“I should have never gone after the rat…we are all at fault…my friend,” Sirius told his long-time best friend before placing a supportive hand on his shoulder to give it a squeeze.

“Then I suggest it is no time like the present to make up for lost time, yes?” I ask with a smile to the last connection to my biological parents.

“Yes, I think that’d be nice,” Remus smiles at me.

“This time, our loyalty will only be to you and your family, who we could not be more grateful too,” Sirius added with a nod from Remus.

“Then let me fill you both in on our future plans,” I grin like a child getting a gift on their birthday.
