Sawada Tsukumi, or Tessa as her closer friends called her, had a very… western attitude about everything.
Which isn’t so surprising, considering her father was western and she stayed with him during the school breaks.
Divorce was also a very western thing, yet Sumida Nanako, formerly Sawada Nanako, had divorced Sawada Iemitsu like it was an everyday thing.
And oh, the cause for the divorce was a thing of rumors, considering that just after he visited a five year old Tsukumi had been rushed to the hospital and had to stay there for weeks before the Hibari’s called a private doctor to look at her, and then she started getting rapidly better and moved back home.
She still ended up missing nearly two months of school, and nobody really knew what the nature of her hospital visit was.
They figured the fact that the… abrasive western-ness was only her due for having to spend an entire summer with her father. She got good grades, near top of the class, head of the drama club and part of the art club. She looks great… on paper.
She’s really, really abrasive, has foul language she throws around every other sentence, is never in uniform and wears makeup and has dyed hair but never shows up for detentions teachers assign and can match Hibari in a fight so she gets away with it. She’s always chewing bubblegum, she vapes, rumor has it she has a motorcycle and has been seen in the bad part of town in various bars and clubs.
