Summary
The world liked to break people, especially those with power humming in their veins.Tom had been promising. Powerful, inciteful, filled with ambition for a world done better. But he let his fears control him. Gwen had lost hope at a young age but was able to start again fresh. She was joyful and happy, but the world crushed her happy life to dust, leaving her to pick up the pieces of her life and broken body. She would be damned before letting the world break her son. Their family was already broken, but not lost forever.
