It was the first weekend after Potions class of Harry's 6th year. And thanks to the Half-Blood Prince he won a small bottle of Liquid Luck. About to start on his homework, his scar started to hurt. Getting fed up with Voldemort and his scar, Harry grabs the bottle from his trunk and heads to the Room of Requirement.
Once he got to the 7th floor and stood near by the tapestry of Barabus the Barmy, he takes the potion and silently asks the room for a place to defeat Riddle once and for all. Soon the door appeared and he entered he found the remains of the diary from his second year, a tiara, a cup, a locket, a ring, Nagini writhing in a cage and Riddle himself knocked out.
Feeling the potion course through his system he makes a circle and adds a seventh spot he has a feeling he will be standing in. Feeling the potion once again guide him, he calls for a second wand, the stone from the ring and his cloak. "Death, I call to you as heir to your favored line, the Peverelles. Take these items and cleanse them and return to the soul to your domain. So I say, So mote it BE!!" He cries out with an authority he didn't use all that often and a power he rarely felt surged through him as Death answers the call.
"Young Master. I have heard your call and I shall take care of the abomination with great pleasure. Fair well descendant of Ignotous Peverelle. We shall meet once again as old friends when your time comes." A tall and dark being said while their magic swirled around the room and felt icy cold. With a swipe of the beings Scythe the soul fragments flew out of the items along with the snake and Harry's scar and into the body of Riddle.
Once the soul was whole, Death stabbed the body and claimed the completed soul of Riddle and with a deadly smile on their face, "Welcome to death. No more running for you now." And a small pop was heard as well as dark laughter from the deity and the screams of Riddle echoing the room as they left.
Once again feeling the potion guiding him, he calls for Prongs to send a message to the headmaster, Professors Snape and McGonagall. "Prongs, go and get the Headmaster, Snape and McGonagall. Tell them I'm in the Room of Requirement and have won the war." As soon as his message was finished recording, the Protonus shrank into a ball of light and split off into to three and went off to deliver the message. As Harry waits he leaves the room and calls for a more comfortable one with a way to share his memory of what just happened. On his final pass the three teachers he was waiting for showed up. "Good, your all here. In through that door across the way. I have to show you what happened." Harry said again with a tone of authority that had even the headmaster couldn't argue with.
After entering the room, the four occupients took note that the room was comfortable. Four seats were in their favorite colors while the decor was a tasteful combo of both the Gryffindor and Slytherin common rooms with a pensive was in the middle of the small circle of seats.
Pulling the memory out and placing it into the pensive, Harry gestured to the adults to go on and dive in to see. Waiting a few seconds while the adults watched, Harry felt the Liquid Luck start to fade. Seeing the adults were done watching the memory, "Liquid Luck is almost out of my system. Ask what you want to and I'll answer the best I can." With no questions available all three adults looked at each other and were just speechless. "If no one has questions then I'll get going and finish my homework before the potion is done. Fare well and have a good day." And with that last statement Harry left the baffled teachers in their stupor and went to go finish his homework and had a peaceful life afterwards.
