Harry Potter

“Harry”, Luna called

They were once again in the forbidden forest trying to befriend the creatures living there as they wrote their findings in a diary. Luna as always was way more natural with animals it might have made him jealous but Luna was Luna.

He went out towards the direction of the voice.

“Luna I am here”, he called out to her

Just as he cleared the last of the bushes he saw her standing beside a young unicorn foal as the golden creature licked her palms.

He was shocked, Unicorns were very hard to befriend so much so that it had taken Newt Scamander a whole year to gain the confidence of these creatures.

“Luna you are amazing”, he said in amazement

She blushed even though there were dementors in the forbidden forest it did not make the forest gloomy because of these creatures here. They radiated with magical energy which made their hearts warmer it felt as if they radiated resilience and Innocence.

“It will be late soon Luna let’s go”, he said disappointed as he checked his watch. Quidditch match between Ravenclaw and Gryffindor would soon be over.

Luna nodded and both of them made an exit from the forest from the Tunnel which led into the chamber of secrets.

Neville

He zapped around the quidditch field looking for the snitch, after the last quidditch game he was prepared for dementors though he doubted Professor Dumbledore would allow Dementors to enter school boundaries after the last fiasco.

Ravenclaw Seeker was just as good as him if not better but he had his Nimbus 2000 adding advantage and so he zoomed across the field as Cho Chang followed him.

He saw Golden Snitch on the other side of the stadium as he made a sharp turn and then zipped towards it with Cho Chang on his heels, he accelerated his broom to its limit as the Golden Snitch made a sharp turn but regardless he followed it and stretched out his hand, he was close and then he closed his fist as the cool metal of Golden Snitch sent a shiver down his back.

He pulled his broom up into the air holding the Snitch out aloft as the deafening cheer of his housemates made his heart flutter. He grinned.

(Later that night)

“Mione”, he said as the whole house engaged in a celebration of Gryffindor reaching the finals.

“Yes, Neville”, she said not looking up from her book

“Well ehm, errr I was thinking if you would… er um would you like to go to Hogsmeade with me”, he said

Hermione stopped she then slowly looked up from the book into his eyes, “You are not messing, are you?”, she asked

“Nope”, he replied

Her face broke out into a wide smile as she nodded and accepted his offer, “Yes Neville I would love to”

For the second time in the day, he grinned madly

Luna

“Miss Lovegood”, called out Professor Lupin

“Yes Professor”

“Miss Lovegood, can you elucidate the class on healing spells that I have just taught” the professor asked

“Yes professor”, she replied

“Ferula is a healing spell which causes the region willed by the caster to be enveloped by bandage, the person must be in direct line of sight on whom the caster wants to apply the bandage, not only that but the caster must also clearly visualize the treatment for the cause for example if someone has gotten their legs broken the caster must visualize bone being set and will pain relief while casting the spell for maximum utilization”, She finished

“Very good Miss Lovegood take ten points for Ravenclaw”, Said Professor Lupin

“Now this year we have gone through four healing spells this will be the last one after which we will go over two defensive charms, now I want you all to go over page number 230 and read all the treatments given I want 12 inches of parchment describing the treatments class dismissed”, said the professor.

The whole class hurried out quickly, she sighed, the last of today's classes was over, she had promised Harry that they would meet in the Forbidden Forest, so she quickly made her way towards the green mass.

(Meanwhile Harry)

Ancient Runes-

He slogged his way through his project, the language potion for elder and younger futhark had helped him a lot and once he had gone through the book retrieved from the Chamber of Secrets on complex Rune work, he had improved to a point where Miss Babbling compared him to sixth years, he smiled as he saw Hermione Granger the Irritating Gryffindor glare at him as Miss Babbling Praised his Rune work.

“Now class there is no homework today but start preparing for the Oral exam that is at the month's end and within a week of it you will have your Practice Exams”, announced Professor Babbling.

The class thanked Professor Babbling and left the Class.

His shoulders slumped as he made his way towards the Forbidden Forest after everyone had left, with the Class over and No homework he would be free to pursue some books to improve his arsenal but only after todays excursions. With Professor Lupin deciding to continue the duelling club it would not hurt to add a few spells out of the curriculum and yes with Luna researching would be only more interesting.

Hermione

She was off on a date with Neville, and with the last class of Friday over she had weekends for themselves.

She brushed her hair and put on a nice dress as she stepped out of her dorms and saw Neville waiting for her in the common room.

“Hermione you look stunning”, he said and she blushed

“Thanks, Nev”, she said

She heard a choking sound and turned to look towards the direction of the sound where she saw Ron who was making faces.

“Yes Ron”, she asked a little acidly

“Nothing it is just Nothing”, Ron said and as if sharing some internal joke with Seamus and Dean they laughed.

“Good luck with your date Nev”, Ron said

“Me and Boys would be joining Fred and George in pranking Snakes”, Ron continued and left Neville and her in the common rooms.

“Let's go, Mione”, said Neville shaking his head and leading her with him.

Sirius

He was hunting and surprisingly with Bella. He sniffed the air as he and Bella in their Animagus form prepared to ambush that little rat Pettigrew. He growled at the thought of that rat-like man.

He looked on towards Hogwarts and saw the band of five kids, chasing the orange tabby cat and his super sense told him that the cat was chasing The Rat, Good cat he thought.

If he could he would be grinning like a madman as the tabby cat chased The Rat towards them, he then with a gruff bark signaled the start of his hunt as Bella and he sprung and chased after that damnable rat.

“No leave Scabbers alone”, cried a voice

He didn’t pay any heed to it as he chased the rat right into the forbidden forest.

“Wait Ron we can’t go into Forbidden Forest it’s going to be dark soon and there are dementors inside”, called out another voice

He didn’t care as he kept on chasing that damnable rat right through every little of its trick but then

THUMP!!!

He smashed right into a tree as that damnable rat slipped away.

Luna

THUMP!!!

She heard the sound and frowned, what was that she thought but it seemed like the same thought had appeared into the mind of Harry and he asked, “What was that?”

“don’t know care to check”, he asked

She shrugged and agreed

Both of them headed towards the direction of the sound and soon enough they found a Dog whining softly as a black cat slapped the dog's head softly. Both the cat and dog seemed to be oblivious until she slowly sneaked around and picked the cat who yelped but she held the cat tightly.

“Bad cat don’t”, she said

And saw Harry inspecting the dog.

She walked over towards Him and asked, “What happened”

“It seems like the dog smashed into a tree”, harry said amused

“Wait a sec, Brakium emendo, episky capitis”, harry casted

The Black dog which was quite calm, began liking Harry’s hand and Harry ruffled the coat of the dog.

“We need to go Harry It will be dinner soon”, she said as she herself let go of the cat gently which was resting quite peacefully  

“Yeah”, he said getting up and ruffling the coat of the dog one last time as both he and Luna made their way back.   

“I feel strange, it feels like I just met someone close”, Harry said

She could feel the emotions behind the voice of Harry and wrapped her arms around him and placed her head in his chest.

Hermione

She had just had a wonderful time and now at this very moment she was finding herself facing a very angry Ronald Weasley

“You should keep your cat on a leash he was chasing Scabbers”, Ron bellowed

“Crookshanks won’t do that”, she said defending her cat

“We- saw- it Her-Mione”, said the twins switching back and forth

“I will see that Crookshanks does not do that again”, she said sighing

“I don’t know where Scabbers is right now he is probably dead because of your cat”, Cried Ron

“Come on Ron”, said Fred, “He was probably too old anyways”, finished George

“Might get you another rat”, said Fred

“I don’t want another Rat I want Scabbers”, said Ron

“We will see to our brother Hermione”, said Fred and George in Unanimously

As the three Weasleys left.

She then once again melted into her books. With the warm feeling
