It has been 1 week since the battle, and 1 week since Luke hadn't woke up. What's wrong? Did he die? Was I wrong? Wasn't I supposed to save him? Why? Why isn't he waking up?
I groaned as I held his hand tighter, wanting, waiting, wishing, praying for him to wake up.
I felt a presence beside me as the person placed their hand on my shoulder, looking at who it was, It was Luna, face decorated with her Specstrespecs and her usual smile. Behind her was Theodore who was also looking over at me.
"You have to eat at some point Sen, you've been here for 1 week now. Percy and the rest are worried about you" Theodore said as he kneeled beside me, his hands stroking my back for comfort.
"I just... Why isn't he waking up? We've fed him Ambrosia now, as well as Essence of Dittany, so why? What is wrong?" I whined as tears began to pour out of me.
"He's resting Senny, and you should too. Will here will take care of him, I heard he's the best healer here in your camp" Luna said as she looked over at Will who was smiling over at us.
"Maybe you're right. Come on, pretty sure without us level-headed wizards, Blaise and Mattheo might be casting jinxes on each other," I stood up and walked outside of the infirmary, looking back one last time at Luke.
"Finally got her out guys, knock yourselves out with her," Theo said as he pushed me towards Percy and the rest of my friends.
"Finally! Here, eat this!" Draco said as he pushed a rolled ham in my mouth, barely making me choke as Mattheo handed over a glass of water to me.
"You were about to kill her Draco! Sheesh" Blaise said as he roughly made me sit down in a bench.
"Wow, I'm really feeling your love by killing me with food guys," I said as I side-eye Draco who only rolled his eyes to me and scuffed.
"We were so worried, you hadn't come out of the infirmary for 1 week now, we didn't want to disturb you but we were worried so we sent Luna and Theodore to get you," Annabeth said as she sat beside me along with Percy and Grover.
"Bah ah! Don't worry about Luke, he'll be fine, the infirmary has the best Apollo healer kids in there, so he's in safe and capable hands" Grover reassured me as he ate a can of Diet Coke, most probably from Mr. D.
"I really like your glasses there Luna, where'd you get those?" Percy asked Luna as she took out another Specstrespecs from her pocket and gave it to Percy.
"I carry one, in case someone wanted one" Luna said as she handed one over to Percy who immediately wore it while looking around.
"Wow! This is cool!" Percy said as he looked towards us making the rest of us laugh towards me.
"We finally heard you laugh dearest child" A small handsome kid walked towards us.
"Dad?" I called out as the kid nodded and walked toward where the canoes were.
"Go on, might be something important. We'll be here, and we'll come get if Luke woke up" Annabeth and the rest reassured me as I walked towards where my dad went.
As soon as I saw him sitting by the dock, I walked towards him and sat down beside him.
"Hey Dad"
"Hey dearest, I have kept watch over you. I am so proud of what you have become, your aunt Hecate wanted to come but, was too scared that you might be mad at her, as well as your uncle Morpheus..." Dad started as he continued to look over at the water, watching our reflection as well as the fish that swam in the lake.
"I'm not mad at them, well, just a little. But I do understand why, they do want things to change, their kids being treated like the rest, having cabins of their own. It does suck being stuck in an overcrowded cabin, especially the Hermes cabin." I joke as Dad slung an arm around me.
"You have made me so proud, even your brothers have heard the news, they too are proud of you. But, you have to return to Hecate's realm. Your quest is not yet done, child." Dad reminded me as he comforted me, tears streaming down my tears again.
"But Luke hasn't woken up yet, I don't want to return, not unless I know he's safe and awake."
"I'll tell your aunt about your message restriction, then your friends will finally be able to message you. I'll finally be able to talk to you by teleporting over to you. And scaring your friends" Dad jokes trying to lift me up.
"Yeah, maybe you're right, maybe as soon as I finish my quest, Luke might wake up... And he's much safer here than anywhere..." I looked towards my dad who was smiling over at me, the two of us hugged as Dad wiped a tear in my face.
"Guess I'll have to go back to London now, see you later Dad?"
"See you later my precious dream" As Dad said dad, he disappeared in a cloud of smoke.
As I was walking back, I heard a collective gasp, 5 lights appearing above Luna, Draco, Mattheo, Blaise, and Theo.
"Damn, aren't I smart?" I said as I approached them smirking.
"All hail! Mattheo Riddle, son of Athena, goddess of wisdom, war, weaving, and crafts! A legacy of Hecate, goddess of magic, crossroads, the moon, and doorways"
"All hail! Draco Malfoy, son of Apollo, god of sun, music, and medicine, a legacy of Hecate"
"All hail! Theodore Nott, a legacy of Aphrodite, goddess of beauty, love, and procreation"
"All hail! Blaise Zabini, son of Hermes and Hecate"
"All hail! Luna Lovegood, a legacy of Athena and Apollo"
Chiron looked over at me with knowing eyes as I smirked towards him.
"Hey, I had my suspicions on both Luna and Draco" I shrugged as I walked towards Draco, smirking.
"So you are a son of Apollo, after all. I was right."
"I hate when you're right" Draco grumbled as I messed his hair, slinging my arms around him.
"We need to go back now guys," I said as I looked towards my friends, all of them nodding.
"Not gonna lie, I'll miss this camp, grew to like it," Draco said, making my friends nod as well, I walked over towards Annabeth and Percy, hugging both of them.
"Take care of Luke for me, please? If anything happens, IM me, "Senia Dormer, Hogwarts" or send an owl, owls are common where I'm quested. They're Athena's birds" I smiled towards Annabeth as we hugged again.
"I'll, just bid goodbye to Luke guys, wait for me?"
"Don't worry, we'll wait for you here," Mattheo replied as he went over to Percy slinging his arms at him.
Walking slowly towards the infirmary, I took in my surroundings, I won't be coming back here for a year or so, not until that Noseless Job prat is dead and gone.
As soon as I entered the infirmary, I saw Will sitting beside Luke, who was still sound asleep.
"Hey there small sunshine" I greeted Will as he ran towards me hugging me.
"Came here to say goodbye for now to you and Luke, I'll be going back to my quest in London, you can get Annabeth and Percy to contact me if you want to talk to me or my other friends. Why not say goodbye to them as well?" Will hugged me again as I ruffled his hair, he ran outside, towards where the others were.
Taking the now-empty seat beside Luke, I stroked his hair and face. Sighing.
"I'll be going now Luke... I'll have to miss you all over again. I hope, that when I get back to London, you'll wake up any day now, you can tell Annabeth to contact me if you ever want, and I will answer every IM you send my way. Take all the rest you need my love. I will wait for you."
Tracing the scar that he received from Ladon, I stood up from my seat, kissing him on the forehead and the lips.
"See you later, alligator"
