Stranger
Lily examines the two-way mirror, tapping her finger on it and feeling its thickness. Then, she moves on to the wall beside the mirror, running her hands along it in search of any hidden door or secret panel. But as she feels the wall, she finds nothing. Frustration creeps over her as she realizes the futility of searching the wall. Maybe the answer isn’t obvious. Maybe she needs to think differently.
After a few minutes of scouring the room for a solution, Lily grows increasingly frustrated. Determined to escape no matter the cost, she decides to abandon the puzzle and focus solely on finding a way in to the room. As she considers her options, she resolves to make a daring attempt.
Lily wraps her red jacket around her fist, bracing herself to strike the mirror. With all her might, she punches the mirror, hoping that it will finally shatter. To her surprise, the mirror cracks but doesn’t shatter immediately. The sound of the impact echoes through the room.
Lily, undeterred by the pain, continues to punch the mirror with all her might. Her fist smashes against the glass barrier, the sound of impact and her frustration echoing in the room. Though the mirror remains intact, she refuses to back down. Lily channels all her determination and strength into her blows, hoping to break through the glass once and for all.
With a final burst of strength, Lily throws a punch at the mirror. To her astonishment, it finally breaks, shattering into countless pieces. A sense of triumph and relief washes over her as she realizes she’s made progress.
Lily winces as she releases her hand from the jacket, seeing that her knuckles are bloody and swollen. Nevertheless, she refuses to give up. With determination in her eyes and gritting her teeth, she climbs through the shattered mirror pieces and into the room beyond, her hand throbbing but her resolve stronger than ever.
As she enters the room, Lily looks around cautiously, taking in the appearance of the room. She can’t help but notice the similarities to a mental hospital, but her attention swiftly moves on to the chair in the middle of the room. A rush of hope floods her as she finds a 4-digit number inscribed on the bottom of the seat.

Lilly rushes back to the metal door and hurriedly presses in the code she discovered on the bottom of the chair. To her great relief, the door finally opens with a click, allowing her to exit the room at last.
Lily finds herself in another room, and the sight of two people in the center of the space sends a chill through her. They appear disoriented, like herself.
Lily’s mind races with questions. She doesn’t know who these people are, or why they’re here. But they seem just as confused as she is.
Lily cautiously approaches the two guys, feeling a bit uneasy as she studies their expressions. It’s evident that they don’t know each other. She takes a deep breath, bracing herself for potentially awkward introductions.
“Hi, I’m Lily,” she says softly.
The brown-haired guy introduces himself as Remus. His tone is cautious, and he seems to be scrutinizing Lilly warily. She understands his suspicion—after all, they’re in an unknown place and are complete strangers to one another.
The dark-haired boy introduces himself as John, still cautious about their surroundings and the unknown people in the room with them. Lilly nods in response, hoping to establish a connection with the others in the room. She decides to take a risk and speak up.
"Do you two have any idea where this room is or how we got here?" she asks curiously.
Remus answers first, expressing his confusion and frustration.
"The last thing I remember is walking down the street," he explains. "Then the next thing I knew, I was in this place. I have no idea how I got here."
John chimes in, echoing Remus’ confusion. "I'm in the same boat as you both. I don’t have a clue how I ended up here or where this room even is."
Lilly surveys the room thoughtfully, counting the five doors in the room, including the one she just came through. She can’t help but speculate what might be hiding behind each door.
Could they lead to a way out of this strange place?
Lilly’s eyes widen as she notices something: one door stands out in particular within the room—a red door, adorned with a timer as familiar a sight as the one before. The countdown timer looms large, counting down with urgency

Lilly turns to Remus and John, seeking clarity. "Which door did you both use to enter this room?" she prompts.
John responds, pointing to the door on the left, where Lilly entered. "I entered through that door," he explains. Meanwhile, Remus reveals he entered through the right.
As Lilly considers the differences in their entry points, she ponders the implications.why are there different entrances and different rooms throughout?
A realization strikes Lilly as she looks at the remaining metal door beside the red door, still shut tight. "Could it be that there's another person waiting behind that door?" she wonders aloud.
The atmosphere tightens as Lilly and the others consider the implications of the remaining 14 minutes on the timer.
"It's possible that the red door will open once the timer counts down to zero," muses Remus.
John shares his earlier experience, explaining how the door in his previous room opened once the timer hit zero. "I think a similar thing will happen here," he predicts. Lilly processes this information, considering the possibility that the red door will also open once the timer reaches zero.
Their conversation abruptly ends as the final metal door swings open, revealing another figure – a woman. Like them, she appears disoriented and distressed.
The newcomer halts abruptly upon seeing the group, a flicker of suspicion and unease crossing her face.
Lily introduce herself after that remus and john introduced themselves too.
The woman seem to relax a little as she said her name.
