It was another unusual day of 1977
The occupants of the great hall were enjoying a mouth watering dinner, the welcoming feast to be precise. The loud chattering filled the place, everyone enjoying the first day of the new academic year while trying to forget about the war going on outside their common home Hogwarts
On the Gryffindor table sat a boy with unruly black hair and round glasses Infront of his deep hazel eyes. His name was James Fleamont Potter . At this moment those hazels were fixed on a red head beauty with emerald coloured eyes. Her name was Lily Mary Evans who was talking to her friends while trying to ignore the stare of her very known admirer.
Next to James Potter sat his partner in crime and brother-in-everything-but-blood. The one an only Sirius Orion Black. His dark silky hair were tied into a low bun and his lips, which were always formed into a smirk, were turned downwards into frown as his grey eyes stared at the Slytherin table, trying to catch the eye of either of his siblings.
Infront of Sirus Black, a boy with light brown hair and scars all over his body. His name was Remus Lupin and currently his mind was invested in reading the book placed Infront of him.
Next to Remus Lupin was a Timid boy with mousy hair and blue eyes. His name was Peter Pettigrew and he was doing what he was best at : Eating.
Together, these four friends were known as the marauders.
James Potter let out a sigh, after trying and failing to meet the green eyes he has adored for a long time
"Do you think she will go out with me this year?" He questioned, turning to his friends who already looked so done with the question being repeated thrice over the span of 10 minutes.
"Keep trying mate" Sirius replied back, finally moving his eyes away from the emerald-silver table.
"I didn't ask her out in train or during the ceremony" James exclaimed suddenly, causing peter to drop his utensils "what if she thinks I lost interest in her?"
Before James could move from his seat to ask Evans out, Remus grabbed his robe and forced him to reoccupy his place.
"Please don't anything" Remus almost begged, hoping for a no embarrassed filled dinner. He then shot Sirius a scolding look who was busy snickering at a frightened looking Peter.
Before the Potter boy could respond, the Gate of the Great hall Flew open. Heads turned to look at the newcomers

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬 : Arcturus Black and his wife Melania Black ; Orion Black and his wife Walburga Black ; Cygnus Black and his wife Druella Black néé Rosier.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐟𝐨𝐲𝐬 : Abraxas Malfoy ; Lucius Malfoy and his fiance Naracissa Black
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 : Fleamont Potter and his wife Euphemia Potter
𝐖𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐥𝐞𝐲𝐬 : Arthur and Molly Weasley along with
A 7yr old Bill Weasley, 5 year old Charlie Weasley and 2 year old Percy Weasley
𝐓𝐨𝐧𝐤𝐬 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 : Ted tonks, Andromeda Tonks and their 3 year old , Nymphadora Tonks
𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬 : Bartemius Crouch Senior, Alastor Moody.
"Why did you call us here Albus?" Crouch Senior demanded in a heavy voice.
When the said headmaster denied doing so, the newcomers looked at each other in absolute confusion.
"Wait- so you mean this letter was not sent by you" Andromeda Tonks said, waving a piece of parchment which everyone was holding, whilst trying to ignore the glares she was receiving from her maiden family.
"which letter?" Professor McGonagall asked.
Clearing her throat, she read the letter Andromeda handed her aloud

Before anyone could comment anything, the gate of the great hall closed with a bang, startling everyone.
The head of the Black Family waved his wand but to no Vail. The were all locked inside
The next moment, a loud voice echoed

The hall was filled with silence as the voice disappeared, everyone digesting was has just happened.
"Wait" James said as realization hit him "Harry James Potter? My son?"
"Great" Snape hissed "We have to sit here and watch about Potters brat"
Before the marauders could retort anything, The Headmaster raised his wand and turned the tables and chairs into comfortable armchairs and loveseats.
The newcomers came and sat with their family members or with their previous house members. the ministry joined the Hogwarts staff.
