I Promised I'd Wait For You
Today's the day. The day that Kellin is coming home after completing his last year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and I just simply can not wait until I've finally got him back here in my arms. Ever since he went back to finish the rest of the school year after the Christmas break was over, the both of us have pretty much been sending each other countless letters, and I'm just happy that we finally don't have to continue doing so, and we can finally officially move in together.
I can't believe that this day has finally come, and Kellin and I are finally able to start a life together, and this is just perfect in every way. Though, of course Kellin will have to find a decent job, but I don't think we're going to worry about him finding a job just yet, he's only just returning home today, and he doesn't need to go out and find a job so soon after finishing school. No way do I expect him to find a job as soon as he's out of school.
Looking around, I can't help but be filled with nerves as I wait for the train to get here and for Kellin to come out and run into my arms. If only there were some way that could help make him get here faster, actually there's probably a spell that could do just that, but knowing me I'd probably fuck something up, so I'm not even going to bother, even if I do want Kellin to get here faster.
"Hey, Vic!" I look around as I hear my name being called, and as soon as I see Jenna running over to me, I can't stop the smile from making its way onto my face.
"Hey, Jenna." I say, as I pull her into a hug. "You here to pick Tay up?" I ask, once we pull away.
Jenna nods. "I promised that chick that I'd be here waiting for her as soon as school let out for them all." She says. "It's good to see you, man." She adds.
I smile a little more, nodding my head. It definitely felt good seeing Jenna again, considering we regrettably haven't really hung out that much since school finished for the both of us, we both were pretty much just a little too busy to do so, and I really do regret not hanging out with her as much as I'd hoped to.
"It's good to see you too." I say. "We need to catch up again sometime. Kellin and Tay with us of course." I suggest. "I'm sure Kellin won't mind hanging out with you and Tay sometime."
She nods in agreement. "Some more catch-up time definitely needs to be done." She agrees, before looking around. "Now, is it just me, or is this bloody train taking too long to arrive?"
I shrug. "While I agree with you on that, I pretty much got here earlier than I needed to be." I say. "And, I think that we're still a bit early anyway."
Jenna sighs at that, before leaning against the wall behind us, and slowly sliding down it, till she's sitting on the floor. I sit down next to her, and the two of us pretty much just wait there for the train to arrive.
While we wait for the train to finally get here, the two of us talk about random stuff, and what we've been up to since we last saw each other, and honestly, I've really missed talking and hanging out with Jenna. Jenna was pretty much one of the first friends I made while at Hogwarts, aside from Tony and Jaime that is, and we've stayed good friends ever since, even if we haven't exactly hung out as much since school finished for the both of us. Hopefully that'll change now though, and we end up hanging out together more along with Kellin and Jenna's girlfriend Tay.
After I'm not exactly sure how long had passed - I wasn't keeping track of the time - the train finally arrives at the station, and Jenna and I are standing up to go find Kellin and Tay as they exit the train.
At first, as all the students are piling off the train, I don't spot Kellin anywhere, but finally I see him getting off the train, followed by Lynn and Alexa. He looks around, seemingly looking for me, and once he spots me standing next to Jenna - well, I was standing next to Jenna, until she ran off at the first sight of her girlfriend Tay - he says goodbye to Lynn and Alexa, before he runs over to me, and pretty much jumps into my arms. I wrap my arms round him so I don't end up dropping him, as he wraps his legs round my waist.
"I've missed you so much, Vic." He says, damn near close to tears as he holds onto me tightly as he kisses me. "I've missed you so damn much."
I smile into the kiss as I hold him a little more securely so he doesn't fall, and let's just say that I'm glad he isn't that heavy. "I've missed you too, sweetheart." I say, as we pull out of the kiss, but I still continue to hold him in my arms.
"I can't believe you actually waited for me like you promised you would." Kellin admits, as we rest our foreheads together. "I'll admit that I was afraid you would've changed your mind."
I frown at him. "Now why would I change my mind?" I ask, leaning my head to the side a little. "I've got the most perfect guy in my life, and I want to spend forever with him." I say. "Why would I even consider giving that up?"
There's no way in hell that I'd ever consider giving Kellin up. He's the one person I want to grow old together with, and start a family with. Then again, I'm not entirely sure how exactly we'd start a family together, since he can't fall pregnant, and even if he could, he's not interested in sex, I'm sure we'll find a way to have kids together, even if it is just adopting.
"Kellin, I promised I'd wait for you." I say, as he blushes, looking away from me. "I made a promise to you, Kellin. There's no way that I'd ever want to break that promise." I assure him. "You're the one I want to spend the rest of my life with."
"Are you sure?" He asks, looking back at me.
I smile at him. "Positive." I say, before leaning in to kiss him. "You are the one that I want."
He smiles into the kiss, and right at this very moment, I can't help but be glad that I've got Kellin in my life. I'm never going to let him go, cause I want to spend the rest of my life with him.
"Thank you for everything, Vic." Kellin says, pulling out of the kiss, and hugging me tightly. "Thank you."
