Chapter : A Summer to Remember

---

Harry Potter’s POV

This summer was shaping up to be the best one yet. After years of Privet Drive’s dreariness, just the thought of spending time with Sirius, Alex, and my friends had me buzzing. It didn’t hurt that Sirius had dropped hints about a muggle outing he was planning, something he said my mum had introduced him to years ago. He had this mischievous grin on his face when he brought it up, promising that he and Alex would show me what real fun in the muggle world looked like.

“A theme park?” I asked, raising an eyebrow as we sat around the breakfast table.

Daphne nudged me. “You’ve never been to one?”

I shook my head, feeling a little sheepish. “Not exactly the kind of thing the Dursleys would do for me. Or, well, let me do.”

Alex grinned, looking a bit too excited. “Mate, you’re in for a treat. Theme parks are... let’s just say they’re a whole other level of magic.”

Even Hermione looked pleased. “There’s so much to see and do! Roller coasters, games, cotton candy… it’s a completely different experience. My parents took me to one a few years back.”

Just seeing them so eager got me curious. “Alright, then, count me in. I don’t know what to expect, but if it’s anything like you’re saying, I’m ready.”

The conversation continued as we planned the trip, each of us tossing around ideas of what we’d want to do first. As we chatted, Alex casually mentioned a project he’d been working on—something that wasn’t exactly Hogwarts-related.

Alex’s POV

Finally, it was finished. The Thunderbolt Mark I, the fastest broom I’d ever worked on, was ready. It was sleek, with darkened wood and reinforced enchantments I’d spent weeks perfecting.

Olive Turner, my friend and fellow Ravenclaw, stood beside me in awe. “You know, you’re going to make a fortune with this thing. No broom on the market can match that speed or stability.”

I smirked, feeling a sense of pride. “That’s the plan. And with the right marketing, maybe I can make a whole series.”

We tossed around ideas, each one more ridiculous than the last, but eventually, we settled on the name: Thunderbolt. Simple, direct, and it fit. Olive was enthusiastic, already listing down charm ideas that might make the next model even faster. “Once I finish my studies, I’m going to get licensed as an enchanter. Then we can start mass-producing this thing.”

It was exciting, thinking about the future and all the possibilities. My family would no doubt be thrilled once they saw the broom in action. For now, though, I’d let the Thunderbolt speak for itself.

Dumbledore’s POV

The Order of the Phoenix had been my life's work, and now, with a growing threat from Voldemort, we needed it more than ever. But these recent developments were… troubling.

An unknown organization, a company calling themselves “Men in Black Security,” had emerged, and they were quickly becoming a subject of concern. Their influence stretched far beyond the magical community, slipping into muggle territories with alarming ease. What made them dangerous wasn’t just their abilities, but their coordination, their ability to blend in with both worlds.

It seemed they were targeting dark wizards and rogue magical entities, yet they were impossible to trace. I had questions that needed answers—who led them, and what were their intentions? There was a good chance that they were connected to the Blacks, and if that was true… well, Sirius and his allies would have a lot to answer for.

“Alastor,” I said to Mad-Eye as the meeting concluded, “I want you to keep a close eye on them. Observe. Gather information.”

“Consider it done,” he replied with a resolute nod.

Amelia Bones’ POV

Taking over as Minister of Magic had been overwhelming, to say the least. But at least I had some progress to show for it. The corruption that had plagued the Ministry for years was starting to be rooted out, albeit slowly. I’d poured resources into the DMLE, doubling Auror recruitment and strengthening our security.

But the anonymous letters… they had stopped. These letters had been invaluable, providing intelligence on illegal operations, black market dealings, and the corruption deeply woven within the Ministry itself. Without them, we were blind to parts of the magical underworld.

Still, I couldn’t dwell on it for long. The Ministry had a long way to go, and I wasn’t about to let up.

Alex’s POV: Book Launch

It had finally happened. Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone hit the shelves in Diagon Alley, and if I said it hadn’t caused a stir, I’d be lying. I’d made sure the book had some… creative liberties.

Dumbledore? Bumblebee. McGonagall? Minicat. Snape? Batshit. I’d had a bit of fun, making characters out of real-life figures while still preserving the essence of the story. It was placed in the fiction section, of course, but for those who knew… well, they’d see the layers.

Harry’s abusive upbringing, the manipulative nature of Bumblebee, the loyalty potions—these were all intentional choices. After all, people needed to see a version of reality, even if it was masked in fiction. To my surprise, the book was flying off the shelves. Wizarding children, especially, were captivated, and the adults… well, they were divided. But that was to be expected.

Harry Potter’s POV

When I saw the book in Flourish and Blotts, I couldn’t help but laugh. I’d never thought I’d see my life laid out like that, even if it was technically “fiction.”

“You’re the star of your own story now, Harry,” Daphne teased, flipping through the pages.

Hermione frowned, studying a chapter. “It’s odd, isn’t it? I mean, I know it’s just a story, but the way Bumblebee is portrayed… it’s almost too real.”

“Trust Alex to find a way to make waves,” I said with a grin. “It’s like he’s put everything he can’t say directly into this book.”

Neville chuckled. “I think it’s brilliant. Let’s see them ignore this.”

It felt strange, like looking at my life through someone else’s eyes. But for the first time, I didn’t feel alone. Maybe Alex was right—maybe things were starting to change, one page at a time.

The summer stretched ahead of us, promising new adventures, mysteries, and hopefully, a little peace. But as we laughed and talked about the future, I couldn’t help but wonder what surprises awaited us next.
