Summary:
(James’ POV)
James is starting his sophomore year at college and is excited for many reasons, football starting up again, seeing his girlfriend Lily, and most importantly, meeting his best mate’s brother, Regulus. It's also quite a coincidence that it’s Regulus’s freshman year and he needs friends.
(*cough cough* James) James has heard quite a lot about the little black and is eager to make sure he enjoys his college experience, and if that leads James to spend practically all of his time with Regulus that's no one's business but theirs.
(Regulus’ POV)
Regulus is nervous, it's not like it's his first time going into something head first, but college seems daunting. Especially when he knows his annoying brother Sirius told his (admittedly incredibly handsome) best friend James to look after him.
Regulus isn't a child for crying out loud, he can handle himself perfectly well thank you very much. Yet, he starts to get used to James’ loud and comforting presence and only realizes once it's not just for him anymore.
(Sirius’ POV)
Sirius knows his best mate is responsible even though his personality would suggest otherwise, but he's still nervous about his baby brother being in Prong’s care. Unfortunately this isn't the only thing Sirius has to worry about this year seeing as he not only has his homeroom but also his statistics class with the person who's been haunting his dreams since Freshman year, Remus Lupin. Regrettably Sirius doesn't even know that much about Remus, or Moony as he liked to call him, but that's because he wasn't Remus’ friend.
They had hooked up once, the previous year and hadn't spoken since. Oh, but Sirius never forgot oh no, he had been watching Remus whenever he could. Sirius had always been infatuated in him, and he still very much was. He was determined to not mess this up, and to at least become Moony’s friend. (even if he's hoping for more)
