Chapter Four- The Start Of Something Special.

Once at the third floor the Gryffindor trio's conversation was interrupted by the tapping of Harry's shoulder. The trio turned to see Draco waiting patiently with a Slytherin girl they were familiar with Pansy Parkinson.

The five greeted each other pleasantly agreeing to call each other by their first names. Greetings done with the teenagers decided to find a place where they could hang out and get to know each other better. The teens were undecided on where they could go before Harry piped up "there's a beautiful clearing just outside of the forbidden forest we could go to". The others looked thoughtful for a second before agreeing.

Harry grinned widely before starting to lead everyone to the clearing. On the way they bumped into Luna Lovegood, a fourth year Ravenclaw that was known to be a bit different to her peers and was treated horribly for it.

Harry smiled happily at her and asked "hi Luna do you want to join us, we're having a get together at a clearing near the forbidden forest?" To which Luna readily agreed to thanking them for wanting include her. The six teens continued to the clearing with Harry leading the way.

The others were awestruck by what they saw. The clearing was massive, the grass was thick and green, they were a variety of amazing multicolour flowers and plants blossoming, many small magical creatures roamed around and tall towering trees sheltered the clearing. But the most surprisingly part of the clearing though was the cushions and blankets on the ground and the two large baskets full of books, magazines and art supplies between two of the trees as well as the guitar and songbook lying next to the baskets.

Turning to Harry, Neville rose his eyebrow before querying "Harry is this where you go to when you want some peace and quiet?". Blushing Harry nodded slightly looking down missing the amused smiles the other teens had on their faces.

Sitting down on the grass the teens admired the view for a bit before Hermione asked "should we play a game?". The six teens decided on playing never have I ever and truth or dare, they all learned a lot about each other from playing the games.

The group spent the rest of the Morning talking and laughing. When it came to lunchtime Harry called for Dobby and asked for a basket of food for them to feast on, to Hermione's displeasure. Seeing that Hermione wasn't impressed Draco quickly told her "house elves love working for their witch and wizard families and they lose their magic before dying if they don't work".

An awkward silence filled the air before Luna dreamily piped up "so food anyone?" Causing everyone to burst out laughing. The tense air resolved, the group resumed their chatting whilst eating the food provided to them.

Once finished eating the group decided to relax, Hermione and Pansy talked about their studies, Draco read a quidditch magazine, Neville explored the flowers and plants,  Harry on the other hand had taken his red converses off and was sat under a tree drawing the magical creatures in his sketchbook with charcoal pencils whilst Luna described magical creatures around her to him that only she could see. Eventually the soothing noise of quiet talking was making Harry's eyes to droop and seeing this Luna started to softly sing a lullaby that she could see in the song book.

Soon the sound of soft snoring could be heard from Harry's direction causing all conversations, exploring to stop. Looking towards Harry's tree everyone saw he'd fallen asleep with his head leaning on his arm and that Luna was singing softly. Neville quickly grabbed a cushion and blanket before positioning the sleeping boy into a laying down position with his head on the cushion before gently taking the sketchbook and charcoal pencil out of Harry's hands and covering him with the blanket. He then turned to the others and said "It'll do him some good to sleep as he doesn't get much at bedtime. what was the name of the song you were singing Luna?".

Confused by the question the girl cheerfully replied "Prongslet's lullaby" Causing Hermione to gasp and Neville to burst out laughing. Seeing Draco's and Pansy's confused faces Hermione told them "Prongslet was Harry's nickname before his parents died".

Between laughter Neville added "no wonder he fell asleep, it's his lullaby, the one his parents wrote and used on him to get him to sleep when he was a baby". The five awake teens smiled down upon the sleeping boy before quietly resuming their activities or in Luna's case looking through the Harry's sketchbook.

Several hours later Draco checked the time and seeing it was nearing dinner time went over to Harry's sleeping form and gently shook him and was met by the sleepy response of "five more minutes". Draco snorted and said "you've got to wake up it's nearly dinner time". Grumbling Harry sat up and grumpily glared at the platinum blond boy, causing the others to snicker.

Harry got up from his make shift bed, picked his converses up by their laces and followed the others back to the castle muttering grumpily most of the walk back about being awake to the amusement of the rest of the group who had by now realised that Harry was grumpy when first woken up.

Once back at the castle the six teenagers made their way into the great hall and split up to go to their separate house tables after saying their good-byes and agreeing to meet up again the next day. After dinner the group returned to their common rooms to relax and talk for a couple hours before going to bed.

Later that night once teeth were brushed, pjs were put on and they'd climbed into their individual beds, all six teenagers reflected back on their day and smiled in remembrance of all of the fun they had with each other.

Soon the only sound that could be heard in the four fifth year dorms was the sound of heavy breathing and soft snoring as all of the teenagers drifted off with the thoughts of *This is the start of something special*.
