Or what he'd do to harry when he finds out about this, but harry was hoping he'd try something just to see him fail.
Harry refuses to be some saviour to the side that had controlled his very thought for his whole life.Dumbledore can try and try to find his precious pawn.But dorea had promised the centuries old wards of dark magic would keep him safe as well as one old painting that got angry at him for thinking she couldn't keep some old coot away from her house.
Honestly Walburga ,Harry can't even pass the corridor without getting ripped into for it.
Going back to his room to garb his stuff and meet dorea and Charlus at the fireplace to floo to the station after enjoying a full English with many nutrients potions that a healer suggested ,merlin knows who the healer was as the couple had refused to tell him when he asked being almost secretive about it
But that was the only thing they kept from him being very open about where they stand on things but also supporting harry when he disagreed which wasn't often and normally he changed his mind as his facts had been based on bias Hogwarts books and hermiones lectures that he really listened to but realised had been forced into due to some finer details in the coercion and loyalty potions
Like when they asked what he knew about dark magic and his first reaction was that it was all the bad magic and meant the people who did it were bad people like Voldemort
Lets just say the look they gave him could kill if they put more force into it ,they weren't mad at him just at everyone who had got him to think that and also at themselves for letting Dumbles get one over them and couldn't teach him properly
they told harry everything about Dark magic was just lies that had started back in the founders time by jealous light wizards who thought dark magic was too volatile and uncontrollable they saw it and every wizard and creature who fell in the 'Dark' category as abominations and found a way to try and eradicate them all and paint them as evil.
See dark magic was just magic but focused on people like him with a dark core
it was same as light but just more powerful which is why they light were jealous and annoyed seeing them as threats to what they saw as a threat to 'the only good source of magic'
They manipulated the light Wizarding community too believe all dark wizards believed that blood was the key to dark magic and all dark wizards were blood purists and despised Muggleborns, which was completely false as lady magic ,who he didn't even know existed but is this other world force of magic that gifted it to some muggles she deemed worthy, picked not on blood purity but power and will.
Harry didn't fully believe people like the Malfoys and dark families weren't blood purist until he saw the wizengamot votes were not a single bill of anti muggleborn right was passed by them but the light side that voted for the werewolves to be isolated from society and Muggleborns to not receive the proper introduction the the Wizarding World as well as things like gay marriage and transgender right which Dumbledore as the head of the Wizengamot personally vetoed without an actual vote
And also Walburga had almost came out of her painting when he asked about the blacks being know as blood purists, that woman dissent do anything but shoot but harry was coming round to her seeing her as a sort of grandma he never had.He almost looked like her as the cleansing had wiped away some glamors he had on his
Dumbledore once this esteemed hero is his mind became the enemy in under a day and harry was ready to fight, for the side this time.He isn't ready for what's about to happen but harry was.
His Hogwarts uniform had somehow lost its ugly bright res symbol and when they asked the ministry said the 'accidental' magic of blowing up his aunt had caused him to be expelled and accepted again so he would have to resorted as a transfer student
This time he knew where the hat would put him and was excited to be away from the traitorous lions.
Definitely not to possibly beg for forgiveness from a certain blonde that harry had came to the conclusion he might be slight(massively) obsessed with as he now couldn't ignore it saying he thinks he's up to something. Dorea and Charlus decided not to tell the families of Harry yet to keep it hidden from Dumbledore and teach him as much as they could .pureblood etiquette was not for him no matter how much they tried
Also Charlus had helped him get over some of the self centred homophobia gifted to him from the ever so lovely Dursleys
He wished he had grown up with these people he rapidly saw considered family to him. But he is happy he gets them now going third year with no one controlling him and nothing trying to kill him.
The daily prophet could spout all they wanted but harry does not believe his godfather would hurt him even if he fought for Voldemort who apparently was the good guy
Harry was very confused until it was explained.
He fought for the dark side in the war but somehow had lost his mind went crazy at the end and hunted down his parents in a try to kill him.Why? nobody really knows but they think it was some sort of prophecy which proves how insane voldy was at the end believing in divination by trelawey as she was a known fraud and joke and prophecies are self fulfilling.
Still the thought his parents fought on Dumbledores side was a big blow but lots of people were forced or coerced and harry would research forever until he found proof .

Harry was still nervous as the three potter-blacks flooed down to station 9 and 3/4
Ready for everything including seeing the Weasley and Dumbledore to the train not letting him on but after the longest goodbye hug he ever felt and a very teary couple he got on the train normally and set to find an empty compartment to just sit with his thought until he was prepared to face everything at Hogwarts
He sits down at the perfect compartment pulling out one of the books Dorea had suggested on having a dark core and how you react to light magic
as being exposed to that many light compulsions in his body could've cause a lot more damage then the constant headaches he's trying to be more aware on how to prevent it.
But fate just loves to mess harry and he is interrupted by the few people he once saw as family that turned out to be selling him out to Dumbledore and pushing to continue his life threatening escapades.
"Harry," the second youngest Weasley says with an air of arrogance harry has never noticed before
Part of the compulsion must've made him more blind then before because honestly how did he ever not see this how did he miss the signs of selfish greedy dickheads, he has lived with three of them his whole life
he ignores them banging on until the door is slammed open by an annoyed hermione and a disgustingly proud set of Weasley terror twins
"Honestly harry who do you think you are ,we are your friends you owe us to open doors and answer us why are you being difficultt"Hermione says indifferent to the anger in his eyes ,like she has never cared which is true she hasn't but it stings just a bit to know this was his life for two years ,being pushed down and overlooked by his closest friends who he told everything to.
"Leave me alone, i know what you've been doing so we can do this calmly if you wish, get out I never want to see you again and your lucky I'm not going to the Aurors" Harry was almost glad their eyes said they weren't going quietly
He needs n reason to get his anger out.
"AGH I DONT KNOW WHATS GOTTEN INTO YOU BUT YOU CANNOT TALk TO US LIKE THAT" the yelling though was not appreciated see harry had being having panic attacks that he was taking medicine for when he had a fit when dorea held up a hand to hang up Walburga's painting closer to hates room(why he didn't know) but it sent him spiralling until they calmed him down and asked what was wrong.
They were furious at the treatment the Dursley's put him through and helped with getting some scar cream without asking too many questions.
"fuck off I can say what like and be around who I like which doesn't include you traitorous fucks"
Hermione pulls out her wand and the ginger fucks go to follow her until a group of Slytherins harry didn't even see until they were inside ,to busy panicking ,and pointed their wands outnumbering the four now confused Gryffindors.
Harry made eye contact with a certain blonde and tried to catch his breath and rack his mind at the worried look in his grey eyes.

DRACO POV
Draco wasn't expecting this year to be much different then then other two with his friends hiding their compartment from pansy and his parents telling him to be safe and Potter-well potter staying in his refusing to get out honestly is was preposterous draco had any interest in the imbecile at all.
The small ,cute most adorable boy he laid eyes on that he instantly felt a protective need to take him and be the only person harry could argue with if that was as close to him as he could get.
The thought alone of anyone fighting with his potter was just angering and draco couldn't help but wish he didn't change himself in first year to seem impressive as he realised early on - well Blaise smacked him with a book to knock some sense in him
Not that he'd admit it
and knows he came of too arrogant enough so that the Weasleys got their claws in him and that granger was just filling him with shit
Harry was lost and it stung to see him reflect all that he stands for goes against what's right but that harry actually believes he's helping it was cruel how he was being manipulated almost compulsion like but he didn't think they were powerful enough for that.
His friends new it so when they were looking for their compartment that was suspiciously close to potters
Draco picked it
He didn't see the normal entourage of Gryffindors, the missing wave righteousness and ignorance calming the rest of train except draco who worried potter had missed the train
the thought then making him roll his eyes
Course he got special permission to ignore the times of the train
Being the savior and the old coots favourite has spoilt him
Draco was sulking and he new it.Disappouinted in himself but continued to put on face until he reaches the common room.
So he was really confused when he saw all the clan of Dumbledore supporters put a wand against the savior with anger as Potter looks like he just realised how outnumbered he is
Himself ,Theo ,Blaise ,Daphne, greg and Vincent were just waling until they heard the familiar shrieked of granger.There is no way she has no banshee blood in her with how she screams
They go down ,draco leading ready to beat his record for first taunt of the year

quite happy with himself as he walks down until he saw the obvious face of someone mid panic attack on the saviour of the Wizarding World as his alleged friends hold him at wand point
"-You traitorous fucks" Potters looks like he can't breathe and isn't raising his voice ,he looks terrified
Draco can't stand it and from the looks of his friend they won't either

He puts his wand away going up to Potter knowing the Slytherins will cover him.
The rest of them seem to be arguing but his attention is on Potter even as spells start shooting of the second potter flinches is the second he doesn't care about getting hit along as it doesn't hit Potter.
"Harry it okay your okay"he carries on whispering reassurances until they both end up on the floor Slytherins forcing the Gryffindors out and just waiting for Harry to calm down.
He eventually gets his voice but instead of getting annoyed by being surrounded by his supposed enemies he seems to relax even more.
And isn't that confusing, what could the bastards have done that potter feels safer with Slytherins.Some foolish inner voice that is just Harry Potter commentary just seems to thin Potter should always feels safe with Draco. Which is ridiculous who feels safe with their bully of two years because of one action that was purely just to spite the Gryffindors-Not anything else that's delusional and Draco says your wrong if you said otherwise.
And Potter doesn't class as a lion due to his robes which confuses him the more he thinks about it.what has happened this summer for Potters resort.
He doesn't carry on down that though as Potter speaks.
"What just happened? why the hell did you just save me?"
He wanted to be honest so he just carried on with it
"Well you looked like you needed help and have figured out how much your supposedly best friends are idiots"

"Hi im Malfoy,Draco Malfoy"he repeats like he did years ago making harry laugh a sound he just has to find a way to bottle and keep
he doesn't want to let go of his hand and harry doesn't seem to be in a rush to either, keeping the contact for a longer the necessary
which he just new was getting him looks from the rest of the compartment,
he could probably convince himself harry actually looked sadly at his hand when pulling away in the deep delusion that is the mind of Draco Malfoy as harry turns to his friends after seemingly forgetting they were there as well.
No one seems to wants to break the calm silence after Harrys speech keeping the peace and trying to savour the moment ,until they get to the common room , now all suspecting what house he's gonna be sorted in.
And draco could not be happier for being a selfish eleven year old
the rooms are two a person with him obviously forcing his way to get the only single room back in first year. And after doing the math , if someone where to look into the compartment they would see him smiling to himself knowing hes gonna have to share a room and couldn't be happier
