The Boy They Never Knew

After the fiasco earlier that month with the revelation of Sirius's innocence and Peter Pettigrew's betrayal, Mcgonagall was ready to commit murder because of Fudge's idiocy and his refusal to listen. How could she be such an idiot and a fool to believe that Black would betray the Potters? And poor Harry, his time with his godfather was stolen from him, and instead of living with him, he was living with those monsters and abominations of human beings. 

That's why, at eight in the morning, to clear her head for a little that morning, she's walking towards the small tower to check on the book of admittance and start her brief work for the summer before she comes back mid August with the rest of the staff.

When she entered the tower, she saw that the quill was already writing a name. Getting closer to the book to check the name for the list of the 1st year students, what she saw shocked her to her core. This has never happened before.

Name: Oskar Anderson. 

Date of Birth: July 31st, 2000.

Address: 42 Grimstone Lane, 15C 3rd floor, London W1R 7YX (Abandoned building, currently unoccupied)

Grade: Fourth year.

Seeing the address that Oskar was living at made her gasp. She had to do something and quick, but at the same time, with the rest of the staff being on holiday, and the headmaster was out of the castle meeting some of his acquaintances from the last war and it was known that he doesn't like to be interrupted on those occasions.

She knew that the book never lies and is accurate to the letter. The boy needed to be brought early and checked by a medi-witch or the goblins to see why his magic was coming near his 14th birthday. After that, she needed to give him a crash course on everything before the start of his 4th year.

For the next week of July, with her preparing the list of firsties and everything, she couldn’t leave the school empty and unattended. Since she couldn’t reach Albus to inform him as he just left for ICW and when he's there, he rarely answers their calls until after the meeting was done, she did the next best thing. She used the floo to call Pandora Lovegood since she’s one of the board of governors that was available.

It didn't take long for her to arrive at the deputy headmistress office through the Floo.

“Good morning Pandora, thank you for coming on short notice, and I apologize for cutting your time with your kids arriving back home a few days ago, but those couldn't wait. I need your assistance in an urgent matter.” Minerva told her as they walked towards her desk and gestured for Pandora to have a seat.

Seeing her unease, Pandora asked her, “No worries, professor, what's so urgent that needs my attention as a board of governor?”

“As you know, Hogwarts has its own way to identify any new magical child, and that's how we know to whom we send Hogwarts acceptance letters, correct?” 

When she nodded, faking her confusion as to where this was going, McGonagall grabbed the parchment and said as she handed it to them, “This name appeared today.”

Taking the parchment and reading it, and before Pandora could ask, McGonagall told her, “No, he's not a transfer student, or the school he went to would have appeared as well. There is a boy, who's family is either extremely poor, abandoned him, or an orphan, whose magic, unlike everyone else, has just manifested at the age of nearly fourteen. I would go, but with all the staff on holiday, I have to prepare the acceptance letters and decide on which of our staff would visit which family. With something like this, it would've been the headmaster's job to be the one to do it, but he is unreachable.”

Knowing that Oskar would tell her why now, Pandora nodded in agreement she told her, “So you want me to go as a representative of the school, see what I can find, and bring him in?”

Receiving a nod from the deputy headmistress, Pandora was glad that everything was going smoothly as she added, “And if he was abused or an orphan, Xeno and I could have him stay with us or find him another suitable family.”

Agreeing with her, Pandora, who was still holding the parchment of the boy's name and address, stood up, followed by McGonagall as she added, “Don't worry professor, I'll go check on him and inform you of what I find after I meet with the boy and have him check for anything.”

“Thank you, I just wished that there was someone with me here so I could be the one to go meet with the boy. Please, keep me informed.” McGonagall informed them, with a worried look on her face.

Giving her a soft smile, Pandora tried to ease her worry by saying, “Don't worry, professor, hopefully he is with a loving family.”

Though it didn't, McGonagall watched her leave through the Floo to the Leaky Cauldron.

Meanwhile, two hours earlier, 

Oskar woke up at six that morning excited about what's going to happen. He couldn't wait for Pandora to arrive and apparate them to Diagon Alley and start to fuck with both Dumbles, his plans, and Voldy's return. So the first thing he did was take a shower and change to a newer clothes, then he went to the large table and sat down. 

The table had a takeaway pizza box with a few slices that he bought the previous night, laptop, phone, few blueprints of what he has been working on for the last while for the goblins, for the environment, few were for some tech, and a couple for himself.

As he took a slice, the first thing he did was go into his fake account on the dark web that he and his mother had created all those years ago and withdrew all his investments and wired them into both his bitcoin and regular account. He wired ¼ of the money with a large file to a friend from the dark web, then ½ of the original money was sent to Antony and logged out from the account, went back to his projects on both his laptop and blueprints, and worked as he waited for Pandora to arrive.

An hour later, Oskar paused his work, snapped his fingers, and the door opened as he turned around from his seat and said, “Hey Pandora.”

Arriving to the Leaky Cauldron after her meeting with McGonagall, she walked towards the exit to the muggle world and apparated to the abandoned building where Oskar was at, walked towards his room and before she could put her hand on the handle, the door opened as the voice said, “Hey Pandora.”

Smiling softly, as she watched him stand, walked towards, and hugged her as she told him, “Hey Oskar, really good to finally meet each other.”

Breaking the hug with a smile, he told her, “Me too, can't believe it's finally here. Are you ready to end those two once and for all?”

Smirking, she told him, “I know we will. Once we arrive at Gringotts and do the inheritance test, you better explain to us what happened that changed everything and made us meet this early. We should have met in over a month instead of now.”

When she finished, Oskar gave her a sheepish look and said, “About that.” Making her look at him with narrowed eyes as he went back to the table, grabbed a notebook and brought it back with him.

Handing it over to Pandora, Oskar told her, “There's alot going to happen at the bank today, and we don't need to raise suspicions to why they're with us. So apparate to your home, tell the Corners to stay at your place and for everyone to read this notebook while I pack the last of my things. Tell them I've written down what changed, and what plans were altered.”

Skimming through a couple of pages, gave him a nod and apparated. Meanwhile, Oskar went back to the table, he shut down his laptop before he brought the side bag that he used the extension charm on and started to put his books, notebooks, pens (like hell he's going to use quills all the time), blueprints, his laptop, and few other things before closing the bag, then he went to corner of the room and opened the loose wooden floor and took the fifteen thousand pounds that remained from the cash his mother left him with when Pandora reappeared again as he was putting the money in the side bag.

With a knowing look, she told him as she extended her arm, “Luna and Michael are not happy about this. Michael wants to have a word with you when we go back to the house.”

Snorting, Oskar put on the side bag across his shoulders, snapped his fingers and the room started to change to its previous ruined state as he grabbed the suitcase that contains his clothes, came back and held Pandora's hand as they apparated to the apparition point near the bank.

Walking towards the bank, Oskar was in awe, Diagon Alley is far more beautiful in real life than his visions. Entering the bank, Pandora took the fifteen thousand from Oskar and exchanged them to three thousand galleons that were out in a coin pouch with 1 G worth 5 GBP and was handed to Oskar before the guard that was waiting for them led them to the meeting room with Ragnok and Griphook. He knew that it took a lot of talks and convincing from both the Lovegoods and the Corners to get this meeting. He just hoped that the Ragnok Gringotts, the goblin king and head of Gringotts bank, would hear him out without ruining the friendship and relationship between the goblins and both families.

Entering the meeting room at nine in the morning, seeing Ragnok sitting at the head of the long meeting table with Griphook sitting beside him, with a grunt Ragnok said, “Mr. Anderson, Gringotts doesn't like sudden meeting changes. But, from what the Lovegoods, the Corners, Książę Gagos (Książę known as Duke) of the house of Gagos informed me when they first contacted me, I presume something had happened that required the sudden change of your entry to the wizarding community.”

“Hell yeah.” Oskar thought, then he left the suitcase next to Pandora as he walked and stood in front of the desk, gave a small head bow and said in Gobbledegook, “Greetings your Majesty, it is both an honor and pleasure to finally make your acquaintance. I sincerely apologize for the sudden change of plans, and yes, certain events had changed that forced my hands and made me enter the wizarding community earlier than expected. Furthermore, I hope after my inheritance test and our meeting to humbly offer his Majesty King Gringotts and the goblin nation a gift on my behalf that would benefit you more than myself as an apology, and if we don't have time today, then tomorrow morning I would offer you a few proposals as a future mutually beneficial business between both parties. As for the changes, everything would be explained when Książę Gagos arrives at eleven.”

Both Ragnok and Griphook froze in their place, most wouldn't be able to decipher the looks on a goblin's face, but Pandora had tried to hide her smirk as she and Oskar knew that they were in shock by what was said.

It took a bit for the both of them to recover from their shock. Yes there were few wizards and humans that interacted with them politely, but none of them were this polite. But the most shocking part was that the people that can speak their language could be counted by hand because they were taught by their nation. But even with what Książę Gagos, the Lovegoods, and the Corners had told him all those months ago, there's only one way to prove his abilities to him. They're starting to believe them as at first Ragnok didn't think that the boy would be this fluent in their language. 

Finally speaking, Ragnok addressed Pandora and then both by saying in English, “I must agree that the boy is truly interesting. Now, please have a seat and let us start with the inheritance test.”

As they moved towards their seats and sat down, Oskar put his side back on the floor next to his seat when Griphook asked, “Do you wish to do a normal inheritance test, or an in-depth inheritance test? The normal test costs 5 G as for the in-depth test it costs a total of 55 G.”

“I would like the latter, sir.” Oskar said in return, in English, as he removed the 55 G from his coin pouch and handed them to him.

Upon receiving and counting the money, Griphook gave him a stack of parchments and a small knife. Oskar took the knife and pierced his finger and dropped seven drops of blood on the first parchment. It then glowed and words started forming.

Smiling at what was written down, he gave the several filled parchments of his inheritance test to both Ragnok and Griphook to read.

Raising his eyebrows at his smile, Ragnok took the parchments as they started reading, and they both gave an evil grin. Although they were informed about his full background which was the initial reason why they agreed to meet. Finally they can start their work to destroy and get rid of Dumbledore once and for all. All they have to do is wait for the head of the Gagos family to join them and start their work.

Seeing their reaction, Oskar told them with a smirk on his face, “With the help of Antony, within weeks Voldy will never come back and Dumbles would be removed as chief warlock . Which reminds me,” Oskar then grabbed a file from his bag and handed it to Griphook, he continued, “Those are to be sent to your Polish branch with a copy of my inheritance test where Antony Gagos is currently waiting for us as planned. He should arrive here shortly.”

“Very well.” Ragnok magically made a copy of the inheritance test then it suddenly disappeared and waited. With everything they've talked about with Antony and the guardian, the boy is going to change their lives and everyone else's for the better.

Suddenly his eyes blurred and a vision started playing like a silent film, making the two goblins look at him in a slight worry as to what happened. As for Pandora, she knew what was going on and informed them that Oskar was having a vision.

Oskar stood in the expansive backyard of one of his future estates. The frost-kissed grass crunching underfoot, illuminated by the soft glow of enchanted lanterns. Snowflakes gently fell from the sky, blanketing the garden in a serene yet quiet stillness.

In front of him, standing shoulder to shoulder, were Bill Weasley, Seamus Finnigan, and Dean Thomas. Their faces were calm and focused, each reflecting a different kind of love and strength. Bill’s steady, warm presence, Seamus playful energy, barely contained, and Dean’s quiet resilience. All three felt woven into the fabric of this moment.

Fudge stood just off to the side, holding his official parchment, his lips moving in a silent declaration. Oskar could see the exact words forming: he was pronouncing them husbands. The weight of the declaration washed over him, though no sound reached his ears. The bond between him and his three partners became tangible, something more than words or magic, it was simply there, in the air, binding them together in a way nothing could undo.

When the vision had ended, he turned towards Pandora with a murderous look making her gulp in fear and making her think something extremely bad had happened. Then, wanting to berate the both at the same time, Oskar glare turned into a deathly smile that brought the fear out of her and said, “Let's wait for Antony, I have some amazing news and questions for you both.”

Not liking this at all, she gave him a hesitant nod as they waited for Antony to arrive. 

It took nearly twenty minutes when Oskar stood up and turned around with a smirk on his face when a knock was heard and the door was opened. As soon as Antony walked in, Oskar asked him with his usual smirk, “Hey cousin, what took you so long?”

The old man and Oskar walked towards each fast and hugged each other as Antony told him in his perfect English, “Fucking finally you little brat, it's damn time we're finally able meet face to face. Going to make Dumbledore regret the day he was born.”

Chuckling, as they broke off the hug, Oskar told him, “Not yet. We still have to use the tournament in February to fire him, you can go right at it after I'm done with that cunt. Did you inform your friends at the ICW?”

“Of course I did, What do you take me for?” Antony told him before taking Pandora's hand and said, “A pleasure to see again milady.”

Then he turned towards Ragnok and Griphook and said with a slight bow, “Your Majesty, Griphook, my friends, it's nice to see you again. May your wealth be boundless and ever-growing.”

With a smirk, Ragnok told him, “May your enemies be vanquished swiftly. It is good to see you again, my friend.”

“Shall we sit and see what has happened that made Oskar change our meeting than originally planned?” Antony asked as he gestured for Oskar and Pandora to take their seats as he sat down.

“We were waiting for your arrival to know what exactly has changed. But first, something happened that requires both yours and Lady Lovegood's attention first.” Ragnok said, looking at Oskar as he and Pandora sat back down, wanting to know the reasons for the sudden change of atmosphere. 

Looking around at everything in the room, especially Pandora's, he knew something must be up, Antony asked Oskar, “What happened?”

Oskar casually asked him, “Remember when I told you guys the I don't always use my seer powers so I wouldn't end up messing with certain things, and when it came to my soul mates, I wanted to live in the moment and learn them as I get to know the three of them?”

Having a bad gut feeling about where this was going, and knowing Oskar had no idea about this, Antony answered as he regretted not mentioning it before, “Yes, and we agreed that it was the right thing to do.”

“So, just out of curiosity, why in the bloody hell didn't either of you tell me that soul mates need to get married this bloody fast? Because I just found that we're getting fucking married on fucking New Years Eve, and we're going to consummate our marriage right after!” Oskar yelled by the end.

“Yup, he should've brought it up at the time.” Antony thought as he told Oskar, “We thought you knew. Yes you told us you wanted to get to know them, and not use your ability for everything, but, we genuinely thought you knew. When you always avoided talking about them in detail, we thought you wanted to keep it private, so we never mentioned anything to you thinking that you already knew.”

Throwing his arms above his head in frustration, Oskar told him, “Not about this. If I knew, I would've tried to meet them earlier or brought them into this earlier than planned. I was planning to fucking bring them into the fold by spring break. Now, it would take some time to actually get them to like me when we're going to thrust everything on to them in one go. What do you expect Dean's mother and step-dad would react about the four of us getting married in six months? You'd expect the parents to just roll with it?”

Thinking it through, Antony asked, “Could you have a look on in that timeline if we explained everything, would they change their mind? We know that all four would have to get married and consummate the marriage, after all you're soul mates, so the sooner the better, so the bond between you boys would be snapped in place properly and everything else. After that, you guys keep dating and get your relationship even stronger.”

Glaring at him, Oskar closed his eyes and concentrated on that particular event and see if it could work. A few minutes later, Oskar came out of it with him taking a sigh as his body relaxed slightly. 

As they looked at him in anticipation, Oskar explained to them, “Seamus' mother would help explain everything to Dean's mother and step-dad, after they leave here and they would agree and understand the magnitude of soul mates and what would happen if it wasn't taken seriously. Both parents would give me a hard time for not coming to them earlier with everything for a while. As for Bill, he knows the seriousness of it, as he was taught about all of this, and he's a bit more open minded and understanding, so he'll agree to it, no questions asked. But we would continue to date and act as a married couple until then. After-all, we're already destined to be an item. All we need is just meet and be done with it already. It's not like we would be judged in the magical world. After all, it is considered normal, since soul mates are sacred in this world. My problem is with Bill's parents, and his younger two siblings who are under Dumbefuck’s grasp who's filling them with potions, spells, compulsions, and blocks.”

Sighing at what they were told, Pandora wanting to change the subject for now and talk in more details later so they don't run out of time for today, she asked Oskar, “We'll come back to this later tonight or tomorrow, but for now, let's go back to why the sudden change of plans.”

Seeing everyone turning to him, Oskar sighed, glad for the change of topic, he started explaining, “So, as you all know that my name should've appeared in almost a month and Dumblefuck would get excited (as in he'll try to find how I'm alive and try to control him) for me turning out to be alive and use my heritage to make me the next dark lord.”

When they gave him a nod, Oskar continued, “So two weeks ago, when I was using my visions to see few things that might help, and I found that today Dumbles not only wouldn't be at Hogwarts when I get my name to appear, but McGonagall not wanting to wait for long thinking something might happen to me from the address that was written under my name, she quickly called for Pandora. By taking this root, we can deal with Morty, Peter, death eaters, and prove the innocence of a few such as Lucius Malfoy, his father within a week or two, three at most, this is what needs to be done. First, The inheritance test should remain the same but with the only difference is that some my true seer ability to be redacted or removed to remain away from prying eyes, and instead of my grandmother being the daughter of Merope Gaunt and Voldy twin, we make her a descendant of Corvinus Gaunt squib son who was sent into the muggle world. Second, we need the healers to show that my magic started appearing right after my twelve birthday and with Antony friends at the muggle intelligence, they would confirm my story that by the time we have our meeting with Amelia Bones, Fudge, and McGonagall at eleven. Three, once the healers are done, I put the Lordships on starting with the Shafiq and Gamp rings, which by family law and magic I become legally adult leading to be able to take all my Lordships now. Third, after putting on the Lordships, we make the blood ritual that would make every book, heirloom, artifact, elder wand and everything for the exception of money with their return would be later after Harry's inheritance test. That, with Dumbles being told that I was found, him losing the elder wand, and McGonagall coming to meet us here, since he'll arrive to Hogwarts shortly before the ritual he would barely have any time form a plan to put me under his grasp and try by force to join the meeting but whatever we do, he shouldn't be allowed to join us, we don't want him to know about my Lordships yet.”

Drinking the cup of water that was handed to him by Griphook, Oskar thanked him before he continued, “Four, during my time with the healers, Antony sends a note to Amelia that he's at the bank, and he's requesting a meeting with Amelia, Fudge, and to bring them the trial transcript of my dad, another note to McGonagall, after the ritual to bring back everything was stolen, and the Tonks for the meeting at eleven where we give them the notes from the healers that both the goblins and the ones that Antony brought with both confirming our story, and that it was the ministry's fault at not finding me and I'll prove that I taught myself with the a presentation, just do your thing when I do my thing. Fifth, we demand a retrial for Sirius but at the same time you go on Friday to the address that I gave you in Albania with collaboration with their aurors from an anonymous tip and catch the ones that the aurors find there.”

Oskar paused for a minute, then he grabbed a notebook from his bag and then said, “You know what, I've written everything down. You can read them, we'll end up sitting here all day with me just listing and explaining everything.”

It took the four of them about five minutes to finish reading Oskar's list. When they were done, aside from being impressed by the planning, they all had one question in mind that Antony asked, “Color me impressed. The newer version of the plan seems really good, but one question, when he's fired and arrested by February at most, why let his close followers help him escape and let him go into hiding for six to twelve months? We almost have everything on him?”

“Because, at the moment, my true seer powers is working at sixty-five to seventy percent capacity, so I still don't know all his followers that are hiding in muggle UK and other muggle countries. Few months after his escape, he would be having a gathering with most of his followers that I currently have no idea where they are. We're going to use that meeting to arrest over ninety percent of them with the help of Gellert Grindelwald. But that doesn't mean we can't have some fun with Dumblecunt between now and February.” Oskar explained.

Thinking it through for a moment, Antony told him as the rest agreed, “You have a point. It would be fun seeing him lose it. I'll tell the ICW representatives/guardians from America, Brazil, France, Bulgaria, Thailand, China, Japan, and South Korea to meet us at the Lovegoods tonight, instead of HQ so the son of a whore spies doesn't report back to him. Half the ICW don't like him, even though the American representative is not a guardian, she is trustworthy, a close friend to all of us, and she and I are some of the handful of people that knows about the existence of the guardians, even if their numbers are much fewer than they used to be.”

Then they remembered who they had in their company, and both Oskar and Antony turned to Pandora who was chuckling and told her with a sheepish look, “Sorry.”

Laughing even more, she told them in return, “Don't be, I would have been offended if you didn't badmouth the bastard. Now, why don't you Oskar go finish with the healers, we have a lot of work to do today and we don't need any delays.”

Still giving her a sheepish look, Ragnok who was giving both of them an amused look, told Oskar, “Our and Grace's healers are waiting for you. Griphook would escort you there as he brings your Lordship rings for you to take when you are done.”

Standing up, Oskar told him, “Thank you. Before I leave, was Bogrod arrested yet? If not I think it is time to put a stop for Dumbles and his meddling.”

Not believing that one of his own would betray him and their nation, Ragnok with a grunt told him, “We caught him the moment you arrived and is currently being investigated before beheading his head and putting it in view to show what happens to who betrays us. After your return, we'll talk about your reward.”

Knowing what he wanted instead of the gold he'd be offered, Oskar nodded and started following Griphook. Once he left the room, the letters were written and sent for the Tonks and Amelia Bones, and McGonagall. They were glad that Dumbledore would be back at Hogwarts after the ritual, and shortly before the meeting with barely any time to plan anything.

After finishing with the healers, he arrived back at the meeting room at ten sharp. Sitting at his previous seat, there was a large box and a bowl on the table. Ragnok opened the large box and told him, “We will start with the Shafiq and Gamp rings, once the family magic of each one accepts you, then you will have no problem with the rest, unless the family magic of one of them rejects you. Even if you already know this, we still have to inform you beforehand that the Slytherin, Peverell, and the Gaunt family rings rejected Tom Marvolo Riddle when he came to claim his Lordships.”

“I know, that's why he was called heir Slytherin instead of Lord Slytherin.” Oskar casually said as he put the Shafiq ring on, when he felt the family magic rush inside of him, he then grabbed the Gamp ring and the same thing happened.

After those two, he was handed the Black ring and Ragnok watched the family ring accept him, and the same happened when he continued with the Slytherin, Gaunt, Peverell, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, and the Burke rings that accepted him one by one.

The two goblins took a moment to recompose as the boy now held major power in the Wizengamot. After a moment, Ragnok said, “When your emancipation papers are given to Madam Bones, Minister Fudge and the member of the Department of Education, when they arrive, what name do you wish to change to?”

Thinking it through, Oskar asked and explained again, “Can I use all of them, or do I have to choose some of them? To be honest, I never used my true seer abilities or considered looking into the more detailed things like those, especially when it came to my three soul mates too, for few reasons. I wanted to live in the moment as I learned things as they happened. I won't be living a proper or happy life if I was dependent on my powers twenty-four seven. I wouldn't have a life if I did.”

Snorting at his question, Pandora suggested, “How about using Peverell, Gagos, and Black? They are strong family names and are some of the most powerful names in our world, and the rest can be used depending on the occasion or if someone wants to make a business with one of the names that aren't part of your full name.”

Shrugging, Oskar told the King, “I'll go as Oskar Sirius Anderson Peverell-Gagos-Black or Lord Peverel-Gagos-Black.”

Filling that part in the paperwork Griphook added it to the file that would be handed to Amelia.

When it was said and done, when he was asked if he wanted them to be returned here or to their original vaults, Oskar told them their vaults and he would check them at a later date, especially the elder wand since his custom wand that he asked Antony when he messaged him a couple of weeks earlier would be arriving during their meeting. As it turned out, what he saw, a fourteen and a half inch wand made of elder wood, and as for its core, it was a combination of both Thestral hair and a Phoenix feather.

Griphook started putting ingredients inside the bowl and asked for seven drops of Oskar's blood. When Oskar cut his finger and dropped the blood in the bowl, Griphook started doing the ritual. When it was done, he was informed that everything was returned to each of their original family vaults.

Now with everything being done for now, there was still a half an hour before the meeting starts, so Oskar decided to tell the goblins what he wanted. Instead of the gold he would be rewarded, and give them a brief idea of what he has for them to consider. Hopefully make business contracts for what he will offer the next day and sign them.

Oskar offered, “With half an hour till the meeting how about we talk a little business. For starters, instead of rewarding me gold for helping you with Bogrod, how about you help me with removing Borgin from Borgin and Burke for me to fully own the shop, and the remaining quarter of Knockturn Alley from the Lestrange when it is time to remove the Horcrux from their vault? That way, you could consider us even, and no need to give me gold or anything extra.”

Staring at him for a moment, it benefits them more than it benefits Oskar. Giving him an acknowledging nod, Ragnok told him, “Consider it done. What kind of business do you wish to do with our nation?”

Asking first to be certain, Oskar asked both Ragnok and Antony, “Your Majesty, is the high security vault finished preparations and ready to be used? And cousin…”

Before Oskar could continue, Ragnok told him, “Yes, the vault is ready, and the two hundred and thirty-one million galleons are in your vault but we still need both your magical signature, and a vial of your blood willingly given to add them to your vault security, which will be added after the meeting at eleven.”

Giving him a nod, Oskar says, “I know that abroad, unlike our country, as long as you don't break the statute of secrecy you are allowed to have businesses or make dealings in the muggle world. So, I want you to write a five year contract where I receive twenty percent commission, between both your bank and myself, about sending you the right way about certain investments that would allow us to earn more profit.”

Ragnok stared at him for a moment, and thought that this was too big to lose, after all the boy is a true seer, it is guaranteed that they would make instead of losing, but also willing for them to make a contract without offering his own at first. The commission might be a little high, but it is accepted for how much they would make in those five years. So he sent a note about a five year contract, twenty percent commission for Oskar, and the consequences of what would happen to either party who broke their side of the contract. 

When he gave him an acceptance nod, Oskar removed a notebook from his bag and said, “After Griphook becoming my account manger to all my accounts, I want you to use two hundred million Galleons of those money, and all the money of each of the main Vaults that I have inherited today, to buy the amount of stock that I've written down for each of those companies in the stock exchange. Then by those dates next to each of them, I want you to follow the first two pages to the letter, and by the end of month, the money would be multiplied by thirty-six minimum. As for the rest of the pages we'll talk about them tomorrow morning more thoroughly.”

Both goblins, especially Griphook, were struggling to not jump and start dancing but kept their composure as the contract appeared in front of Oskar. Reading it through, just to make sure, after all, never sign a contract without reading it, true seer or not, Oskar grabbed the quill and signed the contract after reading it. 

Knowing they don't have much time, Oskar told them he'll give them a brief explanation for the next two proposals as he gave them the notebooks and blueprints for them to look through them and tomorrow they would talk more thoroughly and negotiate before signing the contracts for those two proposals. 

The first proposal, Oskar started explaining. Instead of using a checkbook, or Lord rings to pay, he showed them how to create their own visa card similar to the muggle ones, how to be made, used, different types of cards, how the transactions are made and so on. When he was done, Oskar told them that this is theirs as another gift as long as they are willing to give him thirty percent of the earnings they would make indefinitely, he will sign the papers and give it to them as long as they don't breach the contract, it remains theirs. 

Ragnok considered doing it before, but their way was more expensive to make, but with Oskar's method from what he read so far, they would cut the cost by two third so he agreed to make some negotiations before agreeing and signing the contract the next day. As he agreed to it, they received a note that Albus Dumbledore and McGonagall arrived early, but Dumbledore was threatened to either leave peacefully or be thrown out and be an enemy of the goblins. The goat left peacefully, as peaceful as he can be.

As for the second and final proposal, Oskar told them that it doesn't generate money, but it was a way to improve their transportation within the bank. Instead of using the railway, they would use a flying pod (it was similar to Repulsorpod from Star Wars, he got the idea from the movies). He explained to them how it's made, when it's done all they had to do was enter the vault number and it would fly there faster and safer. After he was done, he told them that it would only be used for their banks around the world, and certain properties that he would own in the future. When Ragnok asked if he would reconsider renegotiating the contract of this one in the future, Oskar agreed to it. With everything he has offered them, and willing to do for them when the plans start to be executed, Ragnok made Oskar a friend of the Goblin Nation, which Oskar gladly accepted and offered his own kind of friendship. 

When they were done and Oskar told them that the next day he would come back to look more into his accounts and go through the vaults, Ragnok told him, “I suggest we continue tomorrow, all parties arrived, took the vows and would be here any moment.”

That's when a knock was heard and the door opened as everyone walked and stopped in their place when they saw Oskar. 

“Bloody fucking hell.”
