The real reason is just a kiss, a promise, and a relationship
“Harry, I think I know how to find out what changed your future so drastically.” Theo said randomly.
“How, Theo? What do we do?” Harry asked.
“We just need to get Hermione’s time turner.” Theo replied.
“Ok.” Harry said.
After Theo had snuck into Hermione’s dorm and retrieved the time turner, Theo wrapped the device around Harry’s and his own necks. After a moment of watching the world spin in a whirling motion, the boys were watching themselves, in their dorm, kissing? So that’s what it was, their relationship changed their future. Once they watched themselves leave the room, Harry was the first to speak up “Theo, we’re the problem, our relationship is the problem. Is there something you’re not telling me, is that’s what’s going to change my destiny?”
“Well, um, Harry promise you won’t get mad.” Theo said.
“I promise Theo.” Harry stated.
“My Dad is a d-d-deatheater and is trying to make m-me become one too.” Theo said, a tear dripping down his cold, pale, face.
“Oh, so that’s what changed it. If you become a deatheater, you’ll be forced to let Voldemort kill me.” Harry said, emotionless.
“I’m sorry Harry, I promise I won’t become one.” Theo swore.
Then all the sudden Harry and Theo were transported back to the present day. And Harry still had his Gryffindor robes, not Slytherin. Theo’s promise had somehow fixed Harry’s future.
And thankfully, Harry couldn’t live without his Theo, and Theodore couldn’t live without his Cara Mia. It may have been too late for Lucius Malfoy and Tom Riddle, however it was not too late for Harry Black-Potter and Theodore Nott.
Nott-Pott lives on!!!!!
