Chapter 4.
Sure, Harry had heard about his God-Father, through his mother and the paper that came in, but *seeing* him! That..was a whole new level.
“..are you Sirius black..?”
Harrison asked cautiously.
“..how do you know my name.”
Sirius was rigid..well he looked that.
“I..I am your godson. Hello.”
Sirius looked astonished. His godson?..harry?
“Harry?” He asked, tears welling.
“..hi Sirius.”
The man lunged for Harry. The two embraced for a while, before the door opened, and Bellatrix came in.
“Mama!”
Harry hugged his mom, the hair getting in their face as they hugged….then Bellatrix saw her cousin.
The shock in her eyes was overwhelming. The two..were never on great terms as children. One, a rebel and muggle-doing..the other; a pureblood heir, doing what she’s told.
“…How did you get out.”
She asked. No one was able to escape askaban. Ever.
“…I’m an anigimus, Bellatrix.”
Well that was something to hear. Her cousin; an illegal anigumus. It was..weird. At school, he never had put in work..now she sees where the work went too.
“That’s surprising.”
Harry looked between the two. He was wearing a leather jacket..Sirius’s leather jacket.
“Bellatrix is that my?-“
“Yes, Sirius it is..dumbledore decided to leave my child in a an abusive household. I took action 6 years ago, and I’m glad I did.”
She looked at her cousin. He was glaring at the way she had said her child. He was not Bellatrix’s.
“He is not yours. He is James and Lilys.”
“Where are they now?”
She knew it would hurt. She knew it would sting. Yet she still said it.
“Mama maybe let’s not-“
“Darling, mama’s got this alright? Go upstairs.”
She kissed his cheek, and gave him a small pair of headphones..a muggle device. And of course, Sirius comments on those muggle device.
“Who knew you would be a muggle-device lover?”
“You can’t be talking, cousin.”
She glared.
“Oh no I can’t, but we both know what happened on that night.”
“Do we now? I thought you were the type to be able to keep a secret. How did you even escape Azkaban anyway?”
She was genuinely curious. None, and she knew none had been able to.
“Well, a skinny enough dog can fit though the gates.”
He laughed, a humor-filled one. Harry heard it even through the upstairs floor. It had been a very quiet day, and he was glad that maybe..he would have a godfather and a mom, even if his mom wasn’t his own.
Harry steps back down the stairs, as he hold out his letter to Bellatrix.
“I got my acceptance letter mama. Should we go to diagon alley soon?”
Even though he already had most of the supplies, he wanted to see Draco. The two met when they were young, being death-eaters children. The two were like brothers, a bond that could never be broken.
“Ah. Your right Harry. It is time to go to diagon. Shall we head there?”
She smiled, as he got excited and jumped.
“yeah yeah!!”
He would maybe even see someone he knew..other than Draco.
