Harry's Arrival in Morgana's Seat
The Chamber of Echoes was vast and dimly lit, its walls covered in ancient runes that pulsed with a faint, eerie light. The portal through which Harry had just arrived still shimmered slightly, a lingering trace of its recent activation. The air was thick with magic, and the chamber seemed alive with faint whispers, as if the very walls were murmuring memories of past events.
No sooner had Harry materialized in the Chamber of Echoes than the Custodians were alerted to the breach in their defenses. The five Custodians, each a formidable presence in their own right, appeared through various means—some by teleportation, others stepping from hidden doorways or emerging from the shadows. They quickly formed a semi-circle around Harry, their faces a mix of surprise, suspicion, and guarded curiosity.
Valeria, the Keeper of the Veil, was the first to speak, her voice cold and authoritative. "Who are you, and how did you breach the Veil of Worlds?" Her eyes glowed faintly with the power she wielded over the portal, a stern and wary expression etched across her face.
Before Harry could respond, Emma, the Shade of the Throne, glided forward. More ethereal than the others, she seemed to sense something unique about him—a connection to the magic of Morgana or perhaps an echo of fate that bound him to this world. Her expression was calm, almost sad, as she quietly observed Harry, waiting for his explanation.
Theron, Guardian of the Arcane Wells, stood silently, his presence heavy with the weight of ancient magic. He regarded Harry with a deep, contemplative gaze, assessing the potential threat this newcomer posed to the stability of the magical energies he was sworn to protect.
Lira, Warden of the Obsidian Labyrinth, narrowed her eyes, her hand resting on a dark, ornate staff that crackled with restrained power. Ready to act if necessary, she spoke in a low, threatening tone, "Speak quickly, outsider, or you will regret setting foot in this sacred place."
Caelum, Steward of the Eternal Library, was the most intrigued by Harry, sensing that there was more to this unexpected visitor than met the eye. He addressed Harry with a hint of curiosity rather than hostility. "You carry the weight of another world on your shoulders, young wizard. Tell us, what brings you here?"
As the Custodians questioned Harry, the temperature in the room dropped slightly, and the shadows deepened. From the darkness emerged the Guardian of the Veil—a massive, three-headed beast with the combined features of a Cerberus, a hellhound, a husky, and a unicorn. Each head was adorned with spiraled horns, and its eyes glowed with intense, magical light. The Guardian's presence was both majestic and terrifying as it stepped forward, its hooves clashing softly on the stone floor.
The Guardian moved to stand beside the Custodians, its central head focused intently on Harry. It sniffed the air, its eyes narrowing as it sensed the unfamiliar magic clinging to him. Though it did not attack, its posture was a clear warning: any wrong move could trigger a deadly response. Telepathically, the Guardian conveyed its thoughts and suspicions to the Custodians, who exchanged glances, understanding the gravity of the situation.
Feeling the intense pressure from the Custodians and the Guardian, Harry instinctively reached for his wand but stopped short, realizing he was vastly outnumbered and in a strange, new world. He raised his hands slowly, signaling that he meant no harm. "I'm Harry Potter. I didn't mean to come here—I was investigating a magical anomaly in the Forbidden Forest, and then I was pulled through a portal. I have no idea where I am or how I got here."
Emma stepped closer, her ethereal form gliding over the ground as she peered into Harry's eyes. Her voice was soft, almost a whisper, but filled with authority. "This is Darfea or as everyone likes to call it Morgana's Seat, a world bound by ancient magic, far from your own. The portal you came through is not meant to be opened easily." She paused, her gaze growing more intense. "There is more to this than mere chance. You are here for a reason, whether you know it or not."
Theron's voice resonated through the chamber as he spoke firmly. "We must determine if his presence here poses a threat to the balance of our world. He may not be here by his own choice, but that does not absolve him of responsibility."
Valeria nodded in agreement, her eyes still locked on Harry. "You will come with us, Harry Potter. Until we understand why you are here, you are to be kept under our watch. Any attempt to escape or deceive us will be met with force." She gestured to the Guardian, which stepped back slightly, allowing Harry to move but keeping a close watch.
