It was a normal day at Hogwarts. Students were in their classes doing their work. While in Professor Snape’s classroom, his students were doing a writing assignment in potions class. After they finished their assignments they handed it to him.
At Lunch Time
After finishing their assignments. All the students of every house left the classroom they were in. Because it was lunchtime. All the students went to the corridor which was leading to the cafè to eat lunch.
They arrived and they walked to their seats and sat down. After they sat down there food and drinks arrived.
The food and drinks:
As they started to eat Professor Dumbledore had an announcement. All the students turned to him when he said that he had something to say.
Dumbledore: Tomorrow we have a new student
All the students were shocked about that. Because why would they get a new student in the middle of the year?
Dumbledore continued where he left off with his announcement.
Dumbledore: His family just moved here today so they are all unpacking which is why he is coming tomorrow
The students nodded in understanding as to why he wasn’t here today.
Dumbledore: And in his old school they don’t have the sorting hat so he will be sorted in a house when he gets here. His parents are dropping him off here so he is not taking the train
Dumbledore finished his announcement.
A student raised his hand.
Dumbledore: Yes Will?
Dumbledore asked as he saw that Will’s hand was up.
Will: Um, sir, not to be rude, what school did he go to that he didn’t get sorted?
Dumbledore was taken aback by the question
Dumbledore: That is a good question Will
Dumbledore: And to answer your question. He went to Half-blood. And the school as to not raise suspicion is for both muggles and wizards
All the students gasped.
Draco: Who in their right mind allowed this to happen?
Dumbledore: I did
The Next Day
As the students were slowly waking up from their sleep. When they woke up they got dressed and left there corridors that are their respective rooms of their houses.
Harry and the other students arrived where they all got sorted and they all sat down. And after a while a student came running in. It was clear that he was rushing to get there. Thinking that he was late.
Percy: Sorry, I’m late
Dumbledore smiled at the student.
Dumbledore: It's fine. And anyway your not late
The student was taken aback he thought he was late and it turned out that he wasn’t.
Dumbledore: Can you please state your name so that the other students know who you are?
The student nodded.
Percy: My name is Percy Jackson
Dumbledore: Jackson?
Dumbledore: That isn’t a wizard name
Percy: I was given my mother’s last name. She said that is what my father wanted. So that his parents wouldn’t make me do what they forced him to do.
Dumbledore and the students' eyes widened when Percy said that as they were shocked.
Dumbledore: Can you tell us who your father is?
Percy: Sure
Percy: My father’s name is…
Percy was about to answer when somebody tripped
Ron: Sorry
Dumbledore: Its ok Mr. Weasley. Please finish Percy
Percy: My father is Regulus Black
