Prologue
Regulus Black hated James Potter with every bone in his body, he didn’t care that James thought he was cute (in both meanings of the word.) He hated him. James ruined his life. James stole his brother. James is the reason Sirius abandoned him. Now he was alone, his friends were brilliant but nobody could fill the hole in his heart that Sirius made. Regulus also hated the great hall, he hated the noise of the students and he especially hated how Sirius and James were the centre of it all. Maybe he was just jealous that his brother looked happier with James than he ever looked when he was with Regulus or maybe it was the way James looked at him, the way his eyes dilated but his expression was grim. He hated James with every bone in his body.
