Slytherin had known the Hufflepuff dorms were warmer but they hadn’t realised just how cold the dungeons would be to Huff.
Hufflepuff had wrapped themselves into a blanket burrito on Slytherin’s bed and no matter how hard Slytherin tried to read their book, their eyes strayed to Hufflepuff snuggling the blankets.
They were just so cute!! They look like a cat in a basket of laundry!!
As Slytherin tried to read, the burrito crawled forward and set their head on Slytherin’s lap.
“What are you reading?”
“This muggle book about vampires”
“Muggles know about vampires?”
Oh Merlin! They’re too cute!
“Not really. I mean, Edward Cullen sparkles, so-”
“What!?”
And that’s how Huff was introduced to twilight and muggle literature.
