Slytherin was teaching Hufflepuff to make flowercrowns.
Slytherin’s was perfect, each daisy stem intertwined, each daisy facing outwards while Hufflepuff’s had stems sticking out and bruised daisies but they were proud of it and it showed when they presented Slytherin with their work.
“Pretty good” for a first attempt, Slytherin said and laid their crown on Hufflepufff’s head.
When Hufflepuff smiled that cautious, pleased smile, their heart soared.
