Potions

Clarity Draught

Ingredients:

    • Gillyweed: Enhances the clarity of vision underwater, adapted for general eyesight improvement.
    • Boomslang Skin: Adds transformative properties to correct vision.
    • Unicorn Hair: Known for its purity and healing properties.
    • Phoenix tears: Powerful healing tool known for being soft and regenerative but strong against any kind of dark infection.
    • Mandrake Root: Used for its restorative properties.’
    • Philosopher's stone: The stone has powerful regenerative properties and could be used to restore eyesight.

 

Effects:

  • Corrects eyesight to 20/20 vision.
  • Provides enhanced night vision for a limited time.
  • Also super-advanced healing potion. (as in could heal damaged organs quickly. from poison to stab wounds)
  • Temporary side effect: Slight dizziness for the first few minutes after consumption.

Incompatibilities:

  • Should not be mixed with ingredients that cause hallucinations or altered perceptions.
  • Avoid combining with volatile substances like Ashwinder Eggs.
  • HORCRUXES: DON’T POUR ON LIVING HORCRUXES.

 


Sleep No More

  1. Powdered Moonstone - Known to be calming and restorative, often used in potions that deal with physical recovery.
  2. Valerian Root - Used for its calming properties to induce sleep and relaxation in potions.
  3. Ashwinder Egg Essence - Adds heat and energy to the potion, which could assist in restoring stamina.
  4. Peppermint - Commonly used to invigorate and counteract fatigue.
  5. Lily Petals - Known for aiding in peaceful rest; helps bring a sense of calm to the body.
  6. Dittany - Speeds up physical healing and recovery.

Brewing Process

  1. Start with a Base of Moonstone Infusion - Simmer powdered moonstone in water for an hour to release its calming properties fully.
  2. Add Valerian Root - This ingredient must be added slowly, stirring clockwise to prevent the potion from becoming too sedative.
  3. Ashwinder Egg Essence - Carefully add a few drops while the potion is still on low heat to imbue it with restorative energy. The potion should begin to emit a faint glow.
  4. Peppermint and Lily Petals - Add these ingredients together, stirring counterclockwise to balance the potion’s properties, ensuring it’s refreshing but calming.
  5. Dittany - A single drop will suffice. This ensures that the body gets some cellular rejuvenation while resting.

Effects:

  1. With about a sip, your body feels like its gotten a full eight hours of rest.
  2. Drink to much and you may have an excess of energy
  3. Drink more than too much and you may crash
  4. There aren't negative side effects post-drinking
