Crossover #2 -- Teen Wolf (TV) x Criminal Minds (US TV)
In 2003, Spencer Reid is 22-yo and Stiles is about 8-yo.
Claudia dies when Stiles is young, but I don’t remember if he was 8 or 10. Whenever this occurs, Spencer is granted Bereavement Leave to join Noah and Stiles in California for the funeral.
- He starts with two weeks of BL before using up two weeks of his PTO days, since he almost never uses them anyway.
Spencer and Scott appear to be the only people who can break through Stiles’ walls of grief, and Noah is (canonically) next to useless.
When Spencer is 24-yo (circa 2005), he lists again for a week of his Annual Leave Time. At this time, he learns about Kate Agent’s plan to burn down the Hale House with everyone trapped in the basement.
Spencer manages to avoid this outcome with the house intact, about 80 - 90% of the Hale Pack is still killed. The only survivors are the following:
- Peter Hale
- Laura, Derek, and Cora
- Malia and Jackson
Luckily, the House and Records are all in tact and the remaining Pack are in good condition, if emotionally traumatized. Spencer arranges for Derek to go to therapy immediately and convinces Laura not to run away to New York.
Instead, he solves the case, has everyone - and Kate - arrested for their part in the Massacre, and keeps in touch with Peter as an intermediary of the National Supernatural-Hunter Council.
The remaining Argents run from Beacon Hills in disgrace.
Occasionally, Spencer continues to do some consulting for his Uncle Noah and the BH Sheriff’s Department with Hatch’s help, since they have the power to refer cases to the FBI Department that specifically oversees Supernatural Cases.
(Noah is not, in fact, in the loop about the Supernatural, but Spencer definitely is.)
When Scott and Stiles are 16 - circa 2011/12, Scott is bitten by a rouge, feral Alpha Wolf. Thus, Spencer comes back to BH to help the Hales teach Scott and Stiles about the supernatural, and help uncover Stiles’ power as a Spark.
