Book Bar Mishaps

Everyday is work for Hermione, whether it's professional or personal, always work. At the Ministry she fights old world bureaucracy aiming to end her “new world” efforts at improving wizarding society. With her friends, it's hard to just hang out without feeling like the social pariah that ruined Ron’s entire life and future. But at least, she has the reading bar, and today is a self-care day. The ministry, her initiatives, Ron’s moping can wait until Monday, today is all about her favorite booth, her books, and being surrounded by like minded individuals, which apparently include Draco Malfoy. Universe one, Hermione zero.

This fic is a result of women empowering women. I joined the fanfic community in June of this year, and have made some amazing friends and isn’t the HEA sometimes the friends we make along the way. I have to thank first and foremost @kgreenqueen who encouraged me fervently to write (dragged me kicking and screaming into it folks ;) ), and I’m forever grateful not just for her kind words, but her friendship and trust in me. I also will be forever in debt to @runningupthathill who has taken the time to alpha/beta and just rage over all writing things with me. They have spent countless hours with me, reading, writing, laughing and editing. They didn’t have to do it, but they made time to help me when they barely have it, words will never be enough. Lastly to the DBB community, who are encouraging, inspiring and downright unhinged, just like me, because it's not blaismione, or mionaise, it's zamboni.With all that being said, though I am also co-writing (exhilarating!), this is the very first WIP I’ve written on my own, currently no beta/alpha for THIS on going story, constructive criticism is welcomed, when asked for.No one said it better than @hypothetically, proper fanfic etiquette is highly encouraged, I welcome all comments, kudos and overall engagement, but this wasn't screened for publication, and you are not a literary critic.
