CHAPTER 1
Location — 4 Privet Drive, Little Whinging, Surrey
Date — 2 November, 1981
Vernon’s POV
Vernon Dursley was having a very rough night. He was sleeping when suddenly some bastard knocked at the door. Petunia went to look who was at the door, and then he suddenly heard a scream of Petunia.
Here he is now, with Petunia crying as she came to know about the death of her freakish sister.
Not only that, their head freak had the audacity to not inform them about that to their face. No, That Dumbles-Bumbles whatever his name is , left a letter with a baby …. a fucking BABY in NOVEMBER’s COLD NIGHT. A baby who is also a freak. Well he didn’t have any problem with these so called wizards. Just leave him alone and he will leave them alone. But having a wizard’s child under his roof, not acceptable to him. But he is not going to say that to Petunia tonight. He will let her grieve, as no matter how much you hate your family,no matter how much freakish they are, you will still grieve for them.
Petunia’s POV
She was looking at the letter with tearful eyes. That fucking Dumbledore couldn’t have told this to her face. She then looked towards the baby in the crib. Last of her family, last piece of her sister that was taken away by freakish world, and now gone forever.
She went near the crib and looked at the baby. He was silent, as if he knows he lost his parents.
She picked him up and began to look at his face, to find one similarity between him and her sister.
“You have beautiful green eyes, boy, just like your Mother. “
She nearly broke down again but she strengthened her resolve. She won’t be able to take the child under her roof for her own family’s safety. She still remembers what happened to her family after all.
Flashback
Petunia was shivering in fear. Her parents are dead in front of her and now these freaks are going to kill her as well.
“Let’s have some fun with the muggle before killing her.” One of the freaks wearing a skull loostated as he looked lustily towards her.
“No, Dark lord asked us to make an example of her family and not to take unnecessary risks. Order could come here at any moment you fools, kill her and move on.” Other older death eater said, looking at her as if she was dirt .
Petunia was scared out of her mind when suddenly a reddish light came from one of the windows and slammed into one of those freaks. The force was so powerful that the man was thrown into a wall with a cracking sound.
Other freaks began to look frightened as they tried to run but those reddish lights continue to slam onto them.
Then she saw a man entering the house, with numerous cuts across his face, with a large stick in his one hand , while other holding a wand.
“Put your wand down, you scum or else get ready to lose your head.” Grizzled man said, menacingly looking at the freak. That death eater started to put his stick down but she noticed another masked man started to move behind that grizzled man.
Just as she was about to scream to alert grizzly, a voice came from the door side ‘BOMBARDA’ and a yellowish light slammed into the man, throwing him into the walk with a sickening crunch.
Just at the same time, the other death eater was taken down by the Grizzly.
‘Petunia’ same voice came from nearby her as she felt someone hugging and crying with her. She looked into the eyes of the person, and saw green eyes reflecting back.
‘Lily’ She gasped as she tightly hugged the last piece of her family.
FLASHBACK OVER
After that event, they fought with each other as Petunia considered Lily as the reason for whatever happened to their parents. Both sisters decided to completely cutoff each other from their life.
But even then,When her sweet sister heard that her Dudley has been born, she came to congratulate her and also established some wards around her home as protection.
She still had resentment against her, and she also knew that she won’t be able to control herself and pour her rage over this innocent child. No, she won’t allow herself to become a monster.
Then she made a decision that will change this world’s future completely.
