Tim drake desperately trying to keep a petty thief alive after batman brutilized them In an alleyway. There bloody and pale. Beary breathing through chipped and broken ribs. An ambulance has been called but Tim has no idea of it will be there in time to help and instead is just forced to sit there with this young criminal desperately begging Tim not to leave them because there so scared they might die. All they were trying to do is steal so they could feed they family. They had a little girl at home. A starving little girl. They can't leave her. That is the moment Tim decided that he was going to be robin. He was going to be the light that broke the rage batman was unleashing on undeserving theifs and purse snatchers. He was going to stop this. He owes it to the hauntingly silent victim on the alleyway floor.
