1) The four main types of stressors are physical, emotional, social and environmental stressors.

2) physical stress is the tension within the body. emotional stress is being overwhelmed by your fee
lings because of challenges in your life. social stress is worrying about the relationships in your life or the interactions you have with people. environmental stress is not being able to change your surroundings when it bothers you.

3) not eating or sleeping properly will lead to a lack of focus and energy; physical stress. feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or frustration will lead to mental exhaustion; emotional stress. feeling insecure or isolated from you relationships can distract you from your studies; social stress. being in loud or uncomfortable environment can lead to a lack of focus in your studies; environmental stress.

4) have a routine, this will help you have a stable school life and could help your sleeping schedule. Make a study timetable, this will make your study periods during the exams have less pressure. laughter, laughter is a great way to relieve stress. socialize, stay in contact with the people that you feel lighter.

5) family members giving you more responsibilities during exams can disrupt study sessions which can cause worry, if noises are made around you when you are supposed to be sleeping it can disrupt sleeping patterns. this can cause exhaustion and stress during the exams.

6) a good relationship with your family and friends will help during stressful periods. they can support you through the time you feel lonely and can encourage you to continue with what is important. this will help you feel safe and supported during tough times.

7) communication; being able to have a respectful conversation setting your boundaries will keep you away from peer pressure, this will help keep healthy relationships.

8) it allows you to consider different career paths before you make a decision. it allow you to explore different career paths by working in different environments, this can help you decide what career path you want to take.

9) my personality traits can sometimes make me unable to communicate effectively because I find it hard to comfort people with things that I find uncomfortable. this can make matric year stressful because I might allow thing to bother me instead of telling people to stop and it makes it hard for me to communicate my feelings.

10) a study plan help you use your time effectively and to focus on studying. revising and adjusting your plan during the year if you need to spend more time studying on one subject than others. the NSC gives you the opportunity to study further, it is one of the mot important qualifications than you have.

11) revising the work that you got on the day will give you a better understanding of the material, this will help you when you study because you wont have to cram all the material. pay more attention during class to ensure no confusion about the work, this will help you have the proper knowledge of the topics and you wont have to pend a lot of time on it while you study.

12)I learn better during one on one time with an educator, having the undivided attention of the teacher allows me to stay focused and ask questions that id be too hy to ask in a classroom. I cannot have distractions because I am easily distracted.

13) corruption is dishonesty, misuse of public power and money for private benefit. fraud is to swindle, scam, cheat or deceive.

14) cartoon a is corruption, the man is planning use public money for his private benefit. cartoon b is fraud, the man swindle his way into a job by getting his friend to give it to him. cartoon c is fraud, the man scammed his way into getting money. cartoon d is corruption, the boss has misused his power appointing his son a place in work.

15) if corruption continues other communities will think that corruption is a normal way to get what they need. people will start distrusting each other because corruption lead to being unfairly disadvantaged

16) corruption can cause you to lose your job and ruin the reputation that you've built for yourself. you could also possibly go to jail.

17) businesses can avoid fraud and corruption by implanting strong policies, such as a code of conduct; a clear code of conduct and ethics that outline roles and responsibilities. and make the employees aware of the risks of fraud and corruption
