JRWBY into Arcadia
JRWBY into Arcadia. Title to be determined.
(Arcadia: Chain of Memories) I'm open to naming ideas. Just something about this one feels right.
Before the group could step through the portal back to Remnant, a God of Cosmic Balance requests them to travel to another version of Remnant that needs their help. Taking a piece of their soul and memories they awaken in a Remnant that is very different but similar in ways to their own. Together they must piece together their scattered memories and handle the difficulties of this new world. For dangers lurk in the shadows that they haven't fought before, and with new challenges they must rise above them or fall as so many have before.
Details:
Essentially the story will have 5 primary characters, Jaune, Ruby, Weiss, Blake, and Yang who will have the vast majority of screen time. Other characters might have some as well but it'll depend on the scene in question. Starting with the group waking up on the Monday of the gift exchange, they have to balance their old memories of this world and the ones of the show's universe. Finding a balance in personality and goals as they piece together what they were sent here to fix. Major changes include removing the Summer and Mason scene and the lead up to it which changes some other scenes as well. Cinder won't start out as a member of the harem as Jaune wouldn't seek therapy if he understands enough about Aura to get by. His lusts and rage though… that is something to still work through.
The basic timeline will follow the one in Arcadia more closely, which means it's been a month at most from start to current chapter. We'll add more chapters to help flesh out the in-between of major events that are still likely to happen like the car washes and photo shoot but will have different flavors of them going on. As the character interactions will be different, now how much of what is written will I use this time? That I'm not sure on as a few lines might be usable given the changes but overall it would be totally original takes on the events. As the group won't have meta knowledge of the story, just their pasts and will likely take different routes than in The Golden Era.

Option A is just JRWBY having their memories and everyone else doesn't.
Option B
Option B is JNR RWBY have full memories with time and P will regain her memories up till her death in Volume 3.

Jaune blinked as he turned towards the others in his van. He'd slammed on the breaks sending them jolting forward. His eyes had a crazy look and his mouth was moving before he held up his hand. Eyes closed in concentration before his hand glowed a pale gold white color. Everyone was stunned, Ruby's mouth was hanging open and she couldn't believe her eyes.
Jaune had Aura, which meant so did she! And the dreams from last night were real. A smile curled though her lips as she realized that maybe things weren't so bleak feeling after all. Nora being ever the clown chuckled and said “Holy shit Jaune-Jaune's a lightbulb!”
Ren meanwhile said in his always even tone, “That's not the point.”

“So what if you have a crush on Jaune, Yang we're still going through our memories from both parts of us and Lucius said it would be a difficult process for some. It's alright to admit you're not fully the same anymore.” Blake said gently cupping her girlfriend's face.
“It's not a crush Blake… I… I… I was planning on giving him my virginity when he turned fifteen. And… I… still think a part of me loves him still, the truth about everything just cements that he cares about me.” Yang replied, turning away from the Faunus.
“And you're upset that I might get jealous?” The ravenette asked softly.
“After Adam and everything I just don't want you to feel I'm hiding something.” The blonde replied, turning around.
“Yang I love you, and this version of me had a crush for sure on you. I'm willing to be open if you want to test the waters with him. He's not unattractive… but you are the one that will be center in my heart.” The cat Faunus said gently kissing Yang. “Jaune has had it hard, his father's a royal class asshole and he can't talk to any of his sisters. Us helping him in the field and in the bedroom won't kill us. We're all pillars in this world keeping it from falling into darkness.”
“Jaune is one who needs some help on occasion, so letting him in feels right, especially with what he's been through in the Ever After. Besides don't tell me you haven't at least had a childhood crush on the Rusted Knight like every other girl has, who may I remind you is our tall dorky blonde friend." Blake teased her girlfriend, which cause the blonde brawler to laugh.
"Not as big as Weiss would have, and maybe you my pervy kitty, should I know if you made any steamy fanfics of the Rusted Knight sweeping a dark-haired cat Faunus off her feet and getting down and dirty." Yang teased back, which caused Blake to flush and hide her face in the busty girl's chest. Embarrassment because her girlfriend is technically right, and she did write some stories about her and the Rusted knight that weren't very innocent.

Jaune's punch landed with a satisfying smack into Mason's face. The older blonde hadn't expected it and was thrown off balance. Stumbling back he countered by throwing a kick out to force Jaune back. The son jumped back as they sized each other up. Mason was shorter by a few inches and perhaps a bit heavier but that didn't mean it wasn't going to be a brawl. Chuckling, the father charged ready to put his wayward hair down, Jaune took a fighting stance that Pyrrha and Ren helped him with for hand-to-hand combat, and that Yang, Qrow, Ozpin and Harriet helped refine over time.
Reaching halfway, something slammed into him, faltering his gait. Turning he saw that younger Rose that his boy had hung out with holding some kind of weapon. It was smoking which meant she had shot him. “Bad move little girl.”
“I'm not little, I am a Huntress, and you're just another monster to be put down. And there's more where that came from.” She said twisting the weapon around till it transformed into a scythe.
“Like me!” Another voice yelled coming into the clearing. It was the elder sister of Ruby slamming her fists together releasing a bit of fire from her yellow gauntlets.
“And me!” A second woman said, rushing forward. It was the second Schnee daughter, Bleiss? Mason wasn't sure but the new arrival took a stance that looked more at home at a fencing tournament than this battle.
“Don't forget about me Ruby.” a final voice called out landing on her feet and hands before slinking forward. Blake Belladonna certainly lived up to her name as she held a sword and a ribbon in her hands.
“So you sent some girls to fight me son? You've only given me an appetite seeing them all, perhaps I'll let you live long enough to see me crush their wills.” Mason growled out, popping his neck, the fight was back on. Jaune, whose expression was stoic for the most part, narrowed his eyes. " These girls are a lot stronger than you think Mason, which you're going to find out firsthand." The Rusted Knight said before his Aura glowed from being Amplified, before him and Team RWBY charged.
