Security Breach Switch-A-Roo
Synopsis
***
Harry replaces Gregory basically, the events of the game play out as they do. Except, instead of Shattering the Glamrocks however, Harry agrees to try and save them. But, because Harry is just a child, he doesn’t know how. He knows the issue has something to do with their programming, but he doesn’t know how to code or debug code. He’s stuck for the time being.
Harry doesn’t leave the PizzaPlex when 6 am comes around, instead choosing to continue to live in secret in the empty/sealed off rooms and areas as he tries to figure out how to help and keep more kids from going missing. Because he’s not trying to leave, some game events won't occur or will happen differently and the main goal is just to survive either until Harry can get back to his hidey-hole/“home” or 6 am rolls around and the animatronics go back to normal.
Pre-Game Events
• Harry is between 7 (youngest) and 10 (oldest).
• Harry somehow winds up living at the PizzaPlex sometime before the events of the game. Either he’s abandoned there by his family; he gets left behind when the family leaves after attending a birthday party for one of Dudley’s friends/hosting Dudley’s birthday; he’s left behind after the family get kicked out midway through the party because of their attitudes during the party; or Harry himself sees this as an opportunity and wonders off to hide.
• Harry finds an unused/abandoned and sealed off room/area (either one from the novels like the tube maze of Freddy’s Fortress (Happs) or Ballora’s Fitness and Flex (Cleithrophobia) or the “Sticky Note room” that we see in game; or some other secret area/room) and “moves in”.
• Harry eventually learns (either through curiosity and exploration or pure accident) that he can use the vents to get around the Plex. Not just the main areas, but back rooms and areas, service tunnels, the sewers, etc. and even other sealed off and forgotten rooms and areas no longer accessible by any other means; including the old pizzeria located under the Plex*.
• Harry uses the vent system to get around undetected and, between his daily exploration and the maps (old and new versions), Harry knows how to get to every area better then even the staff and employees. He’s also able to learn a lot about what goes on in the PizzaPlex, in front of and behind the scenes, thanks to all the spying he’s able to do from the vents.
• Harry keeps himself clean by using the bathrooms. Using the paper towels and soap from the dispensers and water from the sink. He has to use his finger and paper towels to brush his teeth (at least at first).
• The bathroom sinks also provide Harry with water.
• Harry gets his clothes from the lost and found and trash room. Also using the bathrooms to keep his clothes clean (or as clean as he’s able to).
• Harry both eats food from the garbage (choosers and beggars and survival) and food from the various fridges both in the employee break room and the restaurants around the Plex. He makes sure the food from the trash is still actually edible and the food from the fridges was going to be thrown away anyway (food forgotten by the employee was usually thrown out at the end of the night by a S.A.F.F. bot).
• Harry also gets any drinks from the employee break room and restaurant fridges when he gets sick of plain water from the bathrooms or water fountains (few as there are because Fazbear Entertainment are greedy and want to make a buck everywhere they can – we give people free water when they can pay for it at one of the restaurants?).
• Having lived in the Plex for as long as he has, he’s seen how the animatronics have slowly deteriorated over time; becoming more and more “glitchy”; until the events of the night in game where they became significantly worse (the virus taking complete control over them and corrupting their night mode?).
• Harry knows Vanny/Vanessa has something to do with it; or at least suspects. This is also why he doesn’t trust Vanessa (whether he also knows/suspects Vanny and Vanessa are the same person… up to you).
Post-Game
• Harry continues to live in his hidey-hole after agreeing to stay at the PizzaPlex (not that he had much choice as he’s technically homeless and had made the PizzaPlex his new home for however long now: your choice).
• Harry figures that if he’s going to help the Glamrocks, he’s going to need to learn more about computers and how to program.
• Harry finds the blueprints for all the animatronics. They don’t help much as most of the more technical stuff goes over his head. He does learn about all the different upgrades are, including Sun’s power-cell upgrade** and how they have effected the animatronics.
• Harry eventually sneaks out of the Plex for the first time (x long) and finds the local library.
• Harry starts studying computer science and engineering and program development. He has to start with the “for Dummies” books to understand what the other books are talking about, but he comes to enjoy learning about machines and programming.
• Freddy, Vanessa and Sun/Moon are the only one who know Harry is living at the PizzaPlex, at first. Freddy, for obvious reasons, Sun/Moon because Moon had been following Freddy and Harry around all night from the ceiling (canon) and Vanessa possibly because of the Fazwatch or the cameras. The other Glamrocks kind of forget once night mode has been deactivated and day mode resumes, like a soft reset.

Since Harry isn’t trying to escape, he doesn’t need to go to the daycare to get the security badge, so that entire section can be skipped? Unless you can think of a reason for Harry to need to go to/be forced into the daycare.
*Harry doesn’t like going to the old pizzeria under the Plex. The energies feel wrong, causing Harry’s hair to stand on end and his stomach hurt with nerves and unease.
Optional: He may have seen Vanny down there one time, muttering to herself as she checked up on/checks in with/works on Burntrap. He may or may not know what Vanny was doing, only that it wasn’t anything good.
**Sun’s upgrade. This is a fan theory (NotRealName NotAtAll – “Why do we love the Sun and Moon” and “The Lies and Truth of The Daycare Attendant: A Dying Star”) I recommend watching both if you haven’t already, but the gist of the second theory, Lies and Truth, is as stated above, that Sun was outfitted with his own upgrade same as the Glamrocks. A new, better, power source; one that had the capability to allow Sun to remain active for hours, possibly days or even weeks at a time. This is actually a problem. Sun has been forced to be “awake” for who knows how long which is directly affecting his personality on top of Moon being infected with the glitch virus and possibly being directly controlled by Vanny (also a part of the theory). Sun is, to make it very short, burnt out: mentally and emotionally. At least during the game. By the time of Ruin, Sun may be becoming physically burnt out, his power finally dying which is have a new kind of effect on him, but that’s Ruin, not S.B.
I think this would also be why, if harry does wind up in the daycare and going through the events of that section, wouldn’t hold Sun’s/Moon’s actions against them. Harry saw them when they were still at their best. Saw them as they slowly became what they are. He knows Sun’s just tired, physically, mentally and emotionally. He knows Moon isn’t in complete control, if he has any control of himself at all. He doesn’t fault either of them and so hold no grudge towards them. Harry is basically Cassie in this in regards towards the animatronics.
~ Optional ~
Harry’s lived at the PizzaPlex long enough to:
See Bonnie while he was a part of the show, and see Bonnie be decommissioned (Who, How, and maybe Why).
Knows Vanny is the reason why the animatronics have slowly deteriorated over time. Maybe not exactly how (at first; he puts the pieces together) but she is the reason.
Knows the Puppet is inside and a part of the Plex. He may not it’s the puppet by name; how or why; or what the Puppet is up to/wants. But he can feel it’s/her presence within the building.
