sledding
“Nope. No way. I am not doing this,” Regulus refuses, heart in his throat at the height of the hill they’re supposed to be sledding from.
“Please, baby, for me?” James whines, giving the other boy puppy-dog eyes even though he knows it won’t work.
“Not a chance. I’m staying at the top of this hill and that’s that,” Regulus demands.
“I really didn’t want to have to do this the hard way,” James sighs. Regulus looks confused for a moment before James lifts him up over his shoulder and sits him on his lap on the sled, pushing them down forcefully. Regulus yelps at the sudden movement, shrieking at the velocity of which they speed down the hill, snow and wind whipping his face and tinting his cheeks and nose pink. James’ arms are wrapped around his waist and he’s whooping and screaming excitedly, laughing at the rush.
They reach the bottom with a skid, both boys flopping off the sled as they reach a barrier.
“James Fleamont Potter, you dick!!” Regulus shouts, standing up only to tackle his boyfriends again.
“Don’t lie, you loved it!” James shouts back, spitting snow from his mouth and grinning deviously.
“That doesn’t take away from the fact that you forcefully made me ride the sled,” Regulus pouts, firmly attempting to ignore his boyfriend’s kisses on the cheeks and nose in apology, but failing with a small, helpless smile.
