professor mcgonagall was showing them the school “this why you can find the library”
“wow” whispered rosie, she took her hand “it’s breathtaking” aimée had to agree, she thought she was dreaming, the architecture was truly amazing
“Now if you may follow me,” continued the teacher, “we will go to the great hall, where you will be sorted into your houses” she cracked a smile.
“I'm so excited!” said Rosie, holding aimée’s hand even tighter. “I'm excited too” and she truly was.
they entered the great hall, rosie and aimée were in awe, “gather around, gather around” said the professor
The headmaster, Albus Dumbledore, called in silence “welcome!” His voice was strong, he talked for a while about rules and other boring things.
it was finally the sorting hat time everyone was excited, especially rosie.
when it was her turn she smiled akwardly and sat down.
after a few seconds the hat said “slytherin!” a loud cheer came out from the slytherin table
to everyone's surprise when Sirius' turn came the sorting hat screamed “gryffindor!”
There was dead silence for a few seconds and then the gryffindor table started cheering. Sirius looked at aimée in the eyes, he looked scared but at the same time enthusiastic, he cracked a smile and started walking to his table.
not much after that aimée name got called, she took a very big breath and kept telling herself that it was just a hat
“a rosier, interesting” it was a weird sensation “very interesting, maybe slytherin?” aimée heart felt heavy “no, no, gryffindor?” Then dead silence, the sorting hat stopped talking, and just before she could start to get worried he screamed “ravenclaw!”
‘bloody hell’ she thought ‘what in merlin name happened?’ The ravenclaw was cheering, she went and sat down, she felt dizzy and was still confused.
a girl tapped on her shoulder. She had black long hair and dark eyes, “My name's Emmeline,” said smiling. “aimée” replied “i know” and laughed in a low voice, aimée smiled.
she didn’t pay attention to what happened next, she just knew that rue got sorted in ravenclaw as well.
Finally they started eating, she didn’t even notice she was this hungry, the food was delicious.
When dinner was over they got sent to their dorm
Rosie ran to her before they got in their rooms “I'm so happy” said smiling “I'm happy too!” replied quickly. Then she waved at her while going to the slytherin dorms.
Once in the ravenclaw common room the prefects gave them the password, which really wasn’t a password but a question. Every time they entered they got asked a question and if they replied correctly they could go in.
to aimée surprise she shared the dorm with Emmeline and Rue. Shortly after she found out another girl, Amelia Bones, was their other dorm mate.
when everyone fall asleep she finally had the chance to open the gift and the letter,
dear amy,
we hope you had a great first day at hogwarts, and we hope you got sorted in the right house and not slytherin, anyway we’ve been working on your gift for a few weeks now, we hope you like it.
If you don’t we don’t really care and besides you must always accept a gift!
on a serious note, we hope you will have great time in there, if you get bullied curse their whole family, just kidding(unless)

she giggled to herself, of course pandora wrote the ‘curse their whole family’ part, she always been so protective of all of them. She missed her
she couldn't contain the excitement when she finally unwrapped her gift, it was a photo of the four of them framed. They looked so happy.
The photo was a few years older, she remembers it vividly, their mother brought them to Diagon alley one sunday, their father wasn’t there to everyone's relief.
They were so happy Colette took a photo of them, it was so natural, one of her best memories.
She teared up a bit, she felt nostalgic of that time. A few seconds later she dried her eyes and took out a piece of paper

Hogwarts is beautiful! I can't wait until you lot see it. Pandora, you are going to love it! The architecture is breathtaking, Evan, you are going to love the potion class and Felix is going to love the quidditch field!
