Summary
Modern Marauders AU in which they never went to Hogwarts but the boys found each other anyway. Sirius is a jaded bastard who owns a cat named Ziggy and teaches drama to teenagers, Remus is an idealistic aspiring photographer/part-time footy coach, James teaches English lit and wears leather jackets, Regulus saves people from burning buildings, and Peter is Peter.

This is an extremely OOC fic. If you are uncomfortable with Sirius wearing glasses and chinos or Remus knowing his way around a footy pitch, please do not continue.
But if you enjoy fun (yet painful) slow burns and think James Potter would look damned good in a leather jacket, read on, and please do not hesitate with any questions, thoughts, or points of clarification needed to enjoy this work that I'm hoping will pull me out of my writing rut.
