Harry felt like he was in hell

He saw Cedric, wanted pointed at a figure only to be struck down by Bellatrix's killing curse. Her cackle echoed in his ears, a chilling sound that sent shivers down his spine.

The scene shifted, and Harry found himself tied up once more. He watched in horror as the cauldron bubbled and Voldemort emerged, reborn. The Dark Lord's eyes glowed with hate, and Harry felt the terror grip his heart as the Death Eaters gathered around their master.

"Harry Potter," Voldemort hissed "It ends tonight."

Harry felt a searing pain on his forehead, his scar burning as if it were on fire. The cackle of Bellatrix Lestrange echoed through the graveyard, mingling with Voldemort's cruel laughter. The sound grew louder, more oppressive, until it was all Harry could hear.

He woke with a start, gasping for breath, his body drenched in cold sweat. The echoes of Bellatrix's cackle still lingered in his mind. Harry clutched his head, trying to shake off the remnants of the nightmare.

He decided to go for a stroll through the manor to clear his mind.

As he walked through the dimly lit hallways, Harry accidentally stumbled upon Bruce and Dick. The three stared at each other in surprise. Bruce was the first to break the silence.

"Harry, is everything alright?" Bruce asked, his voice filled with concern.

Harry nodded, trying to steady his breathing. "Yeah, I just needed some air," he said. He stopped and looked at them curiously. "What are you two doing?"

It was then that Harry noticed Dick was bleeding slightly. His concern grew. "What happened?" Harry asked.

Bruce quickly responded, "It was an accident in the gym."

Harry nodded, accepting the explanation, and decided to head to a nearby balcony to get some fresh air. He didn't even realize that they were nowhere near the gym. As he walked away, Bruce and Dick continued towards Dick's room, where Toni and Alfred were waiting with bandages.

Toni's expression was stern as she ordered, "Dick, remove your shirt so I can bandage your back."

Alfred stood nearby, ready with the bandages as he looked at Bruce and gestured to a chair

Toni began to gently tend to Dick's wounds, her hands steady as she applied the bandages. "You need to be more careful," she chided softly.

Dick nodded, wincing slightly as the bandages were secured in place. "I know, Mom. I'll be more careful next time."

Dick decided to change the subject. "We bumped into Harry on our way here. He said he needed some air and headed outside to the patio," he mentioned casually, trying to lighten the mood.

Toni looked at Bruce for confirmation, concern in her eyes as Bruce nodded, his eyes focused on Alfred as the butler began stitching a gash on Bruce's arm. "Yes, he seemed a bit shaken, but he said he just needed some fresh air."

Alfred glanced up briefly. "Killer Croc really did a number on you tonight, Master Wayne,".

Bruce winced slightly but remained still. "It was a tough fight, but we managed to contain him,"

As Alfred finished stitching the gash on Bruce's arm, he began to clean and bandage the wound. "There we go, Master Wayne. Try to avoid any strenuous activity with that arm for the next few days," he advised.

Bruce nodded, appreciating Alfred's care. "Thank you, Alfred."

Toni glanced out the window, her thoughts turning to Harry. "I'll check on Harry, straight to bed Dick."

She made her way to the patio, finding Harry standing there, gazing out at the city lights. The cool night air had a calming effect on him, but Toni could see the lingering traces of his distress.

"Harry?" she called softly, stepping closer.

Harry turned to face her, a small smile forming on his lips. "Hey, Mum," he said quietly.

Toni wrapped an arm around his shoulders, pulling him into a comforting embrace. "I heard you needed some air. Everything alright?" she asked gently.

Harry nodded, feeling a sense of comfort in her presence. "I just had a nightmare," he admitted. "Needed to clear my head."

Toni held him a little tighter as she put her hand on Harry's back. However, as her fingers gently brushed against his shirt, she could feel the faint traces of scars beneath the fabric. She fought to keep her face neutral, not wanting to alarm Harry or make him uncomfortable. She knew that asking about the scars now might only bring up painful memories he wasn't ready to share.

Harry held his breath, hoping she wouldn't bring up the scars. He had grown accustomed to hiding them, not wanting to relive the trauma of his past.

Sensing Harry's tension, Toni pulled the boy closer, wrapping him in a tight embrace. She closed her eyes, her mind drifting back to the day she had laid her newborn son in his crib. She remembered the joy and hope she had felt, not knowing it would be the last time she would see him for years.

"I'm so sorry, Harry," she whispered softly, her voice filled with emotion. "I wish you had never been taken"

Harry hugged her back. "It's okay, Mum," he said quietly, trying to reassure her. "We're together now."

After a while of staying in the spot, Toni gently pulled back "Harry, what's bothering you?" she asked softly.

Harry hesitated for a moment, his mind racing with thoughts. He finally looked up at her, his voice barely above a whisper. "How much did Dumbledore tell you about my history?"

Toni nodded, understanding the weight of his question. "He told us about this Dark Lord, Voldemort, who is after you," she said gently.

Harry took a deep breath, gathering his thoughts and courage. "There's more to it," he began, his voice trembling slightly. "During the Triwizard Tournament, Cedric and I touched the Triwizard Cup, but it turned out to be a Portkey. It transported us to a graveyard."

"When we arrived, we were ambushed by Bellatrix Lestrange. She... she killed Cedric," Harry said, his voice breaking slightly. "I couldn't do anything to stop her."

"Then, she used a ritual to bring Voldemort back," Harry continued, his voice shaking. "He used my blood to resurrect himself. I saw him come back to life, and he summoned his Death Eaters."

"I managed to escape," Harry said, taking a shaky breath. "I grabbed the Portkey and returned to Hogwarts. But Voldemort is back. He's alive, and he's gathering his followers."

Toni pulled Harry into a tight embrace, her heart breaking. "I'm so sorry, Harry," she whispered, her voice filled with emotion. "You went through so much. But you're safe now. We're here for you, and we won't let anything happen to you."

Harry clung to her, feeling the warmth and comfort of her embrace. "Thank you, Mum," he muttered, closing his eyes.

The next thing Harry knew, he woke up in his bed, the soft morning light filtering through the curtains. He blinked groggily, trying to piece together how he had gotten there. The last thing he remembered was being out on the patio with his mother, talking about the events that had been haunting him.

Harry sat up slowly, looking around his room. Everything was as he had left it, the comforting familiarity of his new home easing the remnants of his troubled sleep. He briefly wondered if he had fallen asleep on the patio, and if his parents had carried him to his room. Shaking the thought from his head, he headed downstairs, hoping to find his family.

When Harry descended the stairs, he noticed a brown-haired man in the living room. The man turned and greeted him with a warm smile. "You must be Harry. I'm Hal Jordan, friend and co-worker of your mother's and a slightish friend of your father."

Harry smiled back, feeling a bit more at ease. "Nice to meet you, Hal."

Hal nodded, his eyes twinkling with amusement. "I've heard a lot about you. How are you settling in?"

Harry shrugged, still feeling a bit overwhelmed by everything. "It's been a lot to take in, but everyone's been really welcoming."

Hal gave him a reassuring pat on the shoulder. "You'll get the hang of it. Just take things one step at a time."

As Harry joined Hal in the living room, the scent of breakfast wafted through the air, and he realized just how hungry he was. Alfred appeared in the doorway. "Good morning, Master Harry. Breakfast is ready in the dining room."

Harry nodded, grateful for the familiar presence of Alfred. "Thanks, Alfred. I'll head there now."

Harry made his way to the kitchen, where he found Toni, Bruce, and his brothers already gathered around the table.

"Good morning, Harry," Toni greeted with a smile. "Did you sleep well?"

Harry nodded, returning her smile. "Yeah, I did. Thanks."

T"I wanted to let everyone know that a few close friends will be visiting the manor today," she told him. "They've been eager to meet you.”

"Who are the friends, Mum?"

"Hal's already here, of course," she said. "But we'll also have Diana, Clark, Steve, Bruce, Hank, Janet, Clint, Natasha and Barry stopping by. They've all been looking forward to meeting you, Harry."

Jason's eyes widened with excitement. "This is going to be awesome!"

Tim nodded eagerly. "Yeah, they're all really cool. You'll love them, Harry."

As the family finished breakfast and began to disperse for the day, Hal caught Toni's eye and gestured for her to step aside. She followed him, concern etched on her face.

"What's going on, Hal?" Toni asked.

Hal took a deep breath before responding. "There's a new threat we need to discuss."

Toni's eyes narrowed. "Is it the Mad Titan? Did he escape prison again?"

Hal shook his head. "No, it's not Thanos."

Toni rolled her eyes "Let me guess, the 'Guardians of the Galaxy' have caused havoc again?"

Hal shook his head once more. "No, it's not them either. A new ring corps has emerged. These ones are red."

Toni's expression grew more serious as she processed the information. "A red lantern corp? What do we know about them?"

Hal glanced around, making sure no one else was within earshot. "They're fueled by rage and hatred. We don't have much information yet, but it's clear they're not here for peaceful purposes."

Toni's mind raced with thoughts of the potential danger. "How many of them are there? And what do they want?"

Hal shook his head, frustration evident in his eyes. "We're still gathering intel, but it's clear they're a force to be reckoned with. I expect we’ll be summoned to Oa any day now."

"Alright, Hal. I’ll be ready when the call comes.”

Around noon, the doorbell rang, and Toni's friends began to arrive. Natasha Romanoff, Clint Barton, and Steve Rogers stepped into the manor, their faces lighting up with smiles as they greeted everyone.

"Harry, this is Natasha Romanoff, a close friend of mine.” Toni introduced, motioning to the red-haired woman.

Natasha extended her hand "It's great to meet you, Harry."

Harry shook her hand "Nice to meet you too, Natasha."

"And this is Steve Rogers."

Steve gave Harry a friendly grin, extending his hand. "Hey, Harry. It’s good to finally meet you"

Harry shook his hand, wondering why his name sounded familiar. "Thanks, Steve."

Clint stepped forwards, a mischievous glint in his eye. "And I'm Clint Barton," he said with a grin before turning to Toni and Bruce"I brought my son and daughter with me today. Laura was called to SHIELD HQ, so I've got the kids."

His children, Cooper and Lila, peeked out from behind him, their eyes wide with curiosity. As soon as they saw the triplets, Peter, Tim, and Harley, they couldn't contain their excitement and quickly ran off to join them in their games.

Just as the family was settling in, the doorbell rang again. This time, Bruce Banner, Hank Pym, and Janet van Dyne arrived alongside Diana and Clark. Toni greeted them warmly, ushering them inside.

"Harry, I want you to meet a few more friends," Toni said with a smile. "This is my science bro Bruce Banner,."

Bruce Banner waved at Harry "It's great to meet you, Harry."

"Nice to meet you too, Dr. Banner."

Toni continued, "And this is Hank Pym, and his wife, Janet van Dyne."

Hank gave Harry a nod, his eyes twinkling with curiosity. "Heard quite a bit about you, Harry."

Janet smiled warmly. "We're so glad to meet you.”

Diana and Clark, stepped forward to greet Harry as well. "We've been looking forward to spending more time with you."

As the two stepped into the house, Toni found a moment to speak with Diana in a quieter corner of the room. Leaning in, she asked under her breath, "So, where's the groom-to-be?"

Diana smiled "Thor is in Asgard. Apparently, our mothers are trying to fight over who gets to control the wedding."

Toni couldn't help but grin at the thought. "I can only imagine the spectacle that must be," she said with a laugh. "You know, Diana, maybe you and Thor will rival Bruce and me one day with your own brood. Asgardian-Amazon hybrids would keep you both on your toes."

Diana's smile widened, a hint of excitement in her eyes. "It's certainly a possibility," she said, tone playful. "Though I think it'll be quite the adventure raising children with the combined abilities of Asgard and Themyscira."

Across the room Clark noticed Bruce standing in the corner, observing everyone with a thoughtful expression. Clark knew his best friend well enough to recognize when he wanted to talk. He made his way over to Bruce, standing beside him and giving him a knowing look.

"What's on your mind, Bruce?" Clark asked.

"When I spoke to Dumbledore that day, he told me something interesting," Bruce began, his voice low. "He said Lily and James Potter got Harry when two people stepped out of portals and handed him to them, saying he was the savior of their world. And he mentioned one of them had a golden helmet."

Clark's brows furrowed, understanding the gravity of Bruce's words. "A golden helmet? That sounds like Doctor Fate."

Bruce nodded, his expression serious. "If Fate was the one who took Harry that night, I want him out of the League."

Clark's eyes widened in surprise. "Bruce, are you sure about this? We don't have all the information yet."

Bruce's jaw tightened. "If he was involved in taking my son, I don't want him anywhere near the League, the Avengers or my family."

Clark placed a reassuring hand on Bruce's shoulder. "We'll find the answers, Bruce. You all deserve to know the full story."
