-incoming call from Sirius-
“ffffuckkk,” A deep voice whimpered as the phone call answered. Sirius immediately recognized it as Remus.
“MOONY!!!”
“Am I just chopped meat then Black?” A more annoying voice asked. It was Barty.
“Oh, hey Barty..” Sirius said in a mocking tone.
“Why did I sign up for this Siri..” Remus spoke once again. Sirius’ name on his lips sounded like a prayer.
“It will be okay moony! It's so worth it!!”
Barty barked out a laugh and the buzzing of the tattoo gun cut off, “Mate I have been tattooing you for like 5 minutes, it cannot hurt that bad.”
Remus let out a groan that sort of sounded like a moan and it activated something in Sirius. “Just get on with it will you?” He persisted.
The buzzing started again, and Sirius and Remus fell into an easy conversation. Barty stayed quiet, which was odd, but Sirius told himself it was because he was focused.
“So, where's the tattoo?” Sirius questioned.
“Over my heart. He said it wouldn't hurt.”
“Taking your shirt off for other men? I'm quite offended Moony.”
“Aughhh shut up, you are both so annoying.”
“What's the tattoo anyways?”
“Teddy’s birthday, been callingoff getting it for a while.”
“That's just adorable.”
“Yeah, I've been waiting for the right time and my life has been changing recently so I decided I should get it done. Sadly, Barty was the only one available to do it.”
Barty snicked once more and started talking, cutting Remus off. “Sirius has Remus ever told you how big his c-”
“SHHH shshshshshsh be quiet now! I don't even know why you are talking!” Remus rushed in, stopping Barty from finishing his sentence. Sirius was pretty sure he understood though.
Sirius barked out another laugh, “I won't believe it until I see it. Also, Barty, I agree with Remus. The artist has no reason to be talking.”
“Watch yourself Black. Remus did Sirius ever tell you about his tramp stamp and tongue piercing?”
Sirius heard a gasp from Remus and a snicker from Barty.
“I won't be denying the truth,” Sirius said, “Hope you don't mind Remus.”
“I think you broke him Sirius, he's just sitting here like a fish out of water.” Barty teased.
Remus tried to stutter out a sentence and failed. He let out a sigh of defeat and stayed silent.
“What was that moony?” Sirius questioned, teasingly.
“Nothing.”

The rest of the night carried out in the same way, with Barty and Sirius bickering and Remus getting caught in the middle of it each time, it almost like Sirius was there with them.
Soon enough, 1 AM rolled around and Sirius had to get to sleep.
Barty finalized Remus’ tattoo, and they kept talking late into the night, staying quiet of course as to not wake Teddy.
“Is he hot?” Remus asked, passing the blunt back to Barty’s outstretched hand. He took a hit from it and blew the smoke up at the ceiling before looking back at Remus.
He smirked and said, “Everyone bows at his feet. It doesn't help that he knows how attractive he is.”
“Fuck.”
Remus stole the blunt back from Barty and took a long drag. His insecurities quickly took over.
Once he sees you and your scars he will leave.
He would never shoot his shot if he saw you on the streets.
He will leave you just like Lyall did.
“I can hear you overthinking from here Lu,” Barty said calmly before wrapping his arm around Remus’ neck and pulling him closer, “Sirius is one of the nicest people I've met. You have nothing to be scared of.”
“It's not him being rude that I’m scared of.”
“You like him, don't you?”
Barty could read him like a book. No matter how stupid he acted, everyone knew that he was one of the smartest people to ever walk this Earth.
“I don't know him,” Remus stated, hoping he sounded convincing. He didn't.
But instead of judging, Barty picked up on the fact that the conversation was over. He shook his head lightly and chuckled, pulling Remus more into his chest. He ruffled his hair lightly before getting up.
“I'm going to shower.”
