The Deathly Hallows
the Miller Residence, Austin Texas, July 5,2013/
The Fourth of July was spent together at the Millers place after their long weekend camping trip. After the parade, the family came back to the house and had a small barbecue with Joel and Harry doing most of the cooking. The girls all swam in the inflatable pool that Daphne went to get. Harry for the first time was truly enjoying his summer vacation. No dursleys, Voldemort and Dumbledore to worry about for once. Joel was at work with Tommy leaving the kids alone for the day
Harry was eating a bowl of cereal watching Daphne teaching Sarah Occulemncy, they had been working on her shields for the past few days and took a bit of a break during the camping trip. The two were sitting crossed legged on the floor. They still wore their pajamas. This was one of the first few things she help teach him when they started seeing each other. Daphne attempted to penetrate Sarah's mind but the girl kept her out.
"Very good." Said Daphne very impressed.
"Thanks. I had a good teacher." Said Sarah.
"Aw man! Not agian!" Said Astoria. She is sitting not to far from them playing Harry's PlayStation, right next to the PlayStation is a gold colored Nintendo 64 where several cartridges were in a case. She was playing Crash Bandicoot 2, Cortex Strikes Back and she just got killed by the Boulder again. The game over screen appeared on the screen and a man with a n on his forehead appeared.
"Game over" said Doctor Neo Cortex before he lets out an evil laugh.
"You got crushed," said Sarah, sitting next to her.
"Come on Daph? Give it a try, it's fun" said Astoria offering the controller to her.
"I don't know…it seems kinda boring" said Daphne.
"You're missing out…come on. Just one try" said Harry giving her the puppy eyes.
"Fine" said Daphne taking a seat beside her sister and Harry on her right. Astoria handed her the controller and she looked at it. "Hit the start button" said Harry,
She did and the man on the screen said, "play agian Crash"
"Why does he have an N on his forehead?" Asked Daphne.
"No idea, just how he was created" said Sarah. The game started back up in the same level Astoria was in,
"Okay? What should I do?" Asked Daphne.
"Run to the screen, use the left analog stick to move," said Astoria. Daphne makes Crash run towards the screen and comes to the first boxes. "Square button is spin attack..break the boxes"
"Why is a fox wearing jeans breaking boxes?" Asked Daphne
"Hes a bandicoot and it's just his thing…break all the boxes in the level to get the gem," said Harry.
Daphne then sees the boulder coming. "Run away from the boulder! Don't let it smash you!" Said Sarah,
"What did I do to that boulder to have it chase me?" Asked Daphne.
"Jump over the pits with the X button" said Sarah. The three watched as Daphne manage to get farther than Astoria and make it to the Crystal. "What's with the Crystal?"
"The game objective. There are twenty five levels and you have to collect all of the crystals. There are also forty two gems, 25 of them are for breaking all of the boxes in each level " said Harry. Daphne then finds the bonus platform, "what's that?"
"The bonus round. This one is a bit tough" said Harry admitting he even struggled with this bonus round.
"Sounds like a challenge…challenge accepted" said Daphne. She cleared the bonus round on her first try and even manage to break the last bit of boxes earning the gem, "oh yeah…i won!" Said Daphne doing a bit of a little dance.
"Show off," said Astoria, saving the game. The four then continue to play video games for several hours and Daphne could admit she was getting hooked on them, especially paying the Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time.
They were in a middle of a race in Mario Kart 64 when a knock is heard on the door and Harry went to answer it. Standing at the door is Sirius and Remus. "Sirius! Remus!"
"Prongslett…you're looking good" said Sirius, hugging his godson. Harry then did the same greeting with Remus. Harry then let the yep inside. "Sirius, Professor," said Daphne. Like Harry, she and her friends thought he was the best defense teacher they had during their third year. Their race was paused for the moment,
"Daphne,. Astoria" said Sirius before he saw Sarah. He approached the girl. "Look at you …you're much like your mum but you have your dads eyes."
"Nice to meet you Sirius..sorry you had to spend twelve years on jail for a crime you didn't commit." Said Sarah.
"All in the past" said Sirius before he handed Harry the stack of letters. "From the Weasley Twins and Ginny,"
Harry went over to the couch and he opened the letters. He started with Ginny's.
Dear Harry.
"I swear on my Magic that I had no knowledge of the plot by my mother or Dumbledore. I also had no knowledge of the contract between us…besides I did have a crush on you in the past but I got over it. I'm in a happy relationship with Luna for the past year, the same goes with Dad and the Twins."

"I'm sure Ginny already told you in her letter that we had no knowledge of the plot by our mother and Dumbledore. Dad was furious when he found out and the fact our mother had him under spells and Potions to not question her or Albus about those muggles you used to live with. anyway, hope you have a good summer mate, Katie, Angelina and Alicia will miss having you for the team. Btw thanks for the galleons for us to start our business when we graduate Hogwarts

Harry then took out a quick piece of parchment and Quill to write back a reply for them. "Dust, can you deliver these to the Weasley twins and Ginny"
Dust let out a caw before taking the letters and flew out of the kitchen window.
"How's Neville, Hannah and Susan doing?" Asked Harry,
"There fine. Neville has undergone a change after you left." Said Sirius showed Harry a picture of Neville with the dead Chimeara on the Daily prophet.
"What the? He took on a Chimeara and killed it ! How?" Asked Daphne in shock.
"He underwent an accidental Animagus transformation. His Animagus is a black Grizzly bear. Took us by surprise too when we saw it." Remus replied.
"Wicked" said Harry.
"Anyway, we want to see your forms…show us" said Sirius.
The four of them transformed into their Animagus form with Sarah flapping behind the three cats,
"Very impressive" said Remus, the four charged back to normal. Sirius and Remus then did the same thing they did with Neville. "Pronglest…you shall be known as Shadow"
"Shadow…I like it." said Harry.
"Daphne, your nickname shall be Snowflake" said Sirus,
"Snowflake? Really?" Said Daphne with a raised eyebrow.
"What about me?" Asked Astoria. Ever since she learned of the marauders. She wanted to be part of them too.
"Spots. That shall be your name," said Remus.
"Spots, very original." Astoria deadpanned.
"And for you Sarah….Silverwings" said Sirius.
"Oh I like it." Chirped Sarah,
"Oh by the pup….this was given to me by Bloodtooth." Said Sirius handing Harry a package. "Told me to give it right to you."
Harry opened the package and it was a black stone with a symbol inside of it, the symbol Is a Triangle with a circle and line though the middle of it.
"A stone?" Asked Harry looking at the stone in his hand, the Elder Wand and his Invisibility Cloak reacted to the stone. A deadly green aura surrounded him and the three items, After a thousand years. The Deathly Hallows have finally been reunited. The glow went away and the stone landed in his palm. The cloak was on his shoulder and the Elder wand is still in its hoister.
"It can't be" said Daphne, seeing the items now clearly.
"What do you mean Daffy?" Asked Astoria,
"Tori? You remember great Grandpa's story about the Deathly Hallows?" Said Daphne
"The Deathly Hallows?" Asked Sarah,
Daphne went into their room and came back with a green book called The Tales of Beedle the Bard. She flipped the book and she found what she wanted. "Listen closely to the story I am about to tell Tale of the Three Brothers.
"The brothers came to a river which was too deep to wade across, and built a bridge using magic. Death appeared before them and congratulated them for their ingenuity, and offered each of them a reward (or so he said; his real intent was to give them traps which would be their undoing, because he felt cheated by their survival). The first brother asked for a weapon that would always win any battle, a weapon worthy of one who had cheated Death. Death snapped a twig off an elder tree and gave it to him — the elder wand. The second brother arrogantly wanted to humiliate Death further and asked for something to give him power to bring loved ones back from the grave. Death gave him a river stone, which, by the terms of the deal, became the Resurrection Stone. The third brother, however, did not trust Death, and asked for something that would allow him to continue on his way with Death being able to harm him. Death was trapped by his words, and handed over his own Cloak of Invisibility . The brothers continued on and went their separate ways. Time passed. The first brother provoked a duel with a wizard he disliked, left him for dead, and afterwards boasted of his unbeatable wand. He was killed that very night by someone who had heard his boasting, and wanted the Wand. The second brother found misery when he brought his former lover back to life with the Resurrection Stone. She was cold and unhappy, as she didn't belong in the living world anymore. He ultimately committed suicide in order to truly join her. The third brother was able to hide from Death his entire life using the cloak. It was only when he finally reached a ripe old age did he finally remove the cloak and gave it to his son. He and Death finally "met as old friends", and departed as equals"
Daphne finished the story before she looked at the items.
"I recall Fleamont Potter searching for a stone a long time ago during our youth…he never mentioned it to be the Resurrection Stone." Said Sirius,
"You mean the Deathly Hallows. The very same ones from the story are real! And there literally in Harry's procession!" Exclaimed Astoria.
"What's the big deal?" Asked Sarah,
"Sarah, these items have been fought over for a long time. Dating back to 1000 years ago. The Elder Wand was sought by many wizards being the Deathstick, the unbeatable wand…the Resurrection stone. The stone that allows the user to communicate with the dead and the Cloak of Invisibility. Once a part of Death's cloak allows the bearer to remain undetected by anything. They are considered to be very powerful artifacts of the Peverells." Said Sirius.
" The real story of the items is that of the three brothers, Ignitus, Cadmus and Antioch Perevell.. Sons of Death were tasked with keeping the balance of nature intact. Death gave them their mission personally. . He forged the three items mentioned for them as their tools. If all three Hallows are united, the wielder of the three shall be named the master of death". Said Harry. He recalled reading about it in his great great great grandfather Henry Potters journal who had found Antioch's journal himself.
"So are you the Master of Death now?" Asked Astoria,
"No…there is no such thing as Master of Death Tori. There nothing more than artifacts that were created by my ansestors, to truly master death is to accept your mortality" said Harry,
"Wise words Harry" said Daphne. Harry walks into their room and he puts the stone in his trunk with the cloak. For the rest of the day. Sarah got to know her uncles two best friends when her father and Tommy got home from work. Joel on seeing Sirius said ", you got some grey hairs Sirius,"
"And look at you Joel…you have finally grown a beard" joked sirius. The two men briefly shake hands and Remus does the same,
"Tommy. You're staying out of trouble." Sirius greeted Tommy.
"Barely…I have to keep a leash on him" joked Joel.
"Whatever big brother," said Tommy with an eyeroll. Sarah and Astoria could only giggle before Joel grabs his brother on an armlock and gives him a noogie. "Don't forget I'm older than you Tommy"
Later out in the backyard. The kids decided to practice some magic with Remus supervising them. Sarah could only watch since she doesn't have a wand yet . Sirius, Joel and Tommy sat in the recline chairs.
"Sirius. Can I ask you why you didn't take Harry yourself after the attack?" Asked Joel.
"I was filled with grief and anger ... .two of my friends were dead and another was a traitor and I wanted to avenge them by hunting the rat down, I never expected for Dumbledore to throw me into Azkaban. Thirteen years of my life I have lost because of the injustice." said Sirius,
"I know the feeling…after Chelsea died. I lost myself to depression for a while. Sarah was only two and I was struggling with being a single father. " said Joel.
"You had me to back you up Joel" said Tommy. He looked at Remus and asked, "why didn't you take him Remus?"
"Unfortunately. Dumbledore and the ministry never would have let me take Harry because of my "furry problem". It was hard enough for me to find a job to keep even with Wolfsbane ." Said Remus walking over to them with the kids.
"That's terrible" said Tommy, feeling sorry for Remus.
"Oh that reminds me…tomorrow we need to meet with Bloodtooth and the gnomes. They have agreed to do the will reading of Chelsea. They told me to pass the message to you both. We are to meet with them at their bank here in Austin."
A loud hoot is heard and a large great horned owl is seen sitting on the table with several letters . The owl extends its leg out with a envelopes with a symbol of a witch hat, Harry, Daphne and Astoria also had recieved a letter
Harry opened his letter.
"Dear Mr. Potter
We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted at Salem's institute of Magic. Please find enclosed a list of all necessary books and begins on August 16. We await your owl by no later than July 31.
A member of my institution shall come to give you a tour of a facility this Friday. We hope to see you very soon.

Harry looked at his girlfriend and she too got the letter saying the same thing as his . "A representative of their staff. Hopefully it's someone who can answer our questions about Salem.. I'm still a bit iffy about going to another magic school." He said.
" Same, let's wait and see who they send Harry, I hope it's a better improvement than Hogwarts." Said Daphne
"Lucas Cromwell..you think he could be related to Phillip Cromwell?" Asked Astoria,
"Possibly" said Daphne,
"Mine said a bit differently…more of like an introduction to the magical world" said Sarah holding her letter.
"We'll send a yes that we will attend if they can answer our questions about what they teach" said Harry.
The four were quick to write a quick reply and sent it back with the horned owl. "Bet I can whoop your butt at Mario Kart Daphne" said Harry,
"Your on! Loser has to do what the winner says" Daphne said with a smug look. The couple race into the house. Everyone else chuckles at the couple."
/scene change/
Adrian Lionheart sat in his office working on paperwork when two of his men came into the building. One of them being Jackson, the head of the American Aurors. Jackson was holding a large folder.
"What is it Jackson." Asked Lionheart.
"Sir. We found a strange vessel on route to New York about a couple miles off the coast. one of our boats went to investigate. Turns out it was a ship commandeered by Death Eaters." Said Jackson.
"How bad is the damage?" Asked Lionheart.
"A few scrapes and bruise. One is in critical condition but I think he's gonna be fine. But we killed ten of them and captured the rest of them." Said Jackson.
"How many were captured?" Asked Lionheart.
"Five of them. They looked to be low level grunts" said Jackson showing him pictures of the ten death eaters that were killed, he pointed to the top photo of a man with short blonde hair and purple eyes.
"Greengrass? As in Cyrus Greengrass of Greengrass emporium?" Asked Lionheart.
"Aye. He fought back with unforgivables and our boys had no choice but to put him down. I believe they were trying to get under our noses to find Lord Potter and his daughters since we are monitoring all portkeys and floo networks." Said the second man named Johnny
"Traveling the muggle way. Too bad we are always on alert for any threats to our country." Said Lionheart
We found weapons, Illegal potions, and found a few muggles and muggleborn girls about the same age as the eldest daughter . Sick bastards were having ways with them from what we got from their memories. Even Greengrass joined in the fun" said Jackson,
"The muggle girls were all obliviated and our healers were able to undo the damage that was done to them." Said Johnny.
"Alright ...looks like we will have to have increased patrols on our waters. Lord Potter has suffered enough from those British idiots. I will make contact with Phillip and see what he wants to do." Said Lionheart.
"Who will inform Miss Greengrass about her fathers demise?" Asked Jackson.
"I believe her bank account manager shall handle all that. To think that man would be comfortable with those men taking advantage of those girls who are close to his own daughter's age." Said Lionheart.
"Bastard didn't care sir…from what I gathered from the boat. He was more worried about his Allie's in the dark faction. Lord nott and Malfoy we're gonna cut him off from their trade. They already burned down his Emporium as retribution when his daughters ran away." Said Jackson
"For now…we will watch all ships entering our shores. I want crews of ten checking every shipment." Said Lionheart.
"Yes sir" said the two men. Jackson and Johnny left his office and he continued his work.
